Reasons why you should drink Coffee

Hello everyone, how are you feeling this morning? It's me again LovelyJane 😊. I hope you're okay, did you already drink your coffee? Well me I'm currently drinking it while publishing this article. Last night, since I am a coffee drinker I thought about publishing an article that delivers fact that some people might didn't know yet about the benefits of drinking coffee. Well this morning, i have already made it up in my mind to share it here. I hope you guys will like it despite being a rush draft. Soo let's begin.

1. May increase your energy levels and make you smarter

Coffee can make people feel less tired and raise their energy levels.

This is because it contains a stimulant called caffeine β€” the most widely used psychoactive drug in the world.

The caffeine is absorbed into the bloodstream after you drink coffee. It moves from there to your brain.

Caffeine inhibits the inhibitory neurotransmitter adenosine in the brain.

As this occurs, the number of other neurotransmitters such as norepinephrine and dopamine increases, resulting in increased neurons being fired.

Many monitored human studies show that coffee enhances various aspects of brain function β€” including memory , mood, resilience, energy levels, response times, and general mental function.

SUMMARY

Caffeine blocks an inhibitory neurotransmitter in your brain that produces a relaxing impact. This increases the level of capacity, mood and different aspects of brain function.

2. May help Burn Fat

Caffeine is present in virtually every commercial fat-burning supplement β€” and for good purpose. It's one of the few natural substances that has been shown to help burn fat.

Several studies have shown that caffeine can improve your metabolic rate by 3–11 percent.

Other studies indicate that caffeine can specifically increase fat burning by as much as 10% in obese individuals and 29% in lean individuals.

However, it is likely that these effects can decrease in long-term coffee drinkers.

3. May Dramatically Improving Physical Performance

Caffeine activates the nervous system, signalling the breakdown of fat cells to the body's fat.

But it also raises the amount of epinephrine ( adrenaline) in your blood.

This is the fight-or - flight hormone that prepares the body for vigorous physical activity.

Caffeine breaks down body fat and makes free fatty acids usable as fuel.

Given these results, it is unsurprising that caffeine can boost physical performance by 11–12 per cent on average.

It makes sense, therefore, to have a good cup of coffee about half an hour before you go to the gym.

SUMMARY

Caffeine can increase your adrenaline levels and release fatty acids from your fat tissues. This also leads to major changes in physical health.

4. Includes basic nutrients

Many of the nutrients in the coffee beans find their way to the finished brewed coffee.

There is a single cup of coffee (21):

Riboflavin (vitamin B2): 11% of the reference daily intake (RDI).

Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5): 6% of RDI.

Manganese and potassium: 3% of RDI.

Magnesium and niacin (vitamin B3): 2% of RDI.

Although this might not sound like a big deal, most people enjoy a few cups a day β€” allowing these quantities to easily add up.

SUMMARY

Coffee contains a variety of essential nutrients, including riboflavin, pantothenic acid, manganese, potassium , magnesium and niacin.

5. Can your liver be covered

Your liver is a magnificent organ that performs hundreds of vital functions.

Several common diseases mostly affect the liver, including hepatitis, fatty liver disease, and many others.

Many of these conditions can lead to cirrhosis, in which the liver is mostly replaced by scar tissue.

Interestingly, coffee can protect against cirrhosis β€” people who drink 4 or more cups a day are at up to 80 per cent lower risk.

SUMMARY

Coffee drinkers have a much lower chance of cirrhosis, which can be caused by many diseases affecting the liver.

6. May battle depression and make you happier

Depression is a severe psychiatric illness that causes a substantially lower quality of life.

It's very normal, as about 4.1% of people in the US actually meet the requirements for clinical depression.

In a 2011 Harvard survey, women who drank 4 or more cups of coffee a day had a 20 % lower risk of being depressed.

Another research in 208,424 individuals found that those who drank 4 or more cups a day were 53 percent less likely to die of suicide.

SUMMARY

Coffee tends to lower your risk of developing depression and can significantly reduce your risk of suicide.

7. May it help you to live longer

Since coffee drinkers are less likely to have many illnesses, it makes sense that coffee will help you live longer.

Several observational studies have shown that coffee drinkers have a lower risk of death.

In two very broad studies, drinking coffee was associated with a 20 per cent decrease in the risk of death in men and a 26 per cent decrease in the risk of death in women over 18-24 years of age.

This impact is especially strong in people with type 2 diabetes. In a 20-year survey, people with diabetes who were drinking coffee had a 30 per cent lower risk of death.
