Since the beginning of the civilization the human being has been in charge of making the work of every day a bearable and fruitful process that gives the greater possible income within the labor environment where he is and above all what benefits himself.

The automation is a process that little by little has been gaining momentum within the organizations since this is a tool that allows to introduce data, to process them in information that would serve in great measure for the decision making in an effective way.

It is for that reason; that it becomes necessary to the problems that arise with greater speed and possible belongings due to that daily large groups of actions and activities are carried out respectively in multiple occasions.

The computer science and all its branches of application are a tool capable of increasing the productivity and helps to reach the competences involving this way so much the information systems as the information technologies allowing this way that it improves its performance and services that in the wide market of work is unwrapped.

One of the advantages of the information systems besides allowing to maintain an order in the information that precedes this one lends itself for evaluations as for its performance since a system cannot be the same all the life because there are many changes inside the organization, it is for that reason that this system fulfills a life cycle and now it is necessary to design another one that responds to the current necessities; a system that breaks the new schemes of production.

A system cannot be created outside the parameters of the company since it would not solve its real problems in any way.

The benefits obtained through an information system are tangible and allow justifying its costs in hardware and software, accelerate the process of business activities and reduce administrative costs. But despite their intrinsic value, it is clear that the stored data can also be useful for decision makers.

Therefore, meeting the needs of managers and decision-makers remains one of the essential factors in the development of information systems. In this respect, Senn (1992) states that information systems are subsystems within an organization and that their task is to process input data, maintain data archives in relation to the enterprise and produce information or other outputs (p23).

In this sense, in spite of the decadences or difficulties, the proposed goals have been fulfilled to date because although little work is done in Excel, it has facilitated the way to obtain favorable results; within the processes that delay and take more time than expected is the process for the realization of the invoices since the company does not have an automated program that facilitates it; because it is done manually, that is why it works with billing stubs.

The company does not have an accounting program that generates payrolls or systematized inventories, nor a system that is in charge of a control of the clients that allows the fluidity and speed in the books because the process is carried out manually making it more cumbersome; it could be said that the affected area in this case is the administration.

The methodology applied to the organization is a tailor-made system, the company manages few personnel.

From there, the need arises to improve that which affects or otherwise reduce it to a minimum. But always taking into account that any information system could not have any meaning if it was carried out far from the main needs of the company because it would not solve the problem for that reason we must know everything about it.

It is suggested that companies consider the permanent implementation of a billing control system and start using it. Because it is known that there are the physical and logical resources to have in the business the necessary equipment to run the custom-made system with some other variants that are easy to solve by the company.

Apart from saving time in each transaction, it provides early error detection, achieving an additional benefit: improved human factor performance.
