My Support for Ataka Hub South Sudan
Ataka Hub In South Sudan is working towards achieving local BCH economy through agriculture and entrepreneurship.
I become part of Bitcoin Cash family 2 years ago after reading blog from a friend @Koush who in his article tried to explain the potential of Bitcoin Cash and how he’s trying to contribute to Bitcoin Cash awareness especially in Africa. I cued in to his story which I found on the internet. Ever since I joined Bitcoin Cash, it’s obviously being applied on the purposes for which it was created; a permissionless money that anyone can utilize around the world without the influence of brokers and middle men, and seeing the potential, I decided to look for ways by which I’ll be able to utilize Bitcoin Cash is solving problems in Africa. That’s how I started working with BCH. Some of major problems that I’ve solved with permissionless money BCH is the is issue of potable water in my remote village in Africa which is operational as we speak.
Like the ancient wisdom would suggest, and I’ll apply it here using my own words, “think on things to do with Bitcoin Cash, and not what Bitcoin will do for you”.
I started looking forward on how to support BCH which is certain that if I do, I’ll be able to contribute my quota in making our world a better place.
On the process, I became known by Bitcoin Cash community, of which many of them looked into what I was doing in my own little way, and they decided to support me to do more. I may not be able to list all their names, but people like @emergent_reasons @MarcDeMesel @Koush @Telesfor @SatoshisAngels and many more has shown great support to my work and articles.
Special thanks to @SatoshisAngels for bringing Ataka Hub flipstarter campaign to the weekly news.

📍BCH Weekly News #32 (June, 14th)
I recently was offered a contract by @emergent_reasons to help organize people around the world, especially in Africa; people that would love to adopt Bitcoin Cash for a local economy.
And I’ve become the husbandman who has tested the first-fruit because I’ve adopted BCH for payment. @emergent_reasons pays me for time spend on deliverables for my BCH organizational work in Africa. He pays in BCH, and it’s lovely to utilize the global permissionless money in everyday business activities.
There are numerous of projects, Platforms, Services, Business, tools that have adopted Bitcoin Cash, it worth listing here but being that some articles here have listed some of them, I can only point you to such articles like the one from @nurain below.

As all these great innovations are being built on Bitcoin Cash, it’s also important that people should also utilize this permissionless money in real-time local economy.
Looking and working towards this angle, I recently linked up with some young people in South Sudan who has served as volunteers for many years in South Sudan especially during the civil war that has made thousands of people homeless. So we decided to organize them and try to establish a sustainable small scale economic activities that can function with BCH. I’m also building a community of entrepreneurs in West Africa which will be known by their standards + Bitcoin Cash adoption in their businesses. This is what we’re establishing in west and east Africa currently.
How will this local economy work?
This is where my experience as a farmer comes in in helping Ataka Hub team to achieve a BCH backed local economy.
Training is ongoing; I’m currently working with Ataka Hub team members in achieving a small scale agricultural activities which is targeted for Bitcoin Cash adoption
Ataka Hub will try to look for and to establish merchants who deals on seedlings and farm crops; these merchants will be willing to accept Bitcoin Cash for their goods supply
Ataka Hub will establish farms and also hire laborers which will be trained on utilizing BCH money, and after that, they’ll be paid with BCH for their services at Ataka farms.
Local community will be training to transact with BCH because the farm produce coming from Ataka farms will be sold back to the community in BCH.
Ataka Hub may through all these step up BCH adoption and also maintain a sustainable agricultural activities that can take care of numerous displaced people in South Sudan.
Ataka Hub will be built and will become a center for BCH farmers market. Fiat to BCH exchange will also happen there to help community members who may have not known how to use normal exchanges.
But how will the local people get BCH to pay for the farm output?
• That’s the gap that the Hub will cover, local people will be trained on dealing with Bitcoin Cash, and the uses; buying from exchanges like local.bitcoin.com etc.
• Ataka team members can also help them to secure Bitcoin Cash.
• Local people can also make Bitcoin Cash by sharing their experience on read.cash etc etc
In my previous articles few weeks back, I introduced Ataka Hub flipstarter campaign in which I told you that will be launched soon. https://read.cash/@Maxdevalue.BCH/introducing-ataka-hubs-flipstarter-0ca6b81b

A Recap on Ataka Hub’s project
Ataka Hub is establishing a Bitcoin house in South Sudan which will serve as hub for BCH local economy.
This experiment will happen in South Sudan by Ataka Hub team members.
I’m trying to help Ataka team members in raising entrepreneurs who will groomed with BCH potentials, you call them BCH merchants if you prefer it that way, but what they intend building in South Sudan with BCH is more and bigger than looking for merchants who will adopt or accept BCH for payment. They’re building the local economy; both the market, and the merchants by themselves.
We’re establishing agricultural small scale economic activities that will totally transact with BCH. Everything needed for this experiment is being supplied with BCH and everything that will be produced from this experiment will equally be sold to the public using BCH.
We’re establishing a hub that will serve for both BCH meetup venues for south Sudanese, entrepreneurial training for BCH pioneers in South Sudan, and as farmers market where their BCH agricultural produce will be showcased and sold to the public using BCH exclusively.
Ataka Hub is affiliated to the poplar eatBCH that most knows about. I’m pioneering this movement in South Sudan through organization, and reporting back the outcome to BCH community.
At the time of writing of this article, more than 17% percent of Ataka Hub’s flipstarter campaign has been achieved through BCH community members that works tirelessly building stages for BCH potentials to be seen and to be utilized by humanity. Thanks to @emergent_reasons and @MarcDeMesel for your great support to this campaign.

AtakaHub; from charity to local economy.
The people of South Sudan over some years now have received great support especially to the displaced people through eatBCH project.https://archive.is/o/xkW3W/https://twitter.com/eatBCH_SS/status/1289960212799995905.
But now Ataka Hub team members are taking it from charity to a local economy that will be sustainable.
