is that kalachuchi?
Yup, this is the real kalachuchi... The pink and unscented ones are not kalachuchi, they are Adenium obesum or dessert roses.π€β₯οΈπ

Ah, you have allergies. Same as mine, I have allergies with some scents. I dislike strong perfumes and some detergent soaps.

Even some scented face powder.. I nearly banned such kind of things in our house, my wife and daughters says I'm so KJ! Hahaha π€ͺ

Frangipani β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ I never ever seen it in person, only in photos, so beautiful π
The extract of these flowers are one of the most sought after for perfume making.
Originally the plant came from Mexico and was introduced by the Spaniards... Might be of Ferdinand Magellan's expedition team.π€
Ohhhhh, that's a great info!!!! β€οΈβ€οΈ
Yup, most of the foreign plants here was introduced by the Spaniards... From weeds to ornamentals, to fruit trees such as the coral vine or popularly known here as cadena de amor; fire trees, some call it fire tree; and the avocado tree. I'm not sure if it was Antonio Pigafetta or another persona who is in charge of that task.π€β₯οΈπ
Well, at least they did something good... Not destruction π
