Ingredients 2 pcs of fresh tuna steaks Olive oil sunflower oil salt spice lemon pepper lemon

Preparation 1. Add salt to the steaks, season with lemon pepper and marinate for at least half an hour in a mixture of olive and sunflower oil. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into it. The proportions of the marinade ingredients depend strictly on your taste. 2. Heat the grill pan and on a hot stove on each side for about 3-4 minutes. It turns when the side of the steak being baked is half white. I personally don’t like too much bloody fish that’s why I baked so much. As a rule the tuna should be in the middle of the ‘dew’ so the roasting process should be shorter than in my case. So this step is also conditioned by personal taste. 3. Wrap the roast in aluminum foil and let it stand for 5 minutes before serving! We ate it with spinach and potatoes.
