LEARNED TO SAY "NO" SOMETIMES Giving a hand to someone in need is great especially if you know that you have capacity. However is there still left for you? You might enjoying nor hard to say "NO" to everyone without realizing youre also in need. Then you end have having "NOTHING". Learned to say NO sometimes. Good morning Noisers!
