I don't know where I heard that saying before, but I didn't understand it until I became a disciplined person with good habits.

I have had many facets of my life, and precisely in this one where I am focused on building the future I want, I have had to adopt a large number of habits that help me reach the goal more easily, and I have had to eliminate all those habits that get in the way of the success I want.

But what are habits, how to create them and how to have a good relationship with that change in our lives?

What do you think if you continue reading me and analyze each part of it, but not only that, but you start putting it into practice from now on.

So that you can say with your chin up and a clear and firm voice:

"My replay is my reputation."

What is a habit?

Read the title of this article right now...

Yes, that's right, that saying has to do with that.

Habits are actions that we do consciously or subconsciously repeatedly.

But wait, here comes the good part of the cake, just as there are good habits, there are also bad ones, and many times these are the ones that make our days not have even a small dose of happiness in them.

Over there I once heard that the key to success has nothing to do with your academic level, your economic situation or your social situation, it has to do with how committed you are to what you want to achieve.

That is, you have a whole system of habits that are in tune with what you want to achieve.

If you have goals, then eliminate the excuses, because you can achieve them, what you need is to create a series of habits that help you do it.

Do not think so much, if you really want it, you will be willing to commit 24/7 with what you must do to win your little battles. What is a habit?

As if you were a computer, your brain can be reprogrammed, yes, don't be scared, the effect you want to achieve will be in your hands.

Thank God, we all have the opportunity to analyze our attitudes, understand them and modify or even eliminate them.

So, the same thing happens with habits, come on, you can reprogram the list of your habits.

Come on, think about what you usually do repeatedly, what you usually do that you no longer want to do because you know what emains for you and what you want to start doing because you know it can add to you?

That's the trick, there are habits that we must implement, such as "Read".

Reading a good book should be a habit that we all should have, so you can write it down on your reprogramming list where you will write not only the habit of reading, but all the habits you want in your life.

Smoking is a bad habit, so without thinking twice, you should eliminate it from your life, on the cigarette box itself it tells you that you are going to die with its consumption, and even so you have it as a habit

If you don't know how to do it, then keep reading...

How to create habits?

You don't really need much, but you do need to be in a constant fight with your subconscious part that doesn't want to be disciplined or fight for what you want.

That is why you need the following virtues to be able to carry out the new habits of your life:

Commitment: You have to really want to change your life routine, you have to really want to give all of yourself for your objectives or goals, so make a commitment to yourself that under no circumstances will you abandon your new lifestyle.

Perseverance: Remember the saying in the title? Yes, your repetition is your reputation, nothing for one day yes and two days no, you remember that you are engaged, right? So your priority is to act with your habits.

Zero excuses: You may not feel like being productive every day, I know, nor do you have the same spirit, but the first thing you have to keep in mind is that you cannot fail, so eliminate everything else but your good habits cannot be eliminated or postponed.

Patience: It is essential that you know that nothing changes from one day to the next, you have to know that if you have not done something for years, in two days you will not adapt to it, so trust the process.

30 days of rescheduling:

That is, what your body and mind need to keep that habit in your subconscious and practically add these habits to your lifestyle almost unconsciously.

But how easy is it?

I don't think it's that easy, because if it's something you're not used to doing, there are probably a lot of excuses or limiting beliefs that keep you from being consistent.

Arm yourself with courage and have the willpower to continue until the end of those 30 days.

The first 10 days will be the easiest, because you will enter with great motivation and encouragement to carry out your new habits, there will be the euphoria of the new change and lifestyle, but the following will happen...

In the other 10 days, laziness, procrastination, low spirits will come because you want to get results now, so next...

In the last 10 days is where you will get more willpower, because you want to finish and carry out your goal, that is why in the last days your motivation will rise because you will be proud of where you have come and that you can achieve anything .

If you can do it, after that great battle in the 30 days, it should be easy to carry that habit in your day to day, remember to never stop doing it.

Modify your habits:

As the idea of eliminating a habit is very difficult, it is better to reconsider the idea of "Modifying it" that in the end will have the result of having eliminated that habit.

So what do I mean, that you are going to stop fulfilling the habit that you want to eliminate for the habit that you want to do.

That is, if you have the habit or the bad habit of falling asleep after 12am, then you are going to replace it with the habit of falling asleep every day before 12am.

In this way, little by little, you will be modifying your habits without drastically eliminating them, which makes your subconscious feel threatened by the change.

If you do that consistently, believe me you'll be filled with a lot of good habits in no time.

Thank you very much if you got here, I made this article with all the love in the world, with the best intentions that you can create the life you really want, that will make you happier.

Thank you dear reader, for always reading me and leaving me your opinion about it.

We have the power, we have the choice. If we think there are bad habits that we have, we can change that if we are willing to.
