Potato Chips Recipe

Ingredients:

1 kilo potato
1/4 kilo sweet potato (optional)
Iodized salt
Cooking oil
Cheese powder (optional)

Procedures:

1. Wash the potatoes in water. Ready the mixing bowl. Put the water in the bowl full/ put some iodized salt and stir until the solve dissolves.

2. Cut the potatoes after peeling them all. In every potatoes that you cut, soak it in the salty water and let it be there until you finished cutting all the potatoes. Cut the potatoes in very thin cut for it to be crunchy.

3. After cutting and soaking in the salty water, put or pour the very thin cut for it to be crunchy.
Stir slightly and slowly the potatoes in the pan while frying because it might stick on the pan if don’t. When the potatoes float and fried /cooked and crunchy, lift then with the use of tongs and strainer. Place it the container with a paper napkin
4. Do the same frying procedure with the remaining potaoes.

5. After frying, place it in the bowl and put the some cheese powder then shake it for the cheese powder to spread it all the potatoes.
Place in the paper bags and serve.
