Ingredients for pancakes: 3 eggs 250 g flour (half smooth and half sharp) 350 ml of milk 1 dl of mineral water a bit of salt 2 teaspoons oil half a teaspoon of rum
Preparation of pancakes: 1. Whisk the whole eggs until frothy, mix until you get a thick homogeneous mixture, pour in the oil, then the milk and mix. 2. Then, stirring constantly with a whisk, pour in the flour until you have used up the given measure, add a pinch of salt and a little rum just enough to give the mixture an aroma, and more importantly to prevent the oil from being absorbed. 3. If the mixture seems thick, dilute it with mineral water.
