BATANGAS LOMI If Iloilo 's trademark is Lapaz Batchoy, Batangas is also known for delicious LOMI. When the first time it was offered to me I was hesitant to eat. NATIVE CHICKENS This is how we raised chickens in the province. We just feed them in the morning and after that they would start wandering. Only the chicks are kept inside the "kurong" because they are still weak. In the afternoon we would call all the CHICKENS using sounds and they would eventually appear. DIY GRATER FOR CASSAVA As I have mentioned in my previous post, i did grow living on countryside. My former grandma is fond of cooking cassava suman or we called "alupe" in our dialect. IMPORTANCE OF FILE NAME IN EVERY DOCUMENTS I don't know if it's only me who got irritated everytime I received and email with attached docs without file name. It is not proper actually, we should always practiced proper file name in our documents. You may have a patteren like - name of file - date-month-year.
