While atheists make feeble attempts to cancel Christmas each and every year, it is not these self-professed deniers of the true and living God who are at fault this year. We have another suspect...a more sinister one at that.
Here in the Philippines, where the concept of cold is relative (I see people wearing jackets when it's 70 degrees Fahrenheit), the Christmas season begins a month prior to Halloween.
This year's annual celebration may be better than 2020's fiasco, but for the poor perhaps not so much. The poor have trouble purchasing food let alone gifts, while the fat cats revel in their merriment and mansions.
Each day I check the latest news from the government here regarding proposed legislation and restrictions. So far, so good. With the election season near, savvy politicians do not want to upset the populace with unpopular Covid restrictions, especially owing to the fact that to us Filipinos, Christmas is everything.
Gibraltar
If you're unfamiliar with the little country, it is a British Overseas Territory located at the southern tip of Spain. Here's a map for reference. That is Africa to the south.
Anyway, the government of Gibraltar has just cancelled Christmas. I am not kidding. Why? There has been a huge surge in Covid-19 cases.
The government there stated the following: "Official Christmas parties, official receptions and similar gatherings” have been canceled, and the public is advised to "avoid social events and parties for the next four weeks. Outdoor spaces are recommended over indoor ones, touching and hugging is discouraged, and mask wearing is advised."
Well that sucks, right? Looks like "Santa" (if he existed) will be zipping over Gibraltar and headed straight to Tangier!
But there's just one problem that needs to be brought to our collective attention. As readers who are familiar with my stance on the pandemic will recall, I have long said we are being played, that Covid vaccines do not work, and that science has proven that no vaccine has ever eliminated a respiratory virus. Never.
The sordid details
What could possibly be the reason for cancelling Christmas over the virus. Aren't the jabs working? Apparently not. No, let me correct myself: they are not working!
Many are not aware of the fact that Gibraltar is the most vaccinated country in the world at 99 percent. Read it again - 99 percent of the population has been vaccinated twice. Look at the top row enclosed in the green box.
But...but...but, I thought we were safe if we were double-jabbed! I've been screaming my lungs out and telling you that the unvaccinated are spreading the virus, and I have been called a kook for doing so, but the real science backs up my claim, not the fake science the media puppets broadcast daily to scare you.
Health Minister Samantha Sacramento of Gibraltar said: "The drastic increase in the numbers of people testing positive for Covid-19 in recent days is a stark reminder that the virus is still very prevalent in our community and that it is the responsibility of us all to take every reasonable precaution to protect ourselves and our loved ones."
The big picture
Increase. Drastic. 99% vaccinated. Are you getting the picture here? The vaccines are not working, and this is because they are not vaccines in the typical sense, like polio, tetanus, flu, and all the others that took years to be tested rigorously.
The Covid vaccines were not tested rigorously. Instead, they were a knee jerk reaction and were rushed into production that have resulted in more deaths and adverse reactions than every other vaccine ever produced combined. Fact.
Note the chart below.
The fact is, over 118% of Gibraltar's population are fully vaccinated against COVID (above 100% due to jabs given to Spaniards who cross the border to work or visit the territory every day).
But Gibraltar is not alone. Look at the chart below for Singapore.
It's a mess! But let's just not focus on Europe and Asia, but look to the United States, too. This is the State of Vermont (on the northern east coast).
Where else will Christmas be cancelled? What country is next? What state is next? It is winter, so one may reasonably expect increased cases along with the seasonal flu.
The virus gonna virus.
Though I am no medical professional, part of my job is that of a diligent researcher. I get paid to conduct research. Do not take my opinion as medical advice. Instead, do your own due diligence. And don't say you haven't been warned repeatedly.
Finally, do not allow gear to grip you in its Satanic grasp. Be wise. Be joyful. It is the Christmas season and I'll be hung before I ever allow any government to tell me I cannot celebrate a holiday.
Advance Merry Christmas to all!

It is really sad that Christmas had to be cancelled in Gibraltar because of covid. I hope things get better over there
