Ingredients 1 chicken breast 300 g pasta 2 tablespoons butter 2 cloves garlic 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage leaves 250 g pumpkin puree 350 ml of chicken stock salt pepper 100 ml of cooking cream
Preparation
1. Cook the pasta in salted water.
2.Put diced chicken and garlic on the heated butter. Stew the meat for 15 minutes.
3.Then salt the meat, pepper, and add the pumpkin puree and sage.
4. Drizzle the meat with the chicken stock and sauté for another 10 minutes.
5. Add the cooked pasta.
6. And finally add the cooking cream and cook until everything is combined.
