If you want to train your brain skills, then learning new things will be the right decision. Never be bored to learn, because there are so many things you basically don't understand or even recognize out there.
When you learn these new things, you will also train your memory skills at the same time. There is no need to have to learn something extraordinary or even difficult for you to understand at all.
You can choose things that are fun and simple but can make you enjoy the learning process happily. Learning how to play a musical instrument or even a new language can be taken into consideration.

Thanks for the article, I'll keep it. It's very important to read
I sometimes see our mind as a spider's web that we stretched left and right and up and down. It is not equally distributed and we have preferences. Some aspects of knowledge we never even touched upon.
One of the best ways that I have found to improve and learn and develop is by seeking the undeveloped portion of that "spider's web" and pushing it. Putting efforts to level up that section of my mind. Maybe it means doing a specific sport, maybe playing an instrument, maybe learning about psychology, about mathematics, about art.
Often, this means getting out of our comfort zone. But the benefits are there!
That's true, usually I try to study fine arts and music
I was learn new language like Tagalog or Thai. Its challenging but this was make me train to remember new words, new sentence. Another things to do, I think I want to learn graphic design and some of code for blogging. Because some of top writers here often make new design for posting articles. It make their post so authentic.
That's very good. Try looking at graphic design tutorials on youtube or any platform. My sister also learns self-taught graphic design on youtube
There is nothing that provides better and more versatile training for the brain than learning to play a motorically advanced musical instrument. As for the effects of musicianship, see https://read.cash/@Mictorrani/the-way-back-life-after-a-stroke-c06ca7bf
Every child should learn to play at least one advanced acoustic instrument as a part of his/her general education. It develops intelligence and brain.
