The Lumpias are originally from China, in Holland and France they are known as spring rolls, their history dates back to the time of the Tang Dynasty that goes from 618 -907,

where they were a food that was consumed in the "Spring Festival", where the sowing begins and it was like representing the future and new harvests, the celebration is better known as the Chinese New Year, these rolls are a tribute to the worms of silk.

The original recipe for Chinese rolls has carrot, onion and cabbage as a filling, over time they have added chicken, meat, cheese, ham, that is, each person gives their personal touch, what is fundamental is the way in which they are wrapped and that they are fried in abundant oil so that they are crispy.

Germinated

The level of vitamins is higher than that of dry grain;

most seeds for human consumption can be germinated; among the cereals is wheat, barley, oats, rye, rice, corn, quinoa, in the case of oilseeds: sunflower, sesame, as for nuts: walnuts, almonds, legumes we have: lentils, peas, Chinese beans, beans and vegetables: carrot, spinach, celery, onion, parsley, radish, cabbage

Lumpias Recipes

5 tablespoons of wheat flour

1 head onion

2 tomatoes

2 bags of sprouts

1 zucchini

Soy sauce

Preparation of the filling

Place 1/2 cup of water in a pan or wol, then add the tomatoes, onion, zucchini in strips and the sprouts, cover. All the cooking will be done over low heat, leave for 20 minutes, add salt and soy sauce to taste and cook for 10 minutes without a lid and stir from time to time, the preparation will be ready when there is no moisture in the bottom container, ready to cool

For the crepes:

Mix 5 tablespoons of wheat flour in a cup of water, the mixture should be quite liquid. Then grease the pan and place 1/2 ladle of the mixture, move to the sides to make it as thin as possible

After they are ready, fill and roll up to fry in abundant oil
