Sharing one of my remarkable find since I learned to photograph macro shots and this is a red nosed cicada (Huechys sanguinea). Got that while me and my buddy rested near a towering rain tree along the river bank after we are done with our morning walk.

When I have a cameo appearance to sing in a live band. Who says introverts cannot sing?! If we can kick ass, then we can sing very well! 🤗♥️👍
Lovely flowers. Known in the world of science as Plumeria rubra with common name like frangipani and kalachuchi trees are mostly seen in cemeteries during the olden times and now they can be seen nowadays in parks and gardens.
Drops of cold November rain. It rained so briefly and it feels good.
Katydid a kind of insect we often call as grasshoppers but it's not.
Fisherman sort out their catch before middlemen arrives.
A clear shot at the red nosed cicada (Huechys sanguinea).
The summoning of the mongrels of the sea. Caught this lovely sight when I strolled along the beach one early morning when I saw a friend walking on the sand with a pouch of bread in his hand. Then he sat on the driftwood and call the dogs who are roaming on the beach then he partake the bread to the dogs. I thought that he is the master of the dogs but it turned out that they're all strangers with each other. After I done with the impromptu photoshoot, I approached him and…
Missing this kind of sight to behold. For sure I can no longer add this tree to the frame each time I want to have a sunset photograph that gives an impression of autumnal ambiance as the lot where the tree stands is already fenced in to be developed as a residential complex and I just hope that the tree will remain to stand on the ground unlike most of what is happening when the lot was converted into housing areas and people will have to cut down trees to give space for…
Let's have some bread for a late night snack.
Male papaya flowers. Another sweet smelling flower that can be mistaken for a presence of a ghost once you inhale the smell. The smell of these flowers have a hint of Jovan toiletries.
Happy #FLYday, Noisefam! These are wild ducks that find refuge on a swampy area near along the river.
Alhamdullilah! Grilled surgeon fish for my early dinner! Been longing to have fish for my body 's protein needs and here it is! Mashallah!🤗♥️👍

A fisherman aboard a bamboo raft casting a Gill net into the river. Took this picture one early morning at the Maragayap River, Bacnotan, La Union, Philippines.
I guess it's time for me to take a pause from my online errands for a while and some sort of soul-searching while walking along the trail under the moonlight sky before I put myself to slumber. It's getting colder again and the only way to beat this weather is by walking before I sleep and if this will not work, perhaps I need some sip of bottled elixir with cracked ice sitting underneath. Okay, folks, have to leave for a while. Hasta la Vista!🤗
Hello, everyone! I'm done with my trekking and it's time to go downhill with the foreglow of the sun rising in the almost clear morning sky in the background.
Beef goto. A Filipino all time favorite pooridge made from chewy ox tripe and softened rice with annatto extracts.
Souvenir shot at the arch going to the beach before hitting the road for home.
Passed by the industrial zone at twilight. Due to the presence of dark colored clouds the place looks like Gotham City. Isn't it?
Good morning, NoiseFam! Let's start the first day of the week by walking early in the morning and let the sunlight absorb by our system so we can acquire an unlimited dosage of naturally clean vitamin D. Happy Monday, everyone!🤗♥️👍
A vibrant afterglow that coincides with the lunar eclipse.I thought that I will be just posting an ordinary afterglow as I missed to photograph the actual sunset once again. It turned out that a lunar eclipse will occur tonight and I can say that this afterglow is a remarkable one for me. I chose not to post the lunar eclipse here in my newsfeed as my phone didn't have the capacity to capture such kind of phenomenon, let's leave the matter for those who have hi-tech gadgets.🤗
Time for a pit stop after six years to replace worn out oil seal and to replenish fork oil.
Lechon manok (Roasted chicken) from Alab Lechon from their second stall at Bacnotan, La Union, Philippines. Since I stayed at the shop to wait for my motorcycle to be fixed and don't have time to do some errands at home, my wife asked me, "How is it now, you don't have chopped wood to fuel our earthen stove and I don't have to anything to cook. We don't have money either because we spent it for your motorcycle to be fixed." I said she don't need to stress herself that much…
"Campfire’s burning, campfire’s burning, Draw nearer, draw nearer. In the gloaming, in the gloaming, Come sing and be merry..." The girl scouts had encircled the camp fire and about to sing that song when a guy from our neighborhood yelled, "Wait!" So the singing was stopped and the guy rushed to the campfire and immediately picked a bottle with gasoline that is about to be ignited by the flame. It turned out that the bottle of gasoline was used as a fire starter to light…
Bridge amidst the foreglow of the rising sun on a cloudy morning. Good morning, #NoiseFam, let's have some kind of symbolism to start the day as I included subjects at the frame which connotes meaning either in literal and/or figurative sense. Let's start with the bridge, we all know that bridges are used to convey items in between gaps so this item will reach a certain point. Second is the cloudy sky which connotes obstacles or challenges. Third is the foreglow of the…
Due to another errand to be done today, again, we don't have much time to dine at home and we found ourselves in this place then we feel like little children once again!🤗♥️👍
Happy #CATurday, Noisefam! Meet Minggay, the friendly cat owned by my neighbor. She usually roam at our yard to play with other cats. Sometimes she also climb trees and her favorite to hangout with is our moringa tree. That photograph I took is when she hides herself at a fallen branch that is nearly covered by sampaguita bushes when she sees me approached her. Perhaps she wanted to be captured through the lens in a different way, that is with some sort coverings as if she…
What a lovely afterglow! Again, I was not able to catch up with the actual sunset because I was in transit from home to work at that time but still a very rewarding photograph session I got due to this colorful afterglow I was able to have.
Upclose with a common fly on a drizzling night.
Nerium oleander (commonly known as South Sea rose; rose laurel; and rose bay) Pretty (but deadly) in pink. That's how I describe this shrub or a small tree that have beautiful pink flowers because all parts of this plant from leaves, flowers, branches and twigs down to the roots are toxic due to the sap that is extracted from the plant . The debris from this plant, either fresh or already dry should be properly dispose and burning is NOT advisable because toxic fumes will…
Practical dine-in. Do NOT post foods if the intent is just to brag. Instead, we should post them to bring some sort of positive effect to people. Just like what I did recently. Originally, I plan to treat my youngest daughter to have a cool dessert at a halo-halo outlet. But, instead I shifted our destination to Alab Lechon after I realized that we don't have viand for lunch and this roasted chicken is the right choice because this is already enough to serve a family with…
Though we are not a good singer, give time for ourselves to sing and unwind so we can relax and get rid of our personal demons from within... That is when I made my rendition of The Flame sung by Cheap Trick. For the video, here's the link: https://appics.referral-factory.com/R9bZT5/join
Good morning, my Noisefam! A cold misty mid-Novenber morning here. Woke up so early for an important matter to settle so I will be back to my work once I accomplished this. Happy #WINSday everyone and Let's keep the good times roll!🤗♥️👍
A taste of fatirah. Thought that this is just an ordinary pancake the first time I saw this food posted in noise.cash by our friends from the Middle East as well as from Pakistan. Out of curiosity, I browsed it on Google and learned that this is is an African breakfast staple that is also a popular Ethiopian street food, often served with honey for dipping and ideally, paired with a cup of coffee but since I am not used to drinking hot beverage on a hot Philippine weather, I…
I crave for vegetables and fish this time so I went to the market with my wife.
Dessert rose or Impala lily. It is also known as Adenium obesum in the world of science. This plant is often mistaken to be called in the Philippines as "kalachuchi" perhaps due to the shape of its flowers however, kalachuchi is a tree with scented flowers that have white and yellow combination while Impala lily is a shrub with pink unscented flowers. These plants belongs to Apocynaceae family and they both have toxic characteristics and/or have poisonous parts.
Black forest Gardenia bread. This is my snack while waiting for the officer-in-charge to resume the processing of my LESP.
The Baluarte at Carlatan, San Fernando City, La Union Philippines. This structure was used to be a watchtower and or lighthouse during the Spanish conquest of the Philippines and it serves as an observation post against approaching invaders and or pirates.
Good morning, Noisefam! Woke up early today to report for duty so I can be able to go back to my work. But first I should have take my breakfast. Bon appetit!🤗♥️👍
Good morning, dear Noisefam! Passed by at the industrial zone early in the morning to report for work.🤗♥️👍
Happy #CATurday everyone! Found this adorable cat at our favorite noodle/pooridge house.😻♥️👍
My dinner for this Saturday evening. Beef pares and goto from Kuya Hanley's Mamihan and Gotohan.
Took some breather with these lovely girls at Quirino Surfing Site, here in Bacnotan, La Union, Philippines. By the way, since I have a hard time of knowing who's subscribing my contents at the "Explore" section of this app, can you drop me a line in my Facebook and/or Telegram so that I will be aware of who they are? Thanks. https://www.facebook.com/StealthRAM007?mibextid=ZbWKwL https://t.me/Stealth_Knight007
A morning spent with the mongrels of the sea. Went for a walk along the shore and have some chat with the locals who are also my friends while their dogs are feels at ease on the sand.
Travel back in time with black and white filter and Spanish style architectural design. The photograph looks like we are being time warped going back to a pueblo or an old settlement being governed by an alcalde during the Spanish conquest.
Hello, my dear Noisefam! Just strolled at the shore and I was greeted by this wonderful fur baby. Good morning!🤗♥️👍
Afternoon delight. Graham cake made by my two lovely daughters. What a delightful delectable delicious treats to enjoy!🤗♥️👍
I had beef biryani this time and a pair of fatirah for my side dish. Thanks to our Pakistani and/or Indian friends who shared these foods in their newsfeeds.
Been here at the night market and bought fried chicken for dinner.
Nice to be back to the city! Sometimes we need to expose ourselves to bum around at the city and find some kind of different life.
The most wonderful time of the year is just around the corner. There's no need to think of extravagant things because that season is believed to be when the savior was born and that is not in a luxurious manner but of divine simplicity.
Lovely branches that are like arms that reaching out to me heavens.
The rain tree provides an impression of an autumnal ambiance at the landscape along the river.
Desert rose (Adenium obesum) and Kalachuchi (Plumeria rubra)both from Apocynaceae family. Sometimes we tend to misidentify plant common names and to correct the mistake we should rely on their scientific names instead. Desert roses are shrubs with pink unscented flowers while kalachuchis are trees with white and yellow flowers. Just be careful of the sap of desert roses as it is highly poisonous one drop of the sap is enough to kill a fully grown elephant and some tribes in…
Beautiful flowers of a wild pea known as Leptospron adenanthum that I found along a trail when I had a walk along the river bank this morning.
Mango stem borer (Batocera rufomaculata) Upon looking at this insect, it reminds me of robotic alien villains sent by the minions of Prince Zardoz of the Boazanian Empire to invade Planet Earth. For sure, those from Generation X and some millennials know what animé tv show is I am referring with. In real life, this kind of longhorn beetle or also known as longicorns can sow terror indirectly to humans but of fruit trees, mangoes, papayas, and pomegranates because the adult…
Just attended online seminar with colleagues from Bulacan.
Let's play hide and seek! After I count from one to ten, Hope you're all hidden already... One, two, three... ... ... Peek-a-boo! Happy #CATurday, everyone!🤗♥️👍
THERE'S MORE THAN MEET THE EYE. I nearly don't have the interest of having this insect captured through my lens because I thought that this is just another species of a hoverfly that I photographed three years ago. But since I need to practice myself in taking macro pictures at night time and to see how my capabilities, I give this critter a snap and noted one striking feature that shows that I don't have yet this kind of insect in my files and based from what I learned…
Found another wild pea species and it was identified as Vigna adenantha. At first glance, this one looks the same with the species I posted recently. However, the appearance of their flowers are different from each other.
Hello! Hope everyone is doing great! Been a long time that I haven't posted here because I'm so much preoccupied with so many things lately and I'm glad to see that this platform still thrives as well as to be with you once again. By the way, got a clear weather here this evening and it's 28°C. Miss seeing those colorful display of clouds at sunset likewise of seeing those lovely snapshots from this channel. 🤗♥️👍
Beef biryani. I never thought that I will be able to have this delicious food served in front of me! Namaste!🤗♥️👍
The newly constructed landmark at the plaza of San Fernando City, La Union, Philippines.
My regular night time visitor. Since I'm stationed at a sentry near the foot of a mountain, it is more likely that insects will enter my workplace because they are attracted by the light from the electric bulb and though they sting, this bee is my favorite to photograph because of their striking stripes. I just let it fly into the light bulb because it will surely leave once it gets tired of flying. But when sometimes they come in swarms, I have two options to choose from of…
Mano a Mano. Giant honeybee versus Asian predatory wasp. On my recent content, I posted an insect hovering around a lightbulb that I thought it was a bee. But basing from the structural features of its silhouette, the insect turned out to be an Asian predatory wasp a kind of wasp that invade a beehive or bee colony to kill bees for food. But bees will not allow that to happen as their population will be wiped out and there will be nothing left to continue their generation…
Foreglow, afterglow, crepuscular and anticrepuscular. My fascination to golden hour photography lead me to discover terms which are unfamiliar to me before like what are foreglows and afterglows are and I learned that foreglows (first photograph) are the occurences before the sunrise or when the rising sun becomes visible to the horizon while afterglows (second photograph) while afterglows are the occurences after the sunset or when the sun is no longer visible at the…
There's more than meet the eye. Thought that I already have this in my files because I mistook this as a green bottle fly or a hoverfly species but not until I took a closer look and noticed those remarkable stripes on its eye which give it as a distinctive feature that this insect is not yet in my files and I found out that this insect is a species of a horsefly. For more detailed photograph and information about this fly, feel free to follow me here: INIVITE LINK:…
Partly cloudy evening at 28°C. Final day of the month with only a few occurences of November rain for this year.
