You will need: 200 g flour 1 packet of baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon sugar 250 ml milk 1 egg 3 tablespoons melted butter
Preparation: In a bowl, first mix the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Make a hole in the middle and add milk, egg and melted butter. Stir until you get a thick mixture. If necessary, add more milk or flour. Coat a heated pan with a cube of butter and bake smaller and thicker pancakes on it. Bake until golden brown on each side, a minute to two.
