A group will not gonna run properly without a head who's assigned to hold it's people. A leaderless group is tend to failed a task or just make a low quality product. Though not all the time this will happen but there's a high possibility chance that it will. A leader was assigned and has the responsibility to make sure that the group is making forward towards a progression and achievement I'm a certain goals. That's why it is important to have a leader. But a leader should stand still and become someone that we must follow.

Not all the times are good, but there are different reasons why we are following our leaders. What's with you leader, and why are you following him?

Respect is the most acceptable reason to follow a leader. You tend to follow your leader because you believe I'm his ability to think and to act. You believe that they have what it takes to fulfill the role. And you have seen what they can do or maybe they have proven themselves to so you are ready to follow them to the end of the earth. I have experienced this in my class before in highschool. I have this gay classmates who's an Average type of students. She's not that smart actually maybe I'm smarter than her. He's jolly, but there are times that her behavior is not appropriate. I sometimes hate her for what she is doing. She's so loud and annoying sometimes. But there is one thing that I respect on him, and it is her leadership style. When there is a school competition and we needed to perform in front. It is him, who's we are all trusting. She have this wife imagination and creativity in making sure that our section will going to win the prize. And we have done it a lot of times.

Another reason to follow a leader is a love, for there are lot of loyal people who is willingly to gave everything just to serve their leader. A blind sort of following but not necessarily bad. It is the power of emotion that one is feel good and one that hard to defy and messes with your rationality no matter how hard you try to fight back. And that is called love. I think the perfect example of it are in the time of empires, where the leaders of each are called king and queens. In this we can see it's loyal servant, especially the soldiers and warriors who's willing to die for their leader. No matter what happen, they will believe on their king and do whatever it says. And that's how their love to their king is.

The opposite of love is fear, where people are just focusing on self-preservation and its own survival. In other words, it is a fake loyalty. You have no choice but to offer your service to your leader because it is a question of hardship or life, if not death. This are the type of people who were abused and can't fight back. They're blackmailed to their fear that something bad will happen if they don't gonna follow orders. This are mostly happening in the slave in the past, they must do everything in their task or else they will be killed or be starve. It might be happening to you today but in different ways. You're scared to lose your job that's why you're just doing what you are used to do. You're scared to be kicked in a school group and have a low grades thus this makes you do all the activities they told you to do.

Last thing that I have think off why people are following leader is the fact that they have a dept to someone. They might have done something helpful to you in the past and that you think you owe them something. You are just following them out of your sense of obligation or the need to return some given to you before. I don't think this is something bad, because we're just doing it voluntarily and they didn't force us to do something we didn't want to. But when it is suffocating you then That's a Different problem

Ang hirap maging leader, unang una pano mo mapapasunod ang members mo, dapat kapanipaniwala at may strong personality ka kahit papano. I became a leader most of the time and sabi naman nila okay naman daw ako mag dala ng team kaso madali ako ma stress. Nakaka stress naman talaga.

To follow our leader earnestly without border is making sure that the group will stay together. I, myself was a leader. Always selected as a leader in school and I developed this certain leadership skill that when you want to be followed, you must be the one who shows them what it means to follow you.
