In searching for a technique to cope a compliment, I turned to children and I realize the young are of no help. Say this to one of them, “what a pretty dress!” Instantly she heists it up to point out that the lining is even prettier, and then she heists the lining to show that her panties are the prettiest. This sort would hardly be acceptable in an adult society.
Author’s face a different position on the problem. Someone might tell you “I found it very entertaining” and you would reply “Well, I’m glad somebody liked it – I worked hard for it” or worst , “You must be a person of absurd literary judgment.” You are trying to get the right words, knowing that you can play the words but instead ends up beyond passable.
One thing is clear, if we could all check ourselves and quit jittering, coping a compliment would be easy. The sensible response consists of eight letters arranged neatly in two little words: Thank you.

Very interesting point of view. Although we must always take into account that we are not all the same and that just accepting a compliment largely depends on our life experience.
