Anger is a human emotion usually expressed at but not limited to times of disappointment , failure or when one is offended. If properly managed it can be weilded to get positive outcomes. For example getting angry at a mistake made in the past and instead of projecting ones anger on people , channelling the anger to put oneself in check so as not fall into the same predicament in future. Uncontrolled or constant anger is what is not healthy for any individual. The one expressing unrestrained anger as well as the recipients of the outbursts are usually hurt. Friends and even spouses have hurt each other when overcome by fits of rage.
Some misconstrue constantly expressing anger or frowning all the time as being a show of strength. Rather it is a weakness which should be worked upon.
Below are a few consequences of unbridled or uncontrolled anger
*Predisposition to having headaches, anxiety management issues and development of high blood pressure
*Tendency to be less healthier as ageing sets in
*It also causes one to age quickly alongside development of facial wrinkles
*It impairs the sense of proper reasoning leading to making bad or irrational decisions
It is an uncontestable fact that unrestrained anger brings no good. The one who is befallen by this quality is usually worst hit by the consequences of this weakness at the end of the day.Little wonder a wise man once said
" The strong one is not the one who can throw his opponent down in a fight but the one who can exercise restraint when angry".".
True, anger controls life and death. It should be used wisely
