I wake up tired

Tired from crying myself to sleep

I wake up sleepy

Sleepy from the sleepless night

I can't gather my thoughts

My thoughts are all over the place

I can't do things one step at a time

Things get a lot harder to accomplish

I don't know why

Why I feel this way

I don't know why

Why I act this way

I somehow understand

People who are unable to express themselves

I somehow understand

People who keep things to themselves

This day is exhausting just like any other day

This day is exhausting in all aspects of life

This day is exhausting and has taken the energy out of me

This day is exhausting and now it's time to sleep
