1 / spicy / extra spicy food : 🌶️
People who suffer from severe gastritis, chest burn, abdominal pain, pistols, constipation should not eat this type of food on an empty stomach.
2 / Sugar drink / Fruit juice:🍉
It is not advisable to eat fruit juice on an empty stomach in the morning.
3 / Soft drinks: 🍷🍸
It contains a lot of sugar. It destroys our digestion system. It also interferes with our liver function.
4 / Citrus fruit :🍋
Guava, orange, lemon is better not to eat on an empty stomach. Fruit sugar, fiber on an empty stomach will slow down our digestion automatically.
5 / salad / raw vegetables : 🥒🥕🍅
Salad with mix cucumber, tomato, carrot shouldn’t eat on an empty stomach. If you eat big fish, grilled fish, boiled eggs before such a meal, then there will be no problem. Otherwise, stomach pain may start.
