Born: 1 January, 1903 Tambulkhana, Faridpur District, Bengal Presidency, British India (now Bangladesh)

Died :14 March 1976 (age 73) Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Profession: poet

Nationality: Bangladeshi

Citizenship; Bangladesh

Education: Institute of Bengali Language and Literature, Calcutta University

Joshi Uddin is regarded as pollikobi be in Bangladesh. Undoubtedly his writings are really excellent. Especially the writings hi Road for Children's and young ages are really very beautiful.
