DON'T ALWAYS MAKE YOURSELF AVAILABLE OR YOU'LL END UP BEING BLAMED! As what i had shared here before lending a hand to anyone is good as long as you are really helping and not tolerating. Aside from tolerating sometimes always trying to help and making yourself available to anyone is not also good because people sometimes mistaken you as an "INCHARGE ". Where in fact you where only there to help because no one is available. Then you will end up being blamed of something you are not suppose too.
