TAAL VOLCANO I am somehow felt a little bit relieved knowing that Taal was down to alert level 3 as to date from alert level 4. I am just hoping it wont erupt since our place ( my husband hometown) is inluded in 13kilometer danger zone. It would be hard also to evacuate now with the threat of covid 19. Praying and hoping. It's hard enough that we have this ongoing pandemic and not being able to stay at the comfort of one's home is tragic
