Lastly, if you are one of the students who is having a hard time in studying, maybe you are studying on the wrong time! Researchers said that the best time to study is in the morning because you will remember the things for a long time and learn it in a quick time.

There are different pros when you will study in the morning:

To make this short, the students have their own unique way of learning. It depends on the person when do we like to study. There are people who prefer to study in the morning and some of them is at night. Personally, I like studying at night because I can absorb the information and remember it in the morning. However, it will affect your sleeping time because you need to sleep at late when you studied in the evening.

Almost 3 times a day ako maligo since pawisin at acne prone and chest at back area ko. Minsan pag malamig 1-2x a day lang. Sa work out naman, usually sa afternoon bago maligo ko ginagawa . Di ko pa natatatry sa morning kasi tinatamad pa ako HAHAHA pero try ko sa mga susunod na araw
