Early or nocturnal?
I'm a nocturnal person. Being one means I used to stay up late and wake up late as well. This was me even before. I remember before, I'm setting my alarm, not for waking up but alarm for sleeping. I tried it too before. Sleeping early. But I give up easily. I can't make it. I can't push myself to sleep when I'm not used to it. How bout you? Are you early or nocturnal?
Being a nocturnal person, there are pros and cons. Same with an early person. But in this article, I'll focus on my nocturnal self. What advantages and disadvantages have I encountered in being one?
***Pros***
As a nocturnal person, my brain is more active at night rather than day. Reading at night before going to bed is my best option rather than reading early morning after waking up. I tried these 2 options before, but my brain won't understand what I read after waking up. Coz I'm so sleepy that I noticed myself falling asleep while reading. While doing it before sleeping, even if I'm a little bit tired, my brain functions so well. Not sleepy and my active cells do their obligations. 😅
Another thing I love at night is that people are so quiet and peaceful. All are sleeping so deeply that I won't be distracted by their actions. I have a lot of time preparing things for tomorrow's errands, and I can think of what priorities I need to handle next. See? Lots of advantages right?
Oh, by the way, being nocturnal is also an advantage to the party people. Parties used to end up till late at night. So having an active and alive self till the late hours, is more enjoyable than being sleepy all the time at parties. That's so boring dude. 😂
***Cons***
One thing that always comes to my mind for staying up so late is my health. They said staying up so late is not good for our body as it needs rest just like our gadgets. We tend to get tired and sleeping is the solution to it. At least 7-8 hours per night is the recommended time for adults to stay healthy and fit. And yeah, I'm guilty of not achieving this advice. Especially, now that I'm breastfeeding, being healthy is a must as my baby depends on me. So sleeping for complete hours is needed for a healthy mom and baby.
Also, being nocturnal means waking up so late. There are a lot of opportunities missed early in the morning. There comes the sunrise, the morning dew, the fresh and cold breeze, and the busy nature which you can only appreciate early in the morning. Being early in a meeting or event is also a challenge. As I'm not used to waking up early, preparing myself for an early meeting is a big hardship. And for sure, I'm getting late. No doubt.
`See? Being a nocturnal or night owl is good for some, and bad for others. It depends on how you look at it. But in the end, it's still you who can discipline yourself. Just remember to choose what can make you healthy and fit, and live a long and happy life. 🥰`
Spammer spotted on noise.app
Yesterday as I was searching for a good post and giving some reward on noise.app, I discovered a spammer. Let me tell you how I end up with this conclusion and why I say it's certainly a spammer.
Every day, my goal is to give back 20% of what I earn in the noise.app. I do this by reading different posts from various users, liking them if I can connect to their post, commenting if I have to say something relatable, and clicking the donate button if I knew s/he deserves something in return. This is what I do from the beginning of earning in there.
So yesterday, I donated to one user whom I follow. Save his bch address, and search for another. Yes... I used to save the bch address. That's what I do since I started giving donations. My purpose here is to know if this person is the one who gave the bonus that I received or earned. Is this effective? Honestly no. I save a lot of bch addresses and nothing matches. Until the day comes that I no longer compared bch addresses of the donor and to whom I contributed. Well, let's remain it as what Simon wants it to be: an anonymous donor. But, did it stop me from saving bch addresses? No. I'm still saving them now. And like I've said, I just did it yesterday. So after donating to that user, I read some unread posts again and spotted a relatable post. So I donated to that user too... Saving her bch address, but wait... "Already existed" appears. This surprises me. I'm sure I'm not yet saving her address. I used to donate once per user, so I knew to whom I'm not yet donating. And she's one of those I'm not yet giving any. But because of my curiosity... I examine the saved bch addresses on my bitcoin.com wallet and search where it matches. And booooomm... I got it. The first user that I chose to give donations to, and this woman has the same bch address. What a coincidence. I decided to give 2 users that time to share more bch with others but looks like I donated to one person only. So after knowing these 2 users has the same address, I immediately scan their profile, and I can completely say you'll not notice that they're just one person. Their post is so different from each other. The male version focused on English language posts, a student who tried to share things from "his country", while the female version used her mother tongue in every post and share her life and family situations. I'm telling you, it's so different that you'll not notice that only one user is monitoring it. But maybe you think, what if they're just sharing a wallet? Well, it comes to my mind as well, but why not create your wallet and save your bch there? Also, why do they differ in language and places they used to share? They're not in the same country but sharing one bch address? Wow! How sweet.
So, in a conclusion, even though it's hard to believe based on their posts... I can clearly say this is spamming. It's just one person who wants to gain more. And I'm one of her victims as I gave everything to her that day. Different posts per user, but the same address. So she received both.
This noise.app is very new, just a month or so... Still in the developing stage, and trying to be better as time goes by. Helping each one of us to enjoy earning while sharing and communicating. But spamming is also part of every earning site. It happens to read.cash, noise.cash, and now on noise.app. So what can we do? Stop them? I'm sure you'll not win. They're experts on spamming. But on my part that I know her moves, better not to give her any. She's collecting more and more and continues her cheating routine. That's a no-no for me.
Would you like to know who it was? Gave me 1 bch first before I share her name. Lol. Anyways, I hope you got aware by reading this article. I'm sharing this to give your attention to that spamming. It's up to you if you'll do some effort to know who the spammers were, but be mindful of whoever you're donating. That's all for now. Bye! 👋 http://noise.app/ http://bitcoin.com/

Be prepared for a global recession
If you're going to ask... ***"What are the most important things you cannot live without?"*** Is it your loved ones, money, or your crush na di ka naman kinacrush back? 😂
In life, there are things that we need to survive. There are food, water, shelter, and even air to help us breathe. These are the common necessities of people that God provided prior for us to have. But what will you do if this thing lessens? For example, this past few weeks... There are announcements at our meeting about a food shortage. This is already a problem for some region who has poor food supplies. This is hard when it comes to the head of a family. How can you provide your family with food if the place where you live in can't even support their population? Well, if you're familiar with "global recession", this is what economists predict this coming 2023. This leads to high unemployment and weak economic activity. Meaning... Expect people to lose their job, and the economy will slow down.
Now, as a wise and advanced thinker, what do you think will be the best way to survive?
At our meeting, we are warned to start preparing now for the upcoming food shortage. And being one of the concerned citizens, I want this to share with you too. So how can we prepare?
🔵 **Start storing non-perishable food**
This is stocking canned goods, noodles, pasta, or other food that can be preserved. You can buy enough food to store and consume in the future.
🔵 **Buy food at its low price**
Nowadays, vendors have different strategies to earn money. And one thing is selling their product at a higher price. And being wise is not buying supplies from them. But to search and wait for other products that have a low price.
🔵 **Preserving and drying food for its long lifespan**
If you're familiar with doing this, good for you. There are different ways to preserve food even before when the refrigerator was not yet invented. And one thing I can give as a sample is the dried fish. This one can last 6 to 12 months if handled properly. Just maintain its cleanliness and dry it out to the sun to preserve the dryness and far from molds.
🔵 **Be familiar with local governments program for helping the community**
This is a great help to us whenever we're out of financial support. Government has money to support the community in their basic needs, especially in times of food shortage. So be knowledgeable of different programs and plans they announce.
🔵 **Planting bearing seeds and trees or taking care of animals that can be consumed in times of need**
This one is very practical for those that are living in the province. Their place is very spacious and planting is not a problem. Also, taking care of animals like chickens and pigs is highly recommendable.
On planting seeds, it is advised to have different plants that are easy and fast to plant. But make sure not to plant it simultaneously but with different periods. Also, use good-quality seeds to bear good products as well.
We are also notified not to sell crops immediately, but to wait for the time when we can sell them at a higher price or consume it whenever we needed them too.
🔵 **Be smart about consuming water in case there is a drought**
Water is very essential for all of us. And without it, we cannot survive. So, it's reasonable from now on to start using it wisely and not wasting every drop of it. In this way, we can continue our lives and supply our plants with water as well.
That's all of the practical tips and suggestions that I remember from our meeting. I hope this article gives you ideas on how to prepare too in times of food shortage in the future or drought.
Also, be considerate of other needs and necessities as well. Plan how to help them with what we have.
I hope this article opens your mind to what can happen to our future and how can we be prepared.
Spend money on experiences instead of things
It's your salary day. You've divided your funds on the accumulated budget for your family. You provided money for food, electricity, water bill, internet provider, etc. You also save the budget that is for your emergency funds. Now what? There's still a remaining balance? Wow! What you will do with that? Maybe you think of buying new shoes, clothes, or gadgets. That is common among people nowadays. Especially, online shopping is always one click away. A lot of advertisement is shown online, on different sites that we browse, and it's always on sale. So, what we always end up with the remaining money is shopping and buying new things for us. But the question is... **Is it worth the money?**
I saw a statement on google last week. And it's what my title is, ***"Spend money on experiences instead of things"***. Do you agree with this? If you ask me... this statement got my attention, and I agree with it. That's why I ended up writing this topic.
**Experiences vs Things**
If you think about it, spending money on things can make you happy. It's either things that you need or want or even buying things out of envy. This makes you always happy. But what you don't realize is that buying this thing has a short span of happiness. Especially, if we love buying the latest gadgets, trending beauty products, or famous fashions. For example, let's say that you provided yourself with a new car that you also need because of your business. Getting it will surely make you happy especially if you certainly wanted it. After using that car, another new trend car is available on the market that is more comfortable to ride, with a lot of new features that are better than what you purchased. Because your car is a little bit out of trend, your happiness decreased, and you want a brand-new one. And because you want to maintain that happiness, purchasing a new car is always your priority. Well, it's okay to obey your desire, as long as you have your own money to buy. But the question is, **is it worth the money?**
How about spending money on experiences? Well, experiences come from different viewpoints. It's either experience from traveling, getting along with others, or learning new things.
In this part, I'll point out **traveling**. Spending money on experiences like traveling. If we think about it, *traveling* is one of the tiring activities yet satisfying things to do with your money. It's either you go to the beach, hike to mountains, or visit different tourist spots. Is it worth the money? Yes. Why? Well, doing this while you are still in your younger years is surely worth the money. The time will come when you will get old, and traveling is not necessary. So, don't wait for that moment. That you'll regret how you don't spend your money on creating memories and experiences.
Start planning your next travel now. I'll assure you, that will surely make you happy. It will last longer than buying things that will not meet your expectations and are not worth the money you spend. From now on, think of how your money will be worth your hard work and dedication. Hope you learn something today. 😉
My Happy Pill
Day 2 of my 30-day writing challenge... And the challenge for today is, ***"Write about things or activities that make you happy."***
Honestly, this part is a little bit hard for me. I almost examine myself and analyze my life to determine what truly makes me happy. 😅
And now I can say that based on that analysis, I know myself better now.
So two things truly make me happy. One is **food**, and the other is the **sea**. Why I ended up to that conclusion? Well, based on what I always think whenever I have money, or my hubby got his salary... My tummy is always the priority. There come the cravings. It's either cold food, like ice cream,
or something salty like pizza,
or sweet snacks like donuts.
It just pops into my mind, and there you go, we need to buy it. 😅 Good thing my hubby tried his best to give me what I want. As long as there is money to be spent, no problem with my cravings. 😅 (Feeling naglilihi?) Food can make me happy. It satisfies the tiny buds in my mouth whenever food comes in. The chocolate that's melting in my mouth, the saltiness and creaminess of a cheesy pizza, and even the sweetness and chewiness of the black pearl in a milk tea, that all is my satisfaction. 😅 That's why my phone gallery is full of food photography. There you can say how I love food and that's one of my happiness. Even in noise.cash before, I always ended up giving tips to those who post food. HAHAHA... That's my weakness if you only knew. 😅 So, I hate it before when I was in labor, they always ask me what food I want. But at that time, food is not the solution to my aching tummy. 😕 I'm not enjoying food that day. Even if it's the yummiest food you can give to me, I won't enjoy it. Anyway... What is your favorite food? If you ask me, I love the steamed siomai. Especially when the sauce is complete, with garlic and chili oil. 🤤 As for fruits, I always love the Indian mango... The one that's not too ripe. I prefer sour mango rather than a sweet one. While writing this, my mouth is watering. Lol. Why I ended up talking about food. 🤭 That makes me hungry.
Anyway, enough with food... Let's go to my second happy activity. It's going out and spending my time in the sea. I always love the sea. It makes me happy whenever I saw it. I don't know if it's just me, but the sea makes my heart jump with excitement. Like kids who want to run immediately to the water and take a bath as soon as he sees it. 😅 It is just mesmerizing to my eyes to look how calm the sea is, how fresh the breeze is, and how gentle the sound of the waves gives to my ears.
This is the place I couldn't be bored. Plus the open and wide view of sunset or sunrise, that's an extraordinary sight I always want to look at.
And now I realize. The things that make me happy are all given by our God up above. He truly wants us to be happy while spending our life with our loved ones. He created our sense of taste with different taste buds. Just to enjoy food when we put it in our mouths. He did not create it to taste just one, but a lot of different flavors. I think we'll be bored if every day, the food that we eat tastes the same.
Also the sea... God created the sea, do you agree? He created it beautifully so that we can enjoy not just looking at it but enjoying ourselves while taking a bath. 😅 He created it with waves that are continuously working 24/7, that support the sound that is so calm to hear.
`How powerful He is to create this beautiful thing! I know He wants us to be happy. So appreciate everything that He gives, no matter how simple it is. For sure, He'll be happy too, if He knows we appreciate what He gives to us. 🥀`
30-Day Writing Challenge (Day 1)
Okay, so here's the thing. I was reading different articles last week, and I bumped into the article by @Micontingsabit that catches my attention. She's doing a **30-day writing challenge**. I love challenges, so I search online for that kind of stuff. And ended up with this one from *Thirty Darts*.
So what I gonna do today is accomplished *Day 1*.
🔴 **List three things you are grateful for and why?**
Thinking about what things can I be thankful for, lots come to my mind. But because only three were asked, then I'll give three then. 😅
🥀 **Read.cash community/Rusty/RandomRewarder**
I'm not writing this one to take advantage of Rusty. From the bottom of my sincere heart, I am truly grateful that I've known this read.cash community. This was introduced to me by @sc, when everything seems new and still in a process of development. I love writing even when I was still in school, and knowing that I can earn bch just by writing, why not grab it? So I started writing about any topic I can think of and I'm happy I got a reward for it. Just a little amount of bch can make my heart rejoice. What's more when I woke up on a day when notifications keep on beeping through my phone and looking at it... It's from bitcoin.com wallet. http://bitcoin.com/
What a good morning. 😍 Also, I love learning things through other articles, going to a place where I didn't go just by reading other essays, and discovering new friends from another part of this world. What a great opportunity I have here. Anyway, until today, I was earning here little by little. And I'm proud to say I already bought a washing machine from my earnings here. So thank you read.cash!
🥀 **My husband**
In 1 year that we're married, I've known him even more. And realizing his qualities and weaknesses, I love him even more. Starting from the things he has done just to make my life easier, to the sweetness that he shows me every day. This man is a God-given gift. That's one thing for sure. He prayed for me to be his wife, and I'm happy that God answered that prayer. Well, marriage is not perfect as we all know. He's annoying too sometimes, he makes me cry and angry. But in the end, I still choose to look at the positive side of him. There I can see how blessed I am to have him as my husband. He's helpful in every way. Even the house chores, he assists me to do them. Not the thing that I used to observe in my parents before. So yeah, one thing I am grateful for is having a husband like him. #soblessed 😍
🥀 **My parents**
Now that I'm married, I'm not living with my parents. But that doesn't mean they forgot me or neglected me in some way. They always make sure we have the things that we need. From the moment we're just starting our marriage till now that I have a kid, they always support us. That's the love our parents cannot deny. From simple chats, stating *"How are you?"* to giving us rice whenever we visited them. 😅 I'm blessed to have them as my parents and no one can match that genuine love they've shown. So I always pray to God to provide them with a healthy body. I can see how time flies so fast that I didn't realize they're getting older. I can't think I can live a life without them on my side. Hope they live a long life without sickness.
11-Year-Old Got Pregnant
If you watched the latest episode of **Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho**, you'll be familiarized with the title.
And just like what you read, yes, an 11-year-old girl got pregnant. What did you feel after reading the headline? Shocked, curious, or pitiful? Whatever it is, I also feel it.
In this world full of controversial issues, teenage pregnancy is still on the list. And each of us has a different opinion regarding this topic.
For me, being an 11-year-old girl has still an innocent mind. The one that still running and playing with friends. The one that goes to school to finish elementary. And just like other kids, full of dreams and goals for the future.
But this all changed when I saw this episode online. At that time I realized how this world gets worst. The impossible things before got the chance to become possible this day.
But, maybe you ask, why did she become pregnant? Well, her parents used to work far away from home. And this girl stays at their house alone. Her cousin, who is a boy... Loves to play with her. He always goes to their house. And from the statement of this boy, they're just talking, when suddenly it happens. Anyway, the boy is also a teenager. He's only 13 years old. Shocking right? How come this kid with such an innocent mind does things that are not supposed to do? 😥
What do you think is the reason behind this action? Pornography. The boy admitted that he saw pornography on his cousin's phone. Getting curious how it felt, he did it on his cousin.😕 And that results in being pregnant.
Both of them don't know how to take care of a newborn baby. Which is a big responsibility when it comes materially, physically, and mentally. They are both a student who is not yet graduating from high school. No work to support their child financially, no idea how to become a parent, and still lack knowledge of how to do things on their own.
In this case, their parents have a big role. It's their burden. Both the teenagers are under their decision. So whatever wrong decision they make, parents should handle it without hesitation. But of course, it's their responsibility to take action for giving discipline.
Sadly, some parents are not also a good example. Just like what I read in the comments in tiktok regarding this matter. One woman proudly says that abortion is the key to teenage pregnancy. Do you agree? Well, I am not, and forever will not.
One mistake is enough to handle and adding it is worse than ever. Please be a good example when it comes to making decisions in life. We are all not perfect, but at least set high standards.
In a conclusion, the girl that I mention already gave birth through cesarean. And she's taking care of her baby while doing her modules at home. Her parents help her of course. But her cousin who is the father of the child is not welcome to visit their baby.
Hope this article reminds us all, not to do things that affect everyone around us. Maybe we did some already, but make sure to recover and learn from it. 🥀

Appreciate your parents
I do appreciate my parents. On how they work hard for us just to provide material things, how they became a good example to become a better person, and how they came to be reasonable without controlling us. This is what I appreciate even before just by observing and recalling the good things they've done for us. But now that I'm a mother, I appreciate them more. Indeed, you can solely appreciate your parents if you become one.
I realized today as a first-time mom how my Dad and Mom love us. Not because they help us today on how to handle our newborn baby, but just because I experienced their struggle and sacrifices when we were just as little as my son today. From the moment my Mom takes care of me when I'm on her belly until I grew up, go to school, and decided to have my own family. It's not easy to be a parent. It's not easy to take care of a baby. You'll have to sacrifice every strength, time, and even your work... Just to provide everything to your child. These are the things that I didn't realize and for sure will not realize if I didn't become one of them.
Well, as a child, I didn't grow up in a sweet family that says "I love you" to each other. You can't hear us saying that word. We're not used to it. But that doesn't mean we don't love each other. That's just not the way we express ourselves.
So how do we show that we appreciate them? As for me, it's when their anniversary. When I was still in elementary, Mom and Dad used to celebrate their wedding anniversary. So I knew every year what month it would be. So as a girl without money that can be consumed to buy gifts for them, I wrote a letter. I stated there how I love them, how happy I am that they are my parents, and I said sorry for all the things that I did. Lol. As a child, of course, your parents will be mad for whatever reasons you and your siblings are doing. But that letter is my way to declare that I love them. And surprisingly, my Mom hide and treasured it in her wallet. She shows it to me when I was in high school and I got uncomfortable after reading the clingy messages. Lol. Well, I can say that I grew up as a sweet and beautiful child. Lol. How come beautiful is also there? 😂
But now that I can buy gifts and cakes for them, I make sure that every anniversary is a special one. That's the time that I can express my love for them. With just a simple cake or some not-so-elegant gifts, maybe, just maybe they know that I love them. Especially today when I'm not with them, I can't monitor how they get old as time passes by. I don't want to repent in the end when I can no longer have a chance to show them how much I appreciate and love them. So now that they are still strong, but little by little struggling with their health, I want to let them know that I do admire the sacrifices they did for us just to provide us with a comfortable life.
Hope you do the same. Don't waste time. Do some efforts even their not that appreciative. At least you tried and in the end, you show them how much you love them. Coz time flies so fast. Don't wait until there's no amount of time to show it to them. Make time for them while you still can. ❤️

End Up To Labor Induction
It was already 2 a.m. when I started feeling the contraction. I'm not sure if it's pregnancy labor, but that's how they describe labor. So, I downloaded the app "Contractions" and started monitoring it. Every time I can feel pain, I record the duration and the frequency.
That time, I'm trying to sleep but the pain keeps on interrupting. My hubby sleeps so well, and I'm not even disturbing him.
4 a.m. has arrived and he wakes up.
We set the alarm that early coz we were going to my OB to know the baby's situation. My due date is July 30 based on the ultrasound, so August 2 is already overdue. (Well, 2 weeks can still pass to say that the baby is okay... But still, I want to make sure everything was fine inside.)
But that morning, I decided not to go to my OB's clinic coz I know I was already in labor. I said to my husband that I need to go to a shower and prepare the things that we need for the baby's arrival. He's still in shock and trying to calm saying that maybe it's false labor. I know that it's not. So, by 6 a.m. we were already prepared but I was in doubt to go to the RHU thinking that it was too early and I can still handle myself. After I go to the bathroom, I saw some blood on my underwear... And that's the time I decided not to delay it.
So we went to the RHU and one midwife approach me and do some IE (Internal Exam). This is their way to know the size and shape of the cervix. By that time, I'm only 1 cm. That's too early to say that I will give birth. So the midwife told us to go home coz they accept patients with a 4 cm cervix. That's fine coz our house is just near and I can rest well.
My husband informs our relatives and asks for their support. This is our first baby so we're not familiar with what to do next. My Mom went to our house and help us with whatever she can. Time has passed, and the pain keeps on cramping. I'm trying to sleep coz I was so exhausted, maybe because I didn't sleep well that night. But the pain doesn't make me nap. I'm trying to lie down, but the pain is much more powerful in that position. I was walking to ease the pain and let the baby move down.
It was already afternoon when we decided to return to the RHU. Another IE happened and I'm on 5 cm. So, the midwife told us to stay and I was going to be confined. They do some antigen COVID tests on me just to make sure everyone is safe, and the result is negative. So, my Mom and hubby decided which one can go inside with me, coz I can't choose among them. So I allow them to decide, just not to hurt anybody.
And finally, they decided that my Mom can go with me when frankly I want my husband to be there. But we need some "runner" outside in case we require something and my hubby is the one that suits it coz he has a motorcycle.
We go inside and started to wait on my baby's arrival. Someone was there too, which has a 5 cm cervix. We're on the same track. She's in pain, and I am too. We kept on walking into the room and trying to ease the pain that we felt. She's Ivy by the way. 10 pm when she goes to the delivery room and I heard a baby's cry. I can feel the relief and happiness on her behalf. But how about me? The midwife called me and do some IE again, I'm on my 7 cm. Someone has been confined and she has 5 cm. She's a mother of three and knows how to deliver a baby. So by midnight, she did it. I'm still in my labor and after another IE, it stays on 7 cm. 🤕 I did some walking and squatting, but it doesn't improve. At 2 am, that's already 24 hours of labor, another woman arrived and delivered a baby girl. They are resting with their newborn babies, while I'm still in pain because of labor.
The pressure is on. What happened to my baby? Why he's delaying so much? They teach me what to do and I'm trying to accomplish it. The assigned midwife changed shift, so she told me not to lose hope and that it happened for the first time Moms. That helps me not to worry.
It's morning already, I didn't get that much sleep, and my Mom too. My hubby who's always monitoring us decided to change Mom, just to make her rest and sleep well in her house. By this time, a new midwife do an IE on me, and she said I am fully dilated. But the baby is still far and needs to push down. So she instructs me to take a bath, and prepare myself for delivering the baby. And that's what I did. She also said that I can stimulate my nipples and do some squatting when it contracts. I did that. My water broke. So I went to the delivery room. After an IE, my cervix was open, but the baby is still far. The midwife told me that I can be sent to BRTTH (43 km away / 1 hr to travel) when I can't still do it that noon. My hubby contacted Mom and they think it's best to go there early coz my water broke already. So my hubby packed our things and prepared them in case we need to go. The midwife does another IE, and she said the baby was near the cervix. I want to stay there, and not go far. So I did everything to make the baby down.
The midwives explained to me why they need to send me to the hospital. It was because I need to be induced. The contraction is not consistent, so I can't deliver my baby if I can't feel any contractions. But there's an option... If the doctor allowed them to induce me, I can stay there. So they're only waiting for the doctor's approval. Good thing he approved. Immediately, they induced me, I started to feel the contractions. One midwife assist me by pushing my tummy or the baby, and the other one monitored my cervix. They helped me a lot. All I do is push, even if it's so painful. The midwife said she can see the head and the baby's hair... So that's what helped me to push even more until I heard the baby's cry. Woaaahhh... That's it. After the head was out, I just feel his arms and legs sliding down my cervix. That's a relief. Finally, I did it!
They called my hubby inside the delivery room and informed him that I already delivered a baby boy. They also made him kiss me for all the sacrifices I made. So he did. They also allowed him to take a picture of our baby and here it is. Fresh from his Mom's tummy. 😅
Gender reveal (Boy or Girl)
It's nearly 5 am when we start traveling by road. This is the time we decided to go to the Ob gyne as we're always late and not successfully getting on the list. It's always a full list as we went there twice. Not just a waste of time, but also a waste of gasoline.
As we were going across, Mount Mayon showed off. It was too beautiful to look at with the sun rising on its back.
This is too stunning to look at with the fresh and cold air at that time.
We successfully arrived at the clinic at 5:30 am. There are lots of people waiting outside.
And good thing our effort paid off as I got #9 on the list. They only received 30 patients on their scheduled days, so getting there early is a must. Some mommies went there as early as 3 am, just to make sure they can be on the record. That's too early, right? But they can do it just to make sure their babies are okay and healthy.
That day is our day off at work, so after writing my name on the list, we go back to our town and buy some food and stuff. On that day, Thursday is our market day. So we don't waste our time waiting for the clinic to open as it opens at exactly 9:30 am. A lot of hours spent if ever we just wait there.
We went back to the clinic at 11 am and I thought my number had already been called. Good thing, this clinic is not that fast in assisting their patients, so I went there with just #7 on the line. This time is the first time I'll have a hard copy of my ultrasound. Every month and every check-up, I can see my baby through ultrasound but that's just it. I don't have any copy as it will add to the payment, which is $12.
So, excitedly... As I still don't know my baby's gender, I got happy and shocked when my Ob said that **"it's a BOY"**.
I'm not expecting it as a boy, as a lot of people said that I'm getting a girl as I was so beautiful in their eyes this pregnancy period. Lol.
Well, whatever gender my baby has, I'm so happy that I knew it already. 🥰
My hubby wants a boy as the first baby as it will protect the family or his siblings if ever we have more babies to come soon. 😅
So after knowing my baby's gender and doing some check-ups, my hubby and I were contented to leave the clinic.
We have the hard copy of the ultrasound, and I know our family was excited to know the gender too. 😊
I decided to go to the salon after the check-up and do some hair cut. My cousin's wife advised me to have short hair as my birthing month went approaching. So did I.
It was nearly noon when the haircut was done, so we went to Mang inasal after to eat our lunch. This is our chosen fast food, as always after check-up as it is cheaper and rice is unlimited. Lol.
After eating, a dessert is a must. Halo-halo for the win.
This Mang inasal's halo-halo is a bit cheaper and creamier than other halo-halo that I've tried.
While eating, my Mom messaged me if we were done with the check-up. And as expected, she's so excited to know the gender too. She asked me, but I don't want to reveal it that soon. I want to keep it a secret first and reveal it all at once. 😅
My brother called me, just to ask about the gender... They are too excited to know... But they got nothing on me. 😅
They keep on making me kulit but that doesn't work.
So, the time has come when I and my hubby decided to reveal it to them. It was my cousin's surprise graduation party...
As we were searching for a gift for him, my hubby saw a paper bag with a print "It's a boy". So, it was decided to reveal it to them while giving him the gift. 😂
Looks like it's a gender reveal party, but we just interrupt the scene with this revelation. Lol.
Right now, I'm on my 9 month and just waiting for my baby to be ready to face the outside world. It's a little mixed emotion here, as I don't know what will happen to me during labor, or delivering the baby. But all I wish is success and a safe birthing experience. Can't wait to share with you my story after I got this little one out of me. 😍
Highschool Love story (Freewriting)
It was in my 2nd-year high school when I first met you. I was your new classmate in your section. I was not happy with my first-year high school classmate that's why being in a second section is my ultimate goal. And I succeed. Finally, I'm here now. I didn't do it to be with you, but it is a good thing I did.
Your best friend kept on knowing me on the first day of classes. I don't know how do I look that time, but your best friend is one of the known campus heartthrobs. He deserves that as he's so charming and cute. His height is quite tall and his eyes are just so beautiful.
No doubt why other girls love that appearance. On your part, you look like you're his right arm. Trying to be on his level, well you look cute too. With your height that's quite average, maybe that looks okay. Your face is so innocent and smiling makes it more adorable. I don't know why, but I love it being your classmate.
Time passes by, and I comprehend being a student. I became top 1 in the first grading. Well, I don't know if it attracts you but maybe you do.
The time comes, your best friend tried to court me. Sent a text asking if he can try to be my boyfriend. Even though he's so famous on the campus, a school heartthrob, I rejected him. Telling him I'm not entertaining any men and just focused on my studies. This simply makes him agree and stop with his favor. I think he just tries if I will fall in his hands and add to his girl's collection. I don't want that and my decision is just right. A few weeks had passed, and here comes your text. You started with just "Hi :)" and end up courting me too. Another boy classmate go with the flow on doing it and tried to interrupt that courting period. You both have the same goal of getting me as your girlfriend. This is not right. You both are talking and being friends with each other. I know something is suspicious. You do it on purpose. Maybe trying to be the best man who can get me and receive my "Yes! I want to be your girlfriend too." You know the same with Jerald, I both busted you. But you didn't stop. You did the effort. You both did. Trying to be sweet on me and making the one jealous. I can feel it.
The third-year high school has arrived, and you are still consistent with your text messages. It's only you who's not stopping. Rainier quit and surrender. How come you're so constant. That makes me feel that you're so in love with me.
You're so vocal. So, our classmates knew. Their teasing us. But it's so complicated coz a lot of girls have a crush on you. But still, you are so loyal that your eyes are only on me. "Should I say yes? With this consistency, do you deserve my sweet yes? What will happen to my friends who have a crush on you? Can I just ignore them and show them that you're mine?" That's a lot of questions. But it ends up with one condition on my mind. I'll say yes. But I'll just make it for a month. After that, I'll break up with you.
That happens. We go on a date... you acted like my boyfriend... our classmates know it... my friends hate me. But you love me. I can feel that. You gave me a teddy bear, you started to pay money for our transport, you make me choose our couple ring and tell me you'll buy it on our monthsary. I feel guilty. No monthsary will happen. The plan is a plan and I'll break up with you soon. I enjoyed the moment. You're just so cute and easy to love. But I was so firm with my decision.
One month has passed, and I try to break up with you. I break your heart, I know you love me, I do. But then this is just an experiment. I want to know the feeling of that so-called "boyfriend".
The day I said we should break up is the day when you're not in school. You didn't get there as you're sick. It's snack time, which is 9:00 am when you've shown.
You're wearing your new shoes and the only motive is to beg me not to break with you. But, I was so sure. I don't want you anymore. You're sick that day, but you managed to go to school and beg for me. That makes me so guilty. Lunch break has come, but you're still on your knees begging for us to come back. You didn't eat lunch, same with me as you keep on blocking my way. I got starved. Are you that in love that you do nearly impossible things?
I'm still firm. You even ask for help from your best friend, Jerald, to fetch me to our house. You rent a vehicle, ride with me to home while trying to be sweet, and held my hand. That is our first holding hands. The electricity is there. I got weak. Your hand just makes me so vulnerable. It's my first time holding your hand, but that's the time I should not. I won. I just stopped being your girlfriend.
------------------------------------------------------------------
Wooh! This is 35 minutes of freewriting. I just want it to be 25 but hey! It's quite hard to get it done. Anyways, I hope you love it. This is not a happy ending but maybe some can relate.
Just want to say thank you to my new sponsor (again) @meitanteikudo (a master of freewriting as I call him). Just visit his profile to know why he deserves that title. 😅
Solong Eco Park
Before anything else, I nearly forgot these 2 generous people on my Sponsors list: @Talecharm & @Captainkay . Thanks for trusting me with your allowance. 🥰
The gasoline price was shocking. And a lot of us just want to stay where we are and don't use the wheels. Are you a travel person? Do you want to take a trip with just one sit?
Then take your seat belt and let's go somewhere. :)
Are you happy with what you see? 😅 This is one of the aquaria near the comfort room that I use. This fish looks different, as it has an alligator nose and mouth. That's why it is called "alligator fish". From the appearance itself, his mother is a fish, and the husband is an alligator. Well, that's just my theory. 😂
Let's move on from that. Let's head to the actual place.
Welcome to Solong Eco Park! This is located in Bicol Province, directly in Albay. This is my first time here so the tour guide just take a snap of our group.
And what comes in a park? Of course some flowers. Or I can say a bunch of flowers... Bed of flowers others might say.
It's beautiful to look at a place that has different colors. And this place has it. They maintained the flowers so well that it blooms a lot.
This park also has a Pororo bridge.
Well, before I forgot... The time we went there is the day when my brother and his girlfriend is celebrating their 2nd anniversary. So, as you can see... We're just their photographer. Lol.
Anyways, nothing more exciting on that bridge... But on the other end, there's a bee house. We didn't go there as we're afraid that it might sting us.
Now, we're going to the known Crystal Cave. And before we can step on that cave, we need to hike 272 steps. I didn't count it but the tour guide said it's 272. 😅
This is what they made as a walkway. A truck tire, a lot of truck tires. Imagine it has 272 steps and how many truck tires do you think it needed to accomplish this? 😅 That's a lot I can say. But this is good as it's not slippery when wet.
So we go step by step, take a selfie...
till we reach the top. It's a little bit tiring, so there's a bahay kubo where we can take a rest first and finish the whole steps.
While resting, there's a big photo frame where we can enjoy the beautiful view as a background.
I think all are energetic again so it's time to finish the few more steps to reach the crystal cave.
Finally, we reached it.
It looks like a big rock and a bat house. This cave also has a gate and a padlock on it.
Sorry for the model. He looks scary, isn't he? 😅 This gate was always closed and locked. Anyone without permission cannot easily enter it. Do you know why?
From the name itself "Crystal Cave", there's a lot of crystal inside. And the owner does the mining so a lot of holes and digging happened there.
Inside, you can see a lot of stalagmites formed from the cave.
It is amazing to see but then not allowed to be held by anyone. My Mom tried to touch it but the tour guide stop her as it can cause acidity and soon the stalagmites might die.
Then the crystals were introduced. We keep asking her where it can be seen as we're so curious. While walking she just picks some at the walkway, and there you go. It's crystal.
It's just scattered everywhere as you can just pick it somewhere. There's a lot of it there, and now I can say why it's called crystal cave. But as the tour guide said, it's strictly not allowed to get crystal there. But we got some. 😂 She knows that but said not to post it online. But I did now. Am I that bad? 😅
Enough with that, let's go to the dinosaur.
Can you spot it? It's not the person standing but look at the rock formation. The tour guide said it's a dinosaur but for me, it's a chameleon. Lol. Anyway, this cave is not the final of our journey.
We still need to go to the portal and the beautiful chocolate hills at the top.
Of course, this portal might look so spacious without a model, right? So here you go.
And then at the rightmost top of this is the chocolate hills as they say.
Is it a beautiful view? Good thing the rain stopped and the hills are almost out and visible. This is the last part of it. I hope you enjoy our journey. Till next time. Bye!
Bloggers and Content Creators Secrets
A lot of us search for different ways of earning. Some of us just love writing. Some of us love creating videos and expressing ourselves through them. This is the trending way of social media now. It's either through writing or video editing. Whatever it is, we love to know how they succeed in that hobby or profession.
I love watching Tiktok videos recently coz it's just simply entertaining and discusses a lot of topics. One day when I go online. I watched one video that discusses the secret of a content creator. And somehow, it is also related to all bloggers out there.
And why did I create this article? Coz I want to share it with you. :) Here are the three things that I remember. It's a three C...
**Content.** If we want to be a blogger or even a content creator, of course, we need to know what to write or create.
In this part, it depends on the individual. We need to know what topic we love, know and can attract the viewers. It's either cooking, gaming, life experience, or even advice that people can relate to. One can succeed if he discovers his niche. But what if this person wants to be on-trend. and discusses one topic that he can't even relate to or doesn't have any idea what's going on. In this part, maybe he attracts viewers. But sooner or later, he can't stand on that topic and change his content. That's the sad reality. Of course, his viewers may unsubscribe or don't visit him again.
So what's the point? In thinking of content, focus on what we love. On what we enjoy. From what we know that we can relate, and others can relate too. In this way, we can be consistent in giving viewers that content, and sooner or later... They will stay with you and support you all the way through. 💕
**Consistent.** This is one thing that's difficult on my part. As a blogger, or even for those content creators, being consistent is a must. Why? Coz we have viewers. They are waiting for our newly released topics. Also, we want to earn. So being consistent, means constant earnings. By the way, this one depends on the individual again. We have different obligations, priorities, and commitments. So that means, one full-time mom can be busiest than anybody else. But still, she wants to write. She can still be consistent in doing that. Maybe once a week can save her from being consistent. Or one person just stays at home, doing nothing, searching for ways to earn. This one can be consistent by giving us his writings every day. So again, it depends individually. But what's the key point? Be consistent.
**Connection.** As a blogger or a content creators, we love people who visit our articles or videos. But is that enough? Of course not. We need to attract them more by replying to their comments, or questions. Don't be snobby. Learn to communicate to your viewers. Make them feel that you are there. Not just by giving them your opinions, but also by making them feel that you can be reached. 😊 Also, learn to visit other content too. There are lots of bloggers and content creators too. They also need support. So make them feel that you are helping them. Read their contents, leave a comment, and communicate. In this way, you are doing, what you want people to do to you. Is that the golden rule? 🤭 Anyways, have a connection, that's it. 😊
The power of rain
Everything was planned. I'll wake up early at exactly 6 am. Prepare everything, cook some breakfast, and travel to the Ob-Gyne Clinic. That was all settled and scheduled.
And I did what I exactly aimed. The phone rings at 6 am, I get up for about 15 mins after. I cooked breakfast, boil some water for the shower, drink some coffee, visit nature outside, wondering if the rain will be the day's weather or still Mr.Sun's heat.
I saw the bright side, like what the picture tells us. Mr. Sun gonna show up. And there's a possibility of a sunny day. So entering our house, I was determined that the weather will be nice today. It will be a great day.
So I take a bath, cook some corned beef with the egg... And eat our breakfast.
Everything is fine. Everything is ready. Both I and my hubby are all dressed up. The rain started to pour... It gives everything from heaven down to earth. Looks like it's determined to ruin someone's schedule.
Also, I contacted my Aunt at that time which is 7:30 am, asked her about the clinic information... And she said that we're too late to go there. That clinic just accepted 35 patients per day. First come, first serve. Which is... We need to go there as early as 6 am, put our name on the list... Go back home, and wait for it to open at 9:00 am. That's how the clinic accepts patients.
At that time, I was still determined to go and try if we can still be on the list of 35 persons even she said that we were too late, and people are already there. The time is ticking, every minute drops so fast. It's already 8:00 am. And the rain is non-stop. It looks like it's trying to say, "Don't go". Trying real hard to block our schedule, and just stay home.
I started doubting. Thinking if we can still arrive there on time... Thinking that we're too late, that time will be wasted if we travel and nothing will happen. And since we're just traveling with a motorcycle, it's not advisable to drive while raining. We're going to be wet and can't drive fast as we intended to.
Negativity surpassed. Convincing myself, and getting lazy to go. That is just how my mind changes. I blame the rain, the nonstop rain. It's so powerful that even I want to go, it will make me stay in one corner. Do nothing. Making myself convinced that there's a new tomorrow, a new day that will be great for this ruined schedule.
It rains the whole day. Making myself convinced that my decision is right. Trying to be positive thinking that I'm not soaked and bathed outside.
Not until a delivery boy calls outside. There's a delivery package. It's my order from the online shop called "Shopee". This makes me realize that if you are determined to do things, even it rains, it can't stop you. You can do what you want even the weather tells you not to. How sipag naman ni kuya. He helps me realize things this day, and... He doesn't know that. 😅
By the way, I ordered leggings and shorts online. I just needed it as I can't wear my jeans and maong shorts this pregnancy period.
This is my first time ordering from the "qqgpk shop" and choosing their random color shorts. As I open the package I already saw the neon orange color shorts. Its color is attractive and one glimpse can make you notice it. I didn't like it. I don't want to wear neon color clothes as I'm not trying to be a center of attraction. 😅 The other shorts are okay and the leggings too. This neon orange is the only thing that's not good. Aside from its striking color, it's also defective. The "Nike" logo is usually designed in front of shorts. And any cord is also built-in in front of it. But this one makes it so obvious that the manufacturer makes a mistake.
See? Well, in pictures... It looks okay. But I can't wear this outside I swear. Thinking about it makes me instantly declare a refund. I chatted the shop regarding it, but no replies.
I also notify Shopee regarding this and it's still pending. Let's see what will be the decision of the shop. I hope they do their job okay and do not give defective products. 😐 This will have a huge impact on their customer and give them low reviews.
After that, someone knocks at our door. My sister-in-law brought some chicken dish... It's adobong manok.
This one is a native rooster that comes from my hubby's farm. And as usual, anything that comes from his flock... He cannot eat. So this is just for me. I have lunch now. I just need to prepare his. Good thing he just wants some tuna and tomatoes on it. Easy to prepare.
And here it is. We ate our lunch with a lot of rain outside coming from above. No plan of stopping, huh?
And as a dessert, avocadooo...
This looks so clean. :) My hubby wants it with milk, but we don't have it. So I just put sugar on it.
And later on, he requested to put milo to it. But I just ate almost all of it. 😂
That's how my Monday became so productive because of the rain. 😏
Earning money (Freewriting)
It's time for a challenge. I set my clock to a 25 minutes timer, and once it buzzes, I should stop writing.
The clock is ticking, the pressure is rolling, and my head is starting to think. My topic for today is about earning money. A lot of us can relate to this as we all need money for our everyday life. I just want to share how I'm earning money nowadays, and how you can benefit from it too.
**Online work.** Right now I'm in front of a laptop, waiting for papers to arrive. I'm one of those freelancers who's regularly using my 8 hours sitting and waiting for the client's request and doing their demands. This is my one way of earning money and it's so convenient and practical on my part. No need to travel and face everyday traffic and pollution. Plus more bonds with my hubby who is also an online worker. And less stress of preparing myself before work.
**BCH earning.** Well, same as you, I'm benefiting from posting and publishing in noise.cash and read.cash. These are both platforms that give satoshis just by sharing anything you're doing. And it's a great help on my part as I love writing too. This is also a way of interacting with those who have the same interests as you. You're earning, you're expressing yourself, and you can meet different people all over the world. Just a lot of great things, right?
**Investing.** Another way of earning today that I'm doing is by investing. I just put some money on some traders, they trade it, they earn from it... And share it with us. Easy peasy. I just let him borrow my money, and I'm earning as well without doing. Well, if you know how to trade your own money, much better. But for me, I let others do it for me. No struggle and I'm earning. This helps me a lot today. Rather than putting my money in the bank with low interest.
**Piso wifi.** If you are familiar with this... Then good for you. But for those who don't know piso wifi, this is a way people can put money in a machine, connect to your wifi with a limited time based on how much money they put in. This doesn't need a lot of effort. Just put the machine where people can access it, and voila. You can take your nap, and do nothing. 😅 You are earning with the help of a machine.
**Trading.** As of now, trading is one of the trending ways of earning money. It's either crypto or foreign exchange. This needs to be studied harder before doing it if you want to be successful and attain what you want. This is also a win or loses as trading is volatile. So, if you do it without any information and knowledge, then say goodbye to your money. 😅 You'll not succeed without any idea what you're doing. So on my part, I let the robot do it. Well, I think he does know to trade than me. 😂 Is it the smarter way, do you agree? Well, every day... I earn from that robot. And I know I'm not losing my money from him as he knows how to trade. 😍
There are different ways of earning today, and this is just my way of doing it. If you have any idea or suggestion that is effective and helpful, then let me know in the comment section. I love to hear it. And I hope you get some ideas from me too. Any question regarding how I do it is welcome. 😊

Woooh! After a long time of doing the freewriting, I made it again. This is somehow enjoyable and a little pressure, just to think of an idea of what to write next. 😅 Everything that is written is freshly baked by my oven brain. 😂
2+1 = We're Having a Baby
It's been 2 months now since I write something on this platform. And in that very short period, a lot of things happened. And you're surely not updated coz we're not communicating, do we? 😂
Well, one of the good news that I want to share is that I'm 4 months pregnant now. Shocking isn't it? Lol. Don't be... coz I have a husband and it's normal to have a baby.
It was the month of December when we knew that I'm positively pregnant and I have a baby on my tummy.
That makes us happy, coz we want it to. This pregnancy test kit just shows how positive I am about having a new member of our family. Immediately I contacted my family regarding this and they were all happy and excited about the result.
That instantly calls for a celebration. A samgyupsal night from the excited Tito's.
This will be the first and only "apo" in the family on both sides, that's why all of them are waiting for it. Hope this baby will not be a spoiled brat soon. 😅
Having a developing baby inside me didn't make my life so easy. I always feel nausea and vomiting. I can't do anything the whole day coz all I need to do is lie down and sleep. This is not experienced by all of the Mommies out there. They said they have a normal life with just a baby on their tummy. No nausea or vomiting, even headache or other kaartehan.
But my experience is different. The first trimester is not for me. That just make me realize how hard it is to be a mommy. That just makes me surrender to having a baby. Even using gadgets (mobile phone & laptop) is hard. That's one of the reasons why I somehow stop posting on noise.cash and read.cash. Even my work online is affected. Almost 1 week of being absent coz I can't work well as I always feel dizzy. And the cravings are there. Different cravings on my part. One of them is unripe carabao mango with shrimp paste.
After this, I don't like to smell or even taste the shrimp paste. That makes me dizzier. I also hate to smell sauteed garlic and onion. My sense of smell just became so sensitive during this pregnancy. Even my body smell makes me hate myself. Lol. Instantly take a bath, that's what my nose demands.
Also, the food I hate to eat before but my hubby loves, is what I want now. Looks like this baby is a daddy's girl/boy.
But now, I'm in my second trimester... No more nausea and vomiting. Just a headache. And I can handle that.
That's why I'm here. Trying to get back on my track in read.cash and noise.cash. These platforms help me before when we were just starting as a couple. And now that we're having a baby, I know nothing will change. I still can rely on what I used to have before.
It's just 5 months before this little human comes out. And financially, I can say that we still need to do everything to sustain what we need in the future. And earning BCH is one of my ways of saving money for my baby.
Happy to be part of this family. And receiving tips just by expressing myself through writing.
Hope we get along. 😊
Learn to Give Back
Last Tuesday, I decided to treat my Mom to one of her chosen restaurants. This is my way of saying "Thank You" to her good heart. She gave me $100 to invest in one of the known and tested trading companies. At first, I thought, it's a debt... That I should pay her after I gain something. But after my Aunt gave me $100 too, she said... It's her gift for me too. That makes me so happy. Not thinking of any obligation anymore.
So that Tuesday, the $100 that I invest returned with gain. That's the exact day I achieved it. My Mom doesn't know that happens. So when I chat her regarding her free time, she thought I'll just need her for a massage. But I said, we're going to eat somewhere, it's my treat. (Oh ha, lakas makapangmayaman! HAHAHAHA) That makes her think... "Is this girl already pregnant? Am I going to be a grandmother?" That makes me laugh and nervous. I and my husband is already planning for that, but this is not the time to share it with her. Lol. I just said... "Not yet. I'm still waiting for my period. "
So the day has come, she chose lunch rather than a snack. My younger sister also joins us on that day.
We ate at Lila Restaurante. This is one of the known restaurants that served good food. As you can see, I also gave my Mom a gift... That's a jogger pair of pants that I bought online. I have that too, wearing that day. So we are matchy-matchy.
That day, we ordered a combo platter. I chose the baby's back ribs.
My Mom chose pork adobo and my sister chose cordon bleu. They also ordered some additional, like Sinigang na Salmon sa Miso and sizzling chicken sisig. Also two cups of rice for additional. For our drinks, I and my Mom chose pink and blue lemonade, while my sister preferred milk tea, so that's one for her. That's a lot for me. But giving everything that they want. Spoiling ba?
So before we start eating, taking a photo is a must. The waiter offered some snap, so I gave him my cellphone.
This is my first time treating my Mom. As she always does this before. She's the one who always pays whenever we eat outside. As we start to eat, that's the only time I tell her what's going on. I just said to her that I want to give back, just saying thank you. And she finally understands that it's not because I'm pregnant. Lol.
We didn't finish all the food we ordered. We just take it out. Sadly, my father comes too late. We're already taking a picture outside when he arrived from work.
`I'm sharing this to tell you that learn to give back. Be grateful for everything that you're receiving. And don't forget to appreciate every simple blessing that we're receiving. In that way, you're making the person happy and you're making sure that you appreciate him/her on his/her goodness.`
Advantage of boredom
Today is my day off... And that means a rest day. My alarm beeps at 7:30 am. I need to wake up early like that coz I need to attend a religious meeting via zoom. It will be held at 8:30 am, so I still have 1 hour to prepare. Hearing my alarm, I immediately turn it off while battling with my eyes not to close again. This is the struggling part of me being a nocturnal person. I always have more energy in the evening more than in the day. I don't know why but I choose to work late at night rather than early in the morning.
Honestly, I fall to sleep again. And looking at my phone, I get up on my bed at exactly 8:00 am. That made me move faster. I went to the bathroom with a glass of water, gargle it without doing some toothbrushes. Frankly, I'm not used to doing some toothbrushes after waking up. I always do gargle only, not cleaning my teeth with a toothbrush. 😂
After that, I immediately get 2 cups... Put hot water on both cups, and brew some coffee with milk on it.
While it's still hot, I washed my face... Not going to take a bath as I don't have enough time. 😂 Reeaassoonnss... I also change clothes... Put on some makeup, and that's it, I'm ready for the zoom meeting. I finished my coffee while attending zoom with my camera off. Of course, I won't open it while taking some coffee. 😂
The speaker provides so many practical lessons nowadays. He's my cousin by the way.
He reminds us how God helps us presently, and how He gives us so many blessings that we didn't even notice.
The meeting has two parts, the second one was led by my hubby. He discusses the magazine entitled "Value the Strength of Youth". It focuses on the older ones that have been advised to help younger ones. They are encouraged not to view younger ones as inexperienced ones but as a strength. This is a good lesson for those ancienter.
The meeting ended at 10:00 am. That's the time we can say hello and thanks to everyone connected via zoom. We always ended up happy seeing them okay and healthy.
By the way, at that time I'm so hungry. I realized I just take coffee without any food on my tummy. Good thing my sister-in-law cooked lunch early. She fried the chicken... So we have FRIED CHICKEN!
It's still hot that time, and crunchy. That makes my tummy satisfied and full. I dip it in gravy, "Mang Tomas" in Tagalog. Lols. I finished eating 2 big slices of fried chicken. Happy tummy! :)
My hubby wants some sweets after a meal, and it's a good thing we bought candies at the grocery store.
This smells good with a strawberry scent. It also tastes okay, sweet and sour I can say. 😊
After that great meal, I washed the dishes, fed the dogs, and take a rest. These are the things I normally do on lunchtime every day off.
As usual, my cellphone is my companion whenever I'm bored. I also visited noise.cash and posted some.
You can visit my profile on the username ***shulzz***.
After interacting with some users, I lie down, face my cellphone again... And entertain myself through Tiktok and Youtube. These are the only apps I hang around every time I want to rest.
That made me sleepy. So, I ended up napping for about 1 hour. After waking up, my hubby said we'll go to the market. We're going to buy some chicken feeds and rice. That made me take a bath. 😂 Well, going to the market, the stores are already closed as it's already 5:00 pm. We ended up going to the mall instead, buying things that I need to remain my beauty, char!
And then going home, I get some chocolate pretzels. That made our cat "Mimi" notice me again.
He always goes near me every time he hears the plastic wrapper. He knows it's food. But because chocolate is poisonous to cats, I don't give him some. He starts massaging me. This cat is a talented one. He knows how to massage through his feet. 😅 Well, after that tiring massage, I fed him some bread. Good job Mimi! 😅
Now that I have a lot of time, I got bored easily. That made me write on read.cash. Well, after a long vacation of 3 weeks without any articles published, I think I did write a new one! 👍🏽
How to control your tongue
*Your girlfriend got shocked. Your teacher feels disrespected. Your Mom got angry. And your sister nearly cried.*
*This was their reaction when you* ***AGAIN*** *open your mouth, speak every word that comes to your mind, without thinking twice and holding yourself back.*
*You tried to catch your thinking bubble but it flew away that instant.*
**AND AGAIN... YOU DIDN'T CONTROL YOUR TONGUE.**
Can you relate to this scenario? Are you the one who's not thinking before you speak? Or are you the version of those who speak harshly?
Whatever your answer is... Our tongue can be compared to a fire. Which can be the reason to destroy a large forest!
Now, I want you to think of a reason why you speak badly?
Maybe you'll answer... *"Because I'm not perfect, and nobody's perfect."* Well, you're right. Because we're not perfect we can speak wrong sometimes. Our minds and tongue are both imperfect, so why expect to control them perfectly, right?
What else? What's the reason behind it?
Reasonably, we occasionally speak too much. How many words can you speak in a minute? 100 words? 200? Or maybe 300? That's exaggerated, right? But speaking too much without the intention to listen can be one of the reasons why we hurt others by words.
So, don't use your tongue too much. Learn to be silent sometimes. Being talkative doesn't mean you're the most knowledgeable person in a room. Sometimes, the silent ones are.
Another one is the sarcastic attitude. Speaking without thinking is like a stab of a sword. So, do you have a sarcastic attitude? It's a behavior in which you speak offensively to underestimate others. These are the persons who always end their sentences with, *"I'm just joking!"* But it's not funny at all. They tend to embarrass others.
Do you have a person in mind who is known to be a joker but use another person to be a subject? And end up insulting him?
Well, we can all say that that person is sarcastic.
So remember this: *Once we uttered a painful word, it's not recoverable.*
So, just like the title, **"How to control your tongue?"**
We all know that controlling our tongue is not that easy. But there are ways that we can try.
For example, there are times when we feel angry, we speak bitter words that we regret after. So if we are in a furious moment, better not to answer back. Our feelings and emotions can change the way we think. So, the moment we're angry, learn to pause for a second. In that way, we can avoid speaking disrespectful words.
Also, learn to be humble. Treat others as if they're superior. In that way, if ever you speak harshly, you can easily say sorry.
Hope this article helps you to... **CONTROL YOUR TONGUE.**

It looks like we're just spending our time in a hotel room. We're just waiting for our food and do everything that we want to.
Another day has come, we take a glance at Mom in the ICU main. And we discover, it's just one door and wall away from the ICU extension. Seeing her move in good condition and a nurse taking care of her, makes us stay calm and comfortable.
That's also the last day we stayed in the hospital cause the nurse declared our NEGATIVE swab result. She told us we can go home but we need to be strictly quarantined for 14 days.
As the nurse stated that, we immediately contacted a friend who can pick us up at the hospital. And he immediately responded yes.
While waiting for our service, we ate our lunch, took a bath, disinfect, and pack our things. We also write a letter for Mom in her notebook. My husband delivers it to the ICU main stating that we're both negative on the swab test so we're no longer staying in the hospital. And again we stated that we love her and we're waiting on her fast recovery.
So that's the end of our hospital journey.
At home, we disinfected all our things from the hospital, wash every clothes that we brought, and make sure we throw away the virus. And we spend our day at home while strictly obeying the home quarantined.
Maybe you got curious why we need to be quarantined even though we both have a negative result? Well, as per the nurse... The virus can manifest in 2 weeks. So, that's the time we need to observe ourselves if ever we experienced symptoms. But good thing we both have a healthy body, which helps us not to be infected again.
After 4 days, my Mom got released from intubation. Which means she can already breathe normally without the support of the oxygen machine. That's a relief for her and us also. It just shows how fast her recovery is. Nurses and doctors in the hospital also confessed that it's their first time removing a tube from a patient who survives the intubation. Every patient who undergoes intubation cannot endure their situation and face death. But our Mom is different. She's strong and tough. So... Few more days and she's been released in the ICU main. She's been transferred to another room which is for patients who have negative results. That time, she need a watcher. And my husband is the only person who can do it. He didn't finish his quarantine period. But the hospital allowed him cause he's been negative already to the result and not showing any symptoms. So he left me alone at our house, and go to the hospital.
That's the saddest night I ever felt in my life. Before when I was single I know how to be alone and independent, but after the wedding, I think I can no longer handle it. But still, I told myself that it's for our mother's fast recovery. She needs him more than I.
So, they spend more days in the hospital, taking medicines, eating healthy foods, changing diapers, etc. Until the doctors said that they can already come back home.
That's the time I planned and did some effort just to make my Mom happy and optimistic. I cut some paper, and form some "WELCOME HOME MA".
That day, the ambulance came. I was glad my Mom survived in that critical situation. I thought I will no longer be with her. But God answered our prayers and save her. Thanks to all our family and friends who did not stop comforting us while we're still in the hospital. We know how effective our prayers coz a lot of them helps us to pray for her as well.
As of now, my Mom is still on a process of recovering. From level 5 (critical) down to level 2 (mild) covid case. Little by little, we can see her improvements. I hope everyone of us learned from this story.
Covid is not a joke like other said. You'll not know when will it attack your family. So be responsible enough to be healthy this days. Invest for healthy foods and vitamins. And learn to follow the healthy protocols. Do it as always coz it will save your life and others.

...
But he refused. He said I can't go near him. Everyone who entered the covid ward cannot have any physical contact with the people outside. That's how the hospital strictly set their rules and regulations. So that time, I don't know how to comfort him. I know that intubation can worsen the situation of our Mom. But he said that he don't have any choice but to agree to it. The oxygen can no longer supply my Mom's necessities, so she can not breathe normally. Her face becomes dark as black which means she's losing so much oxygen at that time. Even though I know the intubation can worsen the situation and can make Mom gone so fast, I just positively said to my husband, "Don't worry Hon, tama ang desisyon mo. Huwag mo sisihin sarili mo sa nangyayari kasi ginagawa mong lahat para maging okay si Ma." (Don't worry Hon, you made the right decision. Don't blame yourself for what's happening because you're doing everything to make Ma okay.) And he cried so hard. That's the second time I saw him crying. He said he needs to go back inside coz he just asks the nurse to supply Mom's oxygen by pumping. Then I realized how bad his situation is inside. I thought he's just monitoring Mom without any problem at all but looks like I'm the one who has a good sleep and condition outside.
While seeing him groaning while stating every person I should call, that's when I realized Mom can no longer be with us at home. So that moment, after he went back inside I started to shed tears too. I don't want him to see me crying as I want to show him that I'm strong and can be the source of strength. But at that moment, everything sinks in. Mom is just 56 years old, which means so young to die. But I didn't waste so much time crying. I want to contact my father-in-law coz he's the first person who should know the situation. At that time I don't have a load to call or text him. So I contact first whoever I saw on messenger that can provide me instant load. Good thing my Uncle Japhet who provided me load before for free is online. So he's the one I beg for the load. Also, I saw one friend who I know I can be trusted to call my father-in-law. So I asked her if she can call him for me, stating that my Mom can no longer be with us since her situation is crucial. If he wants to saw her before she died, he needs to go to the hospital that instant. That was based on the doctor's statement. Good thing, this good friend agreed and called my Dad. And she said Dad will eventually go to the hospital. And that time my cellphone battery is only 5%. I also received the load but that instant it shut down. That's a big problem. I don't have any communication inside the ward and for those people, I need to contact.
So, I went to the entrance of the ward to ask them if I can charge my phone there. They're so busy inside so I just voluntarily charge my phone without any permission from them. I opened my phone in case someone made a call, put it in a full volume to hear it even I'm far, and go back to where I stayed. I hear it ringing, so I went back, and one nurse was outside. That moment I tell her I charged my phone there because I need it for communication. And that instant, she asked me if I'm the runner of my Mom. I said yes, I am. She asked me if I want to go inside to help the watcher but that means I need to be quarantined for 14 days. I hurriedly said yes. I told her the watcher is my husband so we're just staying under one roof after all. So that moment, she gave me paper and a ballpen to sign that I agreed to it. She also told me that my Mom will be transferred at 7 am to the ICU. This means we don't need to pump for her oxygen coz in ICU there's a machine that can be used for the intubation. But I ask her if we can transfer there earlier at 7 am. But she said no. ICU is still preparing the things that my Mom needs. So, that time I rashly go inside to check the situation. And I saw that my husband continuously pumping the oxygen.
I immediately offered him to take a rest and I will do the pumping. He's so relieved that the nurses and doctors allowed me to go inside. He asked for that a lot of times, but they don't agree coz only 1 can be with the patient inside. So he suffered a lot, no sleep, continuously pumping for almost 4 hours even his hands is already tired. At that time, I thought Mom is unconscious. But while pumping, she moves. That's a relief. I thought she'll die because of intubation. But she's strong.
Not until she starts to cough. Her phlegm blocks the air from the tube, so that is kinda hard to pump. She also wants to remove the tube from her throat, but my husband always tells her not to. Good thing she listens. We know it's painful to have a tube in your throat while coughing. But that's the only way she can be cured. Every pump, the sound of phlegm is heard on the tube. It sounds like the airway is full of phlegm that makes it for her hard to breathe. Also that time, the phlegm was being released little by little. That's a relief for her.
So my husband and I waited for 5 hours to be transferred to the ICU. Good thing I was already inside to help him with pumping.
It's already 9 am when we transferred. And I thought we can no longer be with Mom inside the ICU. But I'm wrong. I and my husband can take care of her inside.
In that ward, she's transferred to a ventilator machine that means we don't need anymore to pump for her oxygen supply.
They also put some tubes on her nose. That's the only way she can eat her food. In that ICU we're also waiting for the result of her swab test. We're not yet sure if she has a covid or not. Also, as a watcher, we similarly need to undergo a swab test. That's another day of waiting. They interviewed us individually. They ask us if we have any symptoms like cough, flu, or anything that can be connected to covid. And they figured out that we also have a fever 2 weeks ago before Mom go to the hospital. My husband started to have a fever, then after him, I also got sick, and transferred it to Mom, and everything inside their house except for my sister-in-law. They suspected us that we're asymptomatic. And I just said, maybe. I'm not sure actually.
So that time, we take care of her, feed her, clean her and give her needs. My husband is still in pain watching my Mom suffered. He always thinks my Mom will soon die. But I always comforted him, tell him that everything will soon be okay. That our Mom is already recovering. Trying to be alive and kicking. He cried every time he saw Mom in pain. I understand him coz I know he suffered a lot too. He's thinking too negatively at that time. But I can see Mom is recovering. She's helping herself to recover. She also demanded some food or whatever she needs. Sometimes we can't understand her, so she asks for some papers and a ballpen, and she wrote everything there.
And being a mother, she always wrote about our needs. She always tells us to have our food or stuff. But that time, she's the one who needs to be focused on. But you know... Mothers are naturally loving.
She also demanded to bring some chicken to the hospital as a reward to the doctors. I appreciate that much, but my father-in-law didn't dare to do it.
Anyways, should I reveal the result of the swab test? Well, it's positive. That means she can no longer be with us. She will be transferred to the other ward which is strictly for covid patients. That time, we make sure to tell Mom that everything will be okay. That she needs to be strong and brave. That we're waiting for her to be cured. And that we love her. That time as they declared the result, she instantly transferred to the ICU main. And we undergo the swab test. We're afraid that we can be positive too as we're too exposed to Mom at that time. So we also transferred to the other room to wait for our result which will be declared after that day. That time is the only time where we spend our time sleeping and resting. The room where we transferred is so vacant.
Our first ever tragedy as a couple (Part 1)
It was 5 pm when my husband decided to bring my mother-in-law to the hospital. She's unwell, having a hard time to breath, cannot sleep for almost 10 days, coughing and releasing some phlegm.
She doesn't want to go to the hospital as she was afraid that she can be admitted and declared as a covid patient. But that time it was critical. Her situation cannot be cured at home. We don't have enough experience or knowledge of how to heal her.
So it's 7 pm when we reached the nearest trusted hospital. It was a private one. And based on the doctor after observing my Mom, she's in a critical situation. So they put oxygen on her immediately, then do some rapid tests.
And that instant they declared that she's positive.
And that means we should transfer her to another hospital that accepts covid patients. It was 42.9 km away from us which means almost 1 hr. of transportation. We waited for the ambulance to pick her up which lasted for almost 2 hrs. of patiently waiting.
That time we all got afraid of how the situation will go. We didn't expect that she will be positive on the rapid test, or anything like that. But still, I'm trying real hard to be positive at that time, as I'm the only one they can lean on. My husband got so emotional because of her Mom situation.
So, the ambulance has already come... We expected that only one can go with Mom. But still, we asked if I can go too with my husband. Good thing they agreed.
On the ambulance, everything was so silent.
We're not talking as we're still shocked about the result. Until my husband faced me with his teary eyes, stating, "Nanghihina ako hon, natatakot akong mawala si ma." (I'm weak, I'm afraid I'll lose my mother.) That time all I think was positivity. I told him, "Sa panahon ngayon hon, hindi pwedeng mahina ka. Ikaw ang kukuhanan ni ma ng lakas kaya dapat ipakita mo yun sakanya. Magiging okay din ang lahat kasi magagamot na sya." (In today's time, you can't be weak. You are your mother's source of strength so you should show that to her. Everything will be okay because she can be treated soon.) That makes him comforted a bit while holding his hands.
Honestly, I'm also afraid of that time. But I know I can't be weak. I should be strong.
We reached the hospital.
My Mom was conscious at that time but still struggling to breathe. She asked where we are, and tried to sleep. She undergoes a lot of tests, X-rays, and checkups. But still struggling to breathe and having a cold sweat. The doctor also gave us a paper to be signed if we agree to do some intubation on Mom. At that time my husband asked me regarding it but I didn't agree, coz I know it will lead to death soon. My father-in-law was also asked on the phone, but he agreed. My mom was asked if she wants it, but she doesn't like it. So my husband doesn't know what to do. If he will sign it or not.
It's already midnight when the doctor said that only one can stay inside with the patient. So, I decided to go out and stay in the waiting area. I was sleeping when my husband went to me and said that they will transfer to another ward. So I packed my things and followed the ambulance where will it went.
It is so dark outside. The only thing I think was to follow the ambulance. But hey, I was just walking and the ambulance is kinda fast. So all I do is to walk and walk and walk without knowing where the ambulance went. I go to a place where it's so creepy. There's a light on the street but looks like an abandoned place. But still, I know the ambulance went there. So I just walked to see the ambulance at least. And there you go, in a dark place where only one light outside can be seen, the ambulance was there.
But still, I'm not that sure if that's the ambulance where my Mom was. But I stayed there thinking they were already inside the ward. There's also a man outside, maybe he's the watcher of another patient. So I was kinda at peace knowing there's someone out there too with me. I sat beside him, chatting with my husband, but he's not online. So still, I waited. One nurse asked for the runner of my Mom. So good thing, I already know they were there. But I was kinda confused why she asked for me, but not stating any after one nurse told her that they should ask first the Doctor regarding it. So again, I waited outside, it's already 2 am when I feel that I can't hold my pee anymore. I asked the man beside me where's the toilet, so he told me it's inside the ward. I kinda doubt if they will let me in but the man said, they will let you coz it's only at the side of the ward. So I bravely went to the guard and told him if I can use the toilet, but he refused. He said it's only for the people that are already inside the ward. So yeah, I don't have any choice but not to use it. He offered another toilet in the hospital, but I'm not familiar with where it is. So he offered to go with me, and good thing the man beside me earlier agreed that I will leave my things on him first. So the guard guided me in the direction of the toilet while saying that I should memorize the way. Coz he will go back after it. So yeah, I bravely say that "Okay. I will." So yeah, before we can go to the toilet there's a guard to pass by, but he's questioning why we were there. They don't allow anyone to go outside if they entered the covid ward. They strictly asked some serious questions, but good thing the guard with me defended me and told them I didn't enter the ward. I was just the runner, not the watcher. So we reached the toilet and the guard said... He'll just wait for me. So that kind of relief coz I didn't memorize the way back, it's a long way. And good thing again he waited for me, coz while passing the gate the guard questioned us again why I was there. So again the guard with me stated that I'm not from the covid ward. I'm just a runner, not a watcher. Wooh, that's a little bit of struggle if I was just alone walking there. I don't know how to defend myself stating that I'm not entering the covid ward.
So going back to the ward, I say thank you to the guard and also to the man that I left my things with. Searching for my phone, I realized that it was not on my sling bag. Searching it on the backpack that I left there with the man. There's also no phone. So I got nervous and panicked coz I don't have any contact if I lost it. I immediately go to the guard stating that I lost my phone, he said maybe you left it in the toilet. But I said no. I didn't use it there. Again I searched on my backpack asking the man if he saw it. But he said he doesn't know. I said to him that my cellphone is very important at that time coz it's the only way I can contact my relatives and friends. So he asked for my messenger account, he will call it to ring. Good thing someone texted and I heard it inside the backpack. I don't know if I'm the one who got confused about where I put it, but I think the man tried to steal it and put it back when I go to the guard. I don't know, but still, I'm thankful I got it again. 😥
So that time, I got a little trust issue with the man beside me. But still, I secure my phone in my sling bag and tried to sleep. That time, he's not going anywhere. He just stayed there while watching some videos and playing ML. Well, that's favorable on me coz if I'm just alone in that kind of place, I think I'm not at ease. That place was so creepy I'm telling you. I tried to take a nap while just sitting and hugging my backpack. And every time I'm awake I can see the guard was also monitoring me. That makes me comfortable, knowing there's someone out there in case a bad thing happened to me in that dark place. So it's already 4 am when I feel the cold breeze. I chatted with my husband that it's so cold outside. Then he goes out crying. Stating that my Mom was gone, she's already in a crucial situation, and he agreed to the intubation. He asked me to contact everyone I know to help my Mom. Anyone that can make her survive that moment. I want to hug him, comforted him.
What to do with your face masks?
Who is not using **face masks** today? **All of us** do. Wherever we go we're wearing face masks. And because it's **disposable**, one use of it, then we **throw it away**. That's what face masks do in our everyday life. Does it **worth the money**? Maybe. Because we're getting safe from the virus. But think of this... Can we still get the **advantage** of the face masks **after we use them** from the virus?
Well, if you don't have any idea regarding this question, let me help you with one thing. You can still **reuse face masks** after using them. That's what others called **recycling** right? Well, how? And what can you make with face masks?
I and my husband tried to plant with any seeds we encounter. We love doing it as it's so practical right now. **Planting seeds** can help you harvest fruits and vegetables in the future.
So, in our backyard... It's **not that big**. We're struggling with **space**, where to plant, and where to put the seeds after they sprout.
It's a good thing, my hubby loves watching **videos on YouTube**. And one thing he discovers is that you can use face masks as a **pot**. Yes, like a pot that you can put soil, seeds, and plants.
So how? Facemasks are just a simple rectangular layer that has no hole. Well, what's the use of scissors? 😅
You can try my **three suggestions** and choose which one is much better for you.
Ready?
📍 **First**, try to **cut the first edge** of the facemasks. Just be careful using scissors. Then separate the layer. Like this. 👇🏽
You now have a **hole**. Then put some soil on it and then start planting.
📍 **Second**, you can try **stitching** two facemasks. This one needs **needles and thread**. And just like the scissors, be careful in using the needles. It can hurt you just like your ex. After stitching, you can hide the stitch. Just like this. 👇🏽
Then put soil on it and start planting.
📍 The **third** one is using a **stapler**. Just like the stitching method, you need two face masks to create a pot. As usual, be careful about using it. And the result is like this. 👇🏽
See? It's just so **simple** to create. You just need to **be creative** to save space and money in your garden. And who knows? Those face masks can be the reason to have a **beautiful garden** with a lot of fruits and veggies.
So what are you waiting for? Don't easily throw your face masks. Use it **twice**. 😊 But, make sure to **clean it** before holding it as it encountered a lot of unwanted bacteria and viruses.
Hope you learn from my article. 😊
The first appliance from my BCH earnings
**July 30, 2021**... This is the day where my BCH journey becomes worthy. I have an account both **read.cash** and **noise.cash**. And happy to say, they both **received tips** from the bot. I am glad that every article, short post, comment, or even following rules can **gain crypto**. This is **unbelievable**. I mean, look at the **simple thing** that you need to do. You don't need to apply to a company, submit requirements just to work. It's just simply **logging in** and **being a new member**, then that's it. You can start working.
I started joining **noise.cash** at **March 2021**, while in **read.cash** is **April 2021**. I both love interacting and reading others' posts and essays. I learned from them and discovered something.
Little by little I gained **bch**. Little by little, my wallet becomes crowded. *(Well, just exaggerating. )* I am just **earning little** compared to those who are **full-time bloggers**. I am thankful @TheRandomRewarder doesn't forget me every time I published an article. Well, I know it's **not that big** as before... But still, **I'm happy** I can receive some. Maybe I am just **lacking engagement**. Also in **noise.cash**, there comes a time I decided to **stop**, it's because I **can't receive any tips**. **I don't understand** also **what happens**. But you know what, **I can't** leave it. I still want to go back. And happy to say, the day after I posted again, **the tips came back**. I am just so happy the admin noticed me.
So here's the finale... I am a **hodler**. And that means I **didn't use any bch** from my wallet to **buy something** or **purchase products**. I was thinking of using it before, but that's the time the **BCH** is **not** that **high**. It gets **red all the time**. So that **stopped me** all of the sudden. If I use it, I'm just **wasting money**. So it **saves me from spending**. Until **July 30** came up. The **bch pumps**, my **wallet turns green**. And it just makes me think, ***"should I do it now?"***
Well, I and my husband are just **new couples**. We're still **lacking appliances** that can help our daily activities to be easy.
In doing the **laundry**, we're just **borrowing a washing machine** from our Mom. My husband carries it from the other house to us. And return it after. We're doing it for **almost 7 months** now. It's not easy as we can't do it every time we think of washing clothes. We need to **adjust** based on their schedule.
So, thinking of **buying a washing machine is on our list**. And it comes up I was gaining bch. So why not use it to our **advantage**? Before, my goal is to buy a **DSLR camera** for personal reasons. I just want to **take a picture** that has **good quality**. But it's not that important... A washing machine is needed the most. So **July 29**, the plan is clear. **WE'RE BUYING A WASHING MACHINE**. I also shared it on **noise.cash** and a lot of users said that **I should do it**.
So immediately, I **transferred** the bch to my husband's coins.ph. http://coins.ph/
**$90** from my **read.cash** earnings and **$10** from **noise.cash**. Then he converted it to **PHP money** and transferred it to his **bank account**. That's it. Checking his bank account, the **money is there**. As easy as one, two, three.
**July 30**, at **4:17 pm**... The **washing machine** was **delivered**. It's in our home now.
This just shows that **every single effort** can be **appreciated** and can **gain** some. And read.cash, also noise.cash is just so **good at appreciating and giving**. That's why I achieved this appliance. Also, I will **not forget** those people who **believed** in my posts and articles, the way you **viewed me as a true one**, to those who **click the hearts** on my noise.cash posts, **thank you**. I am just so happy I purchased something from my earnings here. I just love to see this washing machine and am proud to say this was bought for me by read.cash and noise.cash. **THANK YOU!**
Mimi got rescued
If you were given a chance to **rescue an animal**, would you do it? I saw a lot of **videos online** about this topic, and I always got **amazed** and my **heart melts** every time I saw an **animal got saved**.
And you know what makes me **smile** on every video? Seeing the animal **healthy and safe** after a month of rescuing. It just shows how people imitated what God has... **LOVE**.
Now, I was writing a story about how my husband **rescued a kitten** that nearly died. He loves animals and has a heart that almost puts himself in every animal situation.
It was **afternoon** when he's outside doing his job. He's collecting money from their customers that ordered books. It was **so hot** that day that he decided to **stop** and take a few minutes to **rest**. He stays in a **waiting shed**. That time he saw a **kitten** that **looks dead**. It **doesn't move** and **ants** are all around. It looks so **new**. Maybe **2-3 days** after its mom releases. He felt sympathy after seeing that situation.
He tried to check if it's already died. He kicks it a little just to examine, and **it moves**. That just shows that **it's still alive**. So that motivates him to help. He's thinking that maybe the mommy cat comes back and gets her kitty. So he waits for a few more minutes. He also hesitates to get it coz people are walking by. He doesn't want to look crazy... Getting kitty at the waiting shed. 😂 So he pauses but **prepared everything** before leaving. He's using a motorcycle that time and it has an **ubox**. He removes everything on it just to have **space** for the kitty. When there are no more people around, he eventually grabs it and puts it there. He fixes it to be spacious that it can **breathe comfortably**.
Now he's back on his journey. Thinking about the kitty, he stops **every 5-8 minutes** just to check if the kitty is still alive. The **ubox** is like a container that air cannot enter immediately. And it's so hot that time, so he tried to **give water** at least to the cat. He has **mineral water** at that time and he puts a little on the **kitty's lips** just to make it **hydrated**.
And there comes a time when he needs to collect more from the customers. The road is not that smooth, so he thinks that the kitty might feel **uncomfortable** riding in that situation. So he decided to put it in the **grass on the sidewalk** and comes back before the night arrives.
After successfully doing his job, he comes back to where the kitty is located. But it's **gone**. He searches for it... And finally, he found it. It adjusted a **few steps away**.
And that's the time they **both come back home**. Seeing the kitty's situation, you can probably say that i**t will not survive**. His mom said it.
But my husband's still **tried his best**. He searched online what **alternative milk** can he give. He found out that **condensed milk** can make the kitty survive. So he bought some. Now how can he make it drink? It's still so young that it can't make it on its own. Thinking about the **cat's breast**, he invented a **bottle with a pointed cap**. It's still not that good as it's not controllable. The liquid flows continuously. So it needs **more sacrifices and patience**. That time he **woke up** in the **middle of the night**, feeding the kitty. Just like what **moms** did. 😂
Good thing there's **replacement milk** online that costs **$8**. It also comes with a **feeding bottle just for cats**.
Here is the picture after **1 week** of getting in the waiting shed. He super loved **milk**. He also learned to **grab it with his paws**. And trying to drink on it without milk, he just got **addicted** to it. 😂 He also drinks milk even his **tummy bursts**.
So, to make the story short that kitty **survived**. It just lasted because of my husband's **sacrifices**. And now whenever someones prepare **milk**, that cat **demands** some. He loves milk. That's why they call him **Mimi**. Wanna see him now?
He doesn't look happy, but he's **kind and sweet**. And its **fur differs** from other cats as it's so **soft and shiny**. Also, its body is just so **fluffy**.
`Lesson: Every animal has their own life that we should also admire. They can only live once so make it a habit to let them live comfortably.`
Apps that Copywrite
When you write an article, do you think **grammar and spelling** need to be **correct**? If yes, what's the substance of having **good spelling and grammar**?
Well, us being a **writer** need to provide the **article clear and easy to read** and understand. If not, people will not be engaged in reading and appreciating our content. Furthermore, having good grammar and spelling in our essays proves how **good** we are in that field.
So, what do you do to make sure you have good grammar and spelling whenever you write an article?
I remember before when I was in **elementary grade**, I use to join a contest **"copywriting"**. There you will be given a copy of an article with **wrong grammar, spelling,** and **punctuation**. We need to read it and **check** what word or phrase needs to **adjust**. I enjoyed doing it that's why I won the first prize. I juts find it **easy and fun** searching for the **typo error and grammar**. But now that **technology** revolutionized the world, what **invention** can help us with this matter?
Let me share with you what I discovered and I hope it helps especially those who's been struggling with this part.
I became a blogger last 2020 or 2019 I think. Lol. Not that sure but it runs on that year. At first, I write it in my **mother tongue** which is **Tagalog**. This was so easy for me as I use this language now and then. So to make the story short, I'm not afraid to be wrong when it comes to spelling and grammar in this language.
But, here on read.cash even though it's completely fine to use Tagalog on an article, but I still prefer using **English**. This will make other people understand my article even though we're not the same Pinoy. So, **English** is the **international language** that a lot of people cherish learning. Yet we can wholly say that this language is **not that easy** especially if we didn't use it in our everyday life. I am too has been **struggling** until now in this language, mostly when I need to speak it out. In writing, I think I already ace it and someone helps me to be good at it. By the way, what helps me?
Well, to eliminate your curiosity I will reveal my secret. 😅 I was using an app which is called **Grammarly**.
Are you familiar with this? This was introduced by our co-user here in read.cash, @wakeupkitty . She hosted a contest before which is the **freewriting contest**, and one instruction she **demands** is to **use this app**.
And started that day, I always use this app whenever I write an article. And it's a b**ig help**. It can **correct your spelling and grammar**.
For example, I write ***"tadoy"*** instead of **today**...
That typo error can easily be identified and checks the spelling. It detected and corrected my word **"today"**.
What if I was struggling with my **grammar** or hardly using the **prepositions**? Can it help? Yes. It can. For example, I was writing... ***"What are your name?"***
On that part, we all know that it's **wrong**. So, the app demands me to **change "are" to "is"**. This was just a simple sample but it will surely help you more. Whenever you made a mistake this app instantly warns you that it's wrong. This is also **good on punctuations**. Like using **"thanks"** or **"for example"**, it will always demand you to put a **comma** after it.
By the way, this app can be **upgraded to premium**, and it offers a lot more. I was using it for **free** so c**hecking spelling and grammar** is the **only access** on it. But it's a **big help** still.
So, hope this article helps you not to be insecure or uncertain about your grammar and spellings next time. Bye. 😊
`Btw, this is not a paid advertisement. But if ever Grammarly noticed this, I'm accepting offers. Lol. Joke.`

Learning sign language
When I was a child, **learning new things** is so **easy**. Everything that was taught, **easily** **sunk in**. Everything that's been instructed, **digested in**. That's just so easy. Maybe because my **brain** was so **spacious** that everything that entered is welcome.
That time when I studied and explored **sign language**. I was in **Elementary grade** when I learned another language. It was so **easy** and I got **high grades** when it comes to **exams**.
Well, not for all coz we started in a group of **50 people** in a class. And end up with just **20**. It happened so fast that they **give up** learning it coz they can't. It's just so **hard for them**. Not for me coz, I have my Mom and Dad and my older brother who's also in a class.
In general, learning **sign language** is **not that easy**. Imagine learning a language that will **change** the way you **communicate**. From **speaking** to **signing**. From **talking** to being **silent**. From **opening your mouth** and utter a word to just **using your hand** and declare the message. That's **hard** indeed. But we graduated and get a **certificate** in that class. And until now, that language is still **useful** when it comes to communication.
Why?
Well, the **deaf** can be found **everywhere**. And one thing and easiest way to communicate to them and understand them is through **signing**. Others use **pictures** or **writing down words** just to express themselves. But still, the **natural way** is through **sign**.
But, how did we learn it? And didn't forget to use it until now?
Reasonably, one way to simply learn a new language is to **join a class**. In this way, you can easily adapt to the language coz you have other people to practice it. You can also see how you all **struggle from learning** and you can compare the hardest part of it **without giving up**. Also, you have them for **motivation**, so... It's easy for you to learn and comprehend. You will just **pay money** to learn. On my part, we pay **$0.40** for **every lesson**. It can **support the teacher** in her travel and food.
But, today... Some try to **learn** on their **own** without having a teacher or joining a class. Well, it's somewhat **practical but** a **harder** way to learn. You can learn some words, use some **websites or apps** to help you more, and practice it by actually using it to the person who has the same language.
Another way of effectively learning a new language is to **learn it step by step**. Don't learn from it once. Remember that our **brain cannot absorb everything** once. We need to feed it little by little. So 20 words can be learned in one day I think. And don't forget to **take down notes**, every new word that you learn.
In sign language, we jot down the word and **draw how you sign** it. It's funny sometimes how your brain can be so creative, that you understand what you draw, but if other people try to recognize it, they can't.
So that's how we learn every word in sign, we draw it on our way. As long as we signer understand and remember how to sign it after.
Not only sign is needed to be learned here. But the way we **construct one sentence** is also different. We understood in school that one sentence should be constructed with **proper grammar**. If not, we cannot be understood. But in sign language, everything changes. We need to **jumble the grammar** in a way deaf can understand. For example, instead of saying, ***"What is your name?"*** We rearrange it by, ***"You name what?"*** See? It's all different, isn't it? So, it's entirely hard to learn. But if you love what you do, you'll enjoy it sooner. Especially when you can already communicate and understand every sign that they dictate.
Now, another thing that you can do to easily learn is, **do not to be afraid of practicing and using it** with a person who certainly knows the language. For example, on our part... We need to **talk to a deaf**. It's precisely hard at first especially when you're a newbie... But one thing that is good to them is that **they don't judge you**. They can teach you little by little. And they're so **patient** in teaching. If they know that you're learning, **they will appreciate you** coz you at least did an effort just to communicate with them. So it's **favorable** to them even though you're not that good at signing. This is also applicable to other languages that you're learning right now.
Another thing that we need to learn in sign language is **facial expression**. I already stated this in one of my articles entitled **"My hidden talent"**. *(Just click the title if you haven't read it yet. But finish this first. 🤭)*
Okay. So deaf cannot just rely on your hand that sign, but also on your **facial expressions**. They can easily understand your message if you know how to use the **proper expression**. For example, if you are asking **yes/no questions**... You need to **raise your eyebrows**. https://read.cash/@Mayt/my-hidden-talent-353b3f9f
It's like having a **rising intonation** when you are speaking. But if you are asking the **wh questions**, you need to **lower your eyebrows**.
This expression is typically **used for questions** using the signs: **Who, what, when, where, how, how many,** and **why**. Like the **lower intonation** when speaking.
See... It's so **complicated learning a new language**. But also **enjoyable** if you already can communicate and understand how it functions.

Be healthy even when you're busy
Being healthy is a **choice**. Whether we are a family man, working student, single mom, or even a career woman, we need to choose and help our self to be healthy.
It's true, the **struggle is real** when it comes to maintaining a proper healthy diet. But if you want to do it, you CAN do it!
As per the title stated, this article is made for those people who are **busy** with their life but still thinking about **how to stay fit and healthy**. We all have different **activities**, **obligations**, and **responsibilities**. But in a day, we have an **equal time** which is **24 hours**.
Maybe in that time, you're battling with what to prepare or eat for a **healthy meal**. Or maybe you're also trying of maintaining an **exercise** that your body demands.
So now, I want to share with you the **things I do** to stay healthy and fit on a busy schedule that I have as a **full-time worker** and a **wife**.
**1. After waking up, drink a ginger tea with a squeeze of lemon on it.**
This past few weeks, my hubby noticed how my tummy became big. I will not wonder why it evolved such, but that motivates me to strive for a flat tummy.
I was working online for about 8 hours per day and that means **sitting down** for that **long hours**. That means after a meal, just go back to your work and spend your time sitting.
So, I did some research on how to flatten my tummy, and one drink that they recommend is ginger tea. This is so easy to prepare as we're buying ginger powder even before.
This is what I **maintain every day after waking up**, plus **lemon** that could make my skin look bright and my hair healthy.
So that's it. Instead of coffee, milk, chocolate drink, why not try **ginger tea** every morning?
**2. Eat fruits and vegetables**
Are you familiar with this line? I think you can read or hear this a lot when it comes to a health and fitness topic. Well, this is so true if you want to stay healthy. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.
Why?
Well, fruits and vegetables are made of **fiber and water** that can help you digest your food immediately.
If you are like me who spend a lot of hours sitting due to work, this suggestion is good for you. It will help you **feel fresh**, plus the fact that you can **avoid indigestion**.
Also, if you are that busy... Preparing veggies like salad and cutting some fruits will **not use so much** of your precious time.
So this eating habit will surely help you **save time** when you are busy.
**3. Set time for exercise**
If you want a **healthy lifestyle** with your **busy career**, be prepared to **make sacrifices**. This is so true when it comes to sacrificing a **small portion of your time**.
On my part, I schedule to exercise **every night** before going to bed. I was focusing on my tummy just like what I stated earlier. So, I do **4 exercises** every day, minus 1 day per week. Then add sets or repetitions to that exercise. I think I just spend **15 minutes** on it, and I'm done. That's so easy. The secret is motivation and thinking ahead of the result. It will make you accomplish it and be consistent.
How about others who **can't set a time for exercise** even before going to bed? Well, there's an option. If you are working outside, choose to **walk** as much as you can. Avoid using vehicles if it's not that far, or even escalators if you still have time.
Learn to **enjoy the outdoors** every time you walk. Remember this saying, ***"Go out for a tour and you'll never be sick."***
**4. Cook your food**
Nothing is more **practical** than **preparing your food at home**. Food in restaurants, fast foods, and food deliveries are kinda **expensive**.
So, to be **budget-friendly**... Do some **grocery** and **buy some ingredients** for your food every day.
This will give you a chance to **prepare a healthy meal**. Also, this will not take much time especially when you got used to it. So, what are you waiting for? Start creating your healthy meals.
**5. Start now**
Not tomorrow, next time, or soon. Your body needs this. If you will not be health-conscious nowadays, I'm sure **you'll regret it soon**. So yeah, think in advance and be smart. Just start a **simple step** by doing a small goal. Then eventually, you'll notice a **positive result**. Remember that **small progress is still progress**.
Now that I declared everything in order, I think it's time to say **"stay fit and stay healthy."** Byieee...

Be helpful with your Mom or Wives
Being a **dependent child** to your parents will lead to **hardship** when it comes to **creating your own family**. This is what I experienced at first when I get married. Even, I am already **26 years old**... I still **rely** on my Mom when it comes to **cooking**. I was used to **waking up with breakfast on a table** and a dish ready to consume. I was working online in the morning even before the wedding so I can't help with preparing breakfast. I have a mini office upstairs and I go there right after I woke up. When I got hungry, I just go down... Grab some plate, rice, noodles, egg, or anything that my **Mom prepared**. I'm not thinking of cooking my own as I have my Mom who cares for us all.
But now that I don't have it here in our house... I learned to **change everything** when it comes to **dependency**. I **can't depend** on my Mom to **cook breakfast for me**... I can't just relax at the time that I wanted to... coz a **lot of house chores** are waiting as a wife. It's so hard for me at first... 1 month, 2 months... And now we're at our 6 months. It **lightens** a little bit... And I'm kinda **used of** to being a wife. 😅
But what I observe before that woman in the house or wives are the ones who **always do things in the home**. They are the one who has **responsibilities** of **cooking, washing dishes, maintaining the cleanliness, laundry, etc.** While **men or husbands** just stay in one corner, **relaxing**... **Waiting** for the food to serve, not even thinking how to help, or to lessen the responsibilities that women have. That was my **Dad**... He kinda like that. He used to do some paper works even though it's not that important, sleep, or even do something but not cooking. He **cooked once** when Mom was not home, but that's **so** **rare**. Once in a blue moon, the other says. 🤭
He even **doesn't help** my Mom with the **laundry**. In short, **all of the house chores** are on my Mom's shoulder. That's what I observed before. Even when going to the market, buying foods and stuff... My Dad goes with my Mom but separating when she's already buying things. Going somewhere, staying somewhere, not even helping to fetch things... Then when my Mom finished her tasks, he's there to get the things that were **so heavy** and you don't think a woman can carry.
Oh noh, I think I just see the **negative things** on my Dad. Well, that's just my **sample** of how **men treat his wife** nowadays. I'm not stating this in **general** as **husbands are not the same**. This is just a **mere fact of family problems**.
Now... How about my **hubby**? Is he the same? Certainly, **he's not**. And I don't want him to be one. He knows my Dad and he keeps telling me and comparing himself to him. He wants to **copy** how my Dad life appears. He wants to **just relax and wait** for me to finish my tasks as a wife. But that's a big **NO, NO**.
Good thing we discuss something at our Sunday meeting. As I remember, it talks about how **men show racism to women**. It focuses on how **men mistreat women** when it comes to **house chores**. But it varies on countries, cultures, and beliefs. In **Europe**, they said that **women are inferior to men**. Women are viewed as **servants**.
Also, in some places, if a husband helps his wife wash dishes or clean the home, his neighbors and relatives will question if he is a **'real man'**. So, that's some reason why men **avoid helping** their wives when it comes to **house chores**.
It also stated in its conclusion that a **good husband** is concerned, not about making himself look good, but about **making his wife feel good**. So yeah. That's it. That's the reason why my husband helps me with house chores lately. 🤭
At first, it's kinda hard for me as I'm the only one taking responsibility in our house, but now that we're two... It's **so light**. Imagine that whenever I wash dishes, **he helps me**. Washing clothes, **he helps me**. Cooking? He's responsible for making **breakfast** while I'm doing **lunch and dinner**.
Can you imagine how **helping others** in her responsibilities can change the way she views life? At first, I can think **marrying someone** is not that enjoyable as you added obligations in your life. But now that we're **helping each other in anything**... I can say that **it's not that hard**. Just **be considerate** **as always** with each other. **Be observant** of his needs and wants. Of his begging and requests. ***When you both know how to help each other, you'll be happy eventually.***

Dear Diary
*Dear diary,*
*It's been a long time since I visited you. And based on what I wrote here, we're just preparing for our wedding day. And now we're already 6 months happily married. Yes, we're happy. Kinda. 😂 Now, why I wrote to you? Maybe because I miss you. I just remember you whenever I'm sad, I'm excited, I'm bored and no one to talk to. In this state, I'm just bored. Lol. Don't be too dramatic. At least I can still remember you. 😅 Don't be jealous of others, you know that you're the only one I can tell my mysteries. You're the one I can keep my secret with. Unless someone opened your lock. 😬 That's not good. So don't trust anybody, okay? Unless it's me. My husband tried to open you... He tried so many times, he asks me what's the password, it's so easy but I don't have a plan to tell him. I wrote everything down here, even the things that I hate on him. 🙈 That's why I don't want him to read it. 😂 So yeah Mr. Diary, it's just our secret. Believe it or not, you know me better than he is. 😂 I'm sure everybody can relate to this. Unless you're so talkative that even your deepest secret is revealed.*
*Anyway, this day is just an ordinary day. I woke up late as usual... I came back to my real me. 🤭 I promise myself that when I became a wife, I will change my bad habit of getting up late. But as you can see, nothing's changed. It's still me over here. Trying to be a good wife even though I know I can't be perfect. I also assume that when I became a wife, I will not work. But work needs me, and I need it too. We will not be financially stable if I will not help him to work. So yeah, good thing we're just doing it at home. Working at home is what's trendy in this pandemic. I think I already talk to you about the pandemic? 🤔 Yeah... I did. It's already pandemic season when we got married, so you're updated.*
*So how are you Mr. Diary? Looks like you already digested every secret that we revealed, every private thing that no one knows, and every personal and confidential emotion. Anyway, now I will share with you some.*
*This day I just realized how blessed I am with my husband. He helps me with my house chores. Every morning he's the one who prepares breakfast. Coz I'm already at work and no time for cooking. He brews me some coffee and serves our breakfast. I'm just thankful for how cooperative he is. I'm just grateful he's not like my Papa. Sorry, pa. 😅 He's not cooking even though Mama was so tired and not feeling well. He's just so dependent even on simple things like preparing meals. 🤦♀️ Good thing my husband didn't copy that. I hope this would be forever. Also, my husband can be trusted when it comes to washing dishes and clothes. He's good at it. See how industrious he is? 😅*
*That's why I'm so blessed with a husband like him. What about me? Does he look at me the same way? Do you think he can saw me as a blessing or a curse? Lol. Whatever it is, I will just make everything to be a better wife. Well, sometimes, I'm lazy... I admit that. 😅 Sorry for that... But still, I'm doing some of the wife's responsibilities. Lol.*
*So, to be the best partners, I think you both need a helping hand. Be considerable on each other situation. Don't just think of yourself. Always think of your partner first, and he will just do the same. "All things... That you want men to do to you, you also must do to them." I think this one declares what I want to say. This golden rule is what I need to do as always. Well, sometimes I'm lacking consideration... But at least I'm trying to change lol.*
*I think I just spare my boring time with you. Thank you for being always there whenever I need you. Thanks for accepting my words and statements, my emotions, and my excitement.*
*I'll be back soon. When I need you again. 😽*
