The term "finances" is associated with all those activities that we carry out and through them, we generate money; for many it is a taboo subject to talk about openly, due to what it implies to touch this point in front of strangers or with people who are not part of our intimate family circle.
It is no secret that in Venezuela, the income from wages and salaries is very low and deficient, however, many of us have had to resort to different options to obtain a little extra income, as in the case of small businesses: ladies who mend clothes or make food and desserts, artisans, young people who shop for the elderly, among hundreds of other trades, have developed due to the crisis and we all know that in this type of situation, there is always an opportunity.
**Manage Resources**
Like every first of every month, I usually start the "accounting notebook"; an instrument that has helped me to keep fixed expenses under control and to be able to deal with unforeseen events that may arise; I also keep an additional percentage to be able to enjoy with my family: not everything is about paying debts and commitments.
It doesn't matter if it is digital or manual, the important thing is to be able to keep track of all the expenses and income that we make on a daily basis, so I'm going to leave you with these small recommendations that have allowed me to keep control of my finances.
**Registration and Control**
The first thing we need to sort out at home is the money that comes into the household: ideally, each contributor should be aware of his or her role at home and distribute responsibilities equally.
I always apply the 50-35-15, which corresponds to the percentage that my husband and I divide the responsibilities between us:
50% of our salary is to pay the common expenses of the house; in case there is "some money available", it is set aside for NET home repairs.
35% of our salary is for our personal expenses; whatever money is left over is saved to cover other personal needs.
15% is EXCLUSIVELY for savings, transformed into foreign currency or invested; it is never left at home, for security reasons.
Now, I invite you to put your money in order, so you become more aware of what you really need and also to set new goals for yourself:
1 Try to keep a record of all your income:
Salaries (if you are an employee),
Income from content creation (example: Hive, LeoFinance, etc.)
Income from running your business
Additional income (contribution from family members, fortuitous gains, etc.)
2 In a notebook that you will always carry with you, write down all your daily expenses:
Payment for public transport, petrol, meals or snacks bought for yourself or for others, snacks that provoked you, etc.
Relevant purchases: food for the household in general, pet care, school fees, utilities, scheduled repairs, purchase of merchandise for your business, etc.
3 At the end of the month, take stock of how much you spent consciously and what is superfluous, identify that new project you want to do and put a savings plan in place. No matter the amount: you can't imagine what that "insignificant" $2 every time you have a coffee a month does, when you can do it and carry it yourself.
4 Maintain an optimal level of credit, keep your payment agreements with your creditors, not only will it leave a good image of you, but they will always believe in your word and there will never be anything missing from your table.
I know many will call me a money grubber, but believe me, I have been able to handle emergencies this way.

El uso de drones en Venezuela, se ha ido incrementando de una manera muy interesante, semanalmente he podido ver cómo las diferentes compañías de seguro, emiten pólizas de responsabilidad Civil (RCV), para cumplir con las Regulaciones Aeronáuticas Venezolanas y, es que para operar un dron, deben realizare una serie de procedimientos antes de poder alzar vuelo.
Lo principal es que la persona que opere una aeronave no tripulada a distancia (RPAS), debe ser piloto y como tal, debe tener certificado médico y licencia respectiva (al principio alumno piloto), posterior pasar una evaluación para la obtención de una licencia definitiva, que es renovable según lo indique la autoridad aeronáutica de cada país.
Una vez que tienes la licencia y el certificado médico vigente, debes registrar el aparato ante el ente regulador, debes presentar la documentación con las características, así como una póliza de seguros a terceros (RCV).
De aquí en adelante es un poco más sencillo, pero, por ser catalogado como una aeronave, el propietario u operador del dron, debe notificar a la autoridad aeronáutica, que desea realizar alguna actividad con el dispositivo, con el fin de reservar el espacio aéreo donde se realizarán las operaciones.
Ese es el deber ser, aunque pueden existir casos en los que no se cumplen los pasos anteriores, lo lamentable, es que pueden correr el riesgo de sufrir un decomiso por parte de las diferentes autoridades en caso de realizar actividades con un dispositivo no registrado debidamente.
Lo cierto es que las tomas desde un aparato de éstos son espectaculares, aunque no pude obtener una imagen en 4K, les dejo las gráficas de una práctica de vuelo de drones, con una academia certificada en Caracas.
Espero poder en algún momento poder realizar el curso y tener mi propio dron, para poder captar las bellezas naturales de mi hermoso país.

Salud... Divino Tesoro
A raíz de la pandemia, muchos de nosotros hemos tomado mayor consciencia de nuestra protección, el cuidado de nuestra salud y sobre todo, el poder cuidar a quienes amamos.
Un malestar, va mas allá de la dolencia física y es que en muchos casos, está acompañada de efectos de lo que pensamos y los sentimientos que muchas veces no manifestamos, bien sea porque no son considerados correctos o por simple orgullo propio.
Llevar dos aparatos, uno para medir la presión arterial y el otro para registrar la estabilidad eléctrica de mi corazón por 24 horas, me ha parecido realmente incómodo y una maravilla; si, la maravilla de ver que Dios en su misericordia, nos colocó todo un montón de cables y aparatos de manera interna de tal forma que no nos moleste ni fastidie y lo único que debemos hacer es cuidar que todo esos aparatos internos funcionen bien mediante nuestros cuidados: amarnos, comprometernos, tomarnos un momento y respirar tal como sucede cuando el tensiómetro se activa logrando poner nuestro brazo morado por la presión que ejerce para tomar las medidas correspondientes.
No esperemos tener síntomas de agotamiento para tomar medidas, ámate, cuídate y quiérete, de ésta manera, se hará más fácil apreciar la vida, el amor y la amistad.
