Don't Be Silent When Sexual Harassment Occurs
A woman I know on Facebook has just messaged me asking for a solution on how to take action, because she has been sexually harassed several times, such as on public transportation, where she works, and at restaurants. I told her to dare to fight back. Don't be silent when someone abuses you, girls. And one more thing, crimes such as sexual harassment are also not because of the intentions of the perpetrators. Sometimes they take the opportunity to harass women because of their appearance which provokes the lust of the person.
This form of crime is common in Southeast Asia, but women who are victims or who see it do not dare to speak. From what happened to my Facebook friend, I believe that harassment can happen anywhere, whether in public places, schools, and also at work. Harassment by someone implicitly or explicitly will interfere with the performance of the victim of the harassment. Intimidation and hostility will arise.
Not only women can be victims of sexual harassment, men can too, but most of the victims of this harassment are women. There is a sense of shame and also a dilemma that is felt when women become victims of this sexual harassment. The dilemma is to remain silent or talk about the incidents experienced by victims of sexual harassment.
Several years ago, several female workers in garment factories were victims of sexual harassment by their bosses. They do not dare to speak up or fight when their boss commits harassment, the reason is that they are afraid it will affect their working conditions, such as being added to their workload, to being fired. Perpetrators take advantage of their position able to abuse their subordinates. This hurts. I can't bear to imagine it.
With so many cases of sexual harassment happening, we must have the courage to fight back, speak up, or report it to law enforcement. Without our courage to speak up, crimes like this will continue to exist. Perpetrators of harassment that occur in the workplace tend to have more power, thus giving the victim or witness a fear of speaking out. If this is allowed to continue, then crimes like this will be considered normal and perpetrators will more often abuse women workers.
For those of you women who have or often witnessed such incidents be brave enough to speak up or report them to the authorities. By having the courage to speak up and stand up against these crimes of harassment, we will reduce the traumatic burden that is borne by victims of sexual harassment. Let's have the courage to speak up and report it because we must eradicate sexual harassment together so that the dirty-brained predators will receive sanctions that will make them regret their actions. This is for our justice with together girls.!

Agree with you. Recently in our country, we had here a tv show where in they tackled the crime that happens in our country. So last Saturday I watched it and the embistigador (name of the show) tackled the sexual harassment of the school principal by new teachers there. But the last teacher he harass was a fighter, so she immediately tell it to his husband so the husband and the teacher make action. But sadly the worst-case scenario happened. The school principal killed the couple and he killed himself too. We must not tolerate those people who are commit in this kind of crime. We must take action against this kind of crime so that it won't happen again.
