NATIVE CHICKENS This is how we raised chickens in the province. We just feed them in the morning and after that they would start wandering. Only the chicks are kept inside the "kurong" because they are still weak. In the afternoon we would call all the CHICKENS using sounds and they would eventually appear. They need to be feed before twilight. Once they are full, they would start looking for a place to stay (braches of trees around our house) . This breed of chickens are more delicious actually. The taste is different compare to cultured one which they called 45 days. Best to cook as tinola or adobo. Good morning!
