It was a day of R&R for me and the family. After a long week of work, we took a day of rest and enjoyed some time away from the house. Church service is later on so we will catch that as well.

We woke up late at 7 a.m. and hit the beach at 7:30 at low tide. The water was warm as bath water. It wasn't hot at the time but rather warm and just a very slight breeze.
The waves were larger than normal so we ventured out just past where they began to break.
My son loves the water and has since he was a baby. There were plenty of people enjoying the sun and water since restrictions have pretty much ended.
Then it was time to head home and shower, check emails, and wait for a good time to go eat.
This is a new resto only 3 minutes away on MacArthur Highway, It is own by a Christian woman.
The food is excellent quality - Aussie beef and chicken filets. We went with takeout because our boy was wiggly as an eel.
There are a variety of sweet milk teas to enjoy as well. I went with the Velvet cake and he took the Cheesecake route.
The menu has fair prices.
They do have an outside eating area and a small parking area.
The counter and the entire area are sparkling clean.
Shopping
I went and did some grocery shopping at Robinsons while my fiancee watched our son. Tried and did keep the bill under 5k.
Future hubby is still waiting for the Apple store to open. Hopefully, by Christmas.
We'll have a brief respite and then attend the sermon and praise service.

Looks like a fine day. I've heard about "The Chosen" and will check that out. I read recently that there is a season 2 already.
