Most of us are having habits for being addicted or we did it unintentionally because we used to do it. It includes the eating habit, our lifestyle and even how you connect to people.

However, these habits are good but some of them are not and if the worse became worst, it will cause a harmful effect on your holistic health.

Skipping breakfast

We tend to woke up late and ended up in rushing every morning because we are late on class and work. Sometimes we choose not to eat in morning because we are so lazy to woke up every morning because you want to sleep more.

If you are one of these, it is better to think again and eat your breakfast! According to the study, it may cause a heart attack. As what Dr. Leah Cahill said, “the risk is not wo worrisome, but the fact that indulging in a healthy breakfast could actually curb the risk of heart attacks

It can also cause hypertension that will lead to clogging of arteries that can cause heart failure including stroke. In addition, you will also gain weight by skipping breakfast. Confused? It is because by skipping breakfast, you will crave for sugar or sweet foods including fatty foods that will cause a weight gain. Also, it can change your mood and energy level for the whole day.

There are different diseases that you will get on skipping breakfast so better to stop this habit and change your eating habits.

Sleep-deprivation

We are always busy on different stuffs that we need to do and we ended up in sleeping at late. Sometimes, we are not sleeping just because of our habit including watching movies, watching Kdramas, playings games—or maybe trading cryptocurrency but these habits should stop as soon as possible because it will cause negative effects on our health.

Lack of sleep can cause lack of energy in the morning—or even in a whole day, lack of concentration and changing of your mood. It cannot only affect our mood but also to our health, according to my research, “regular poor sleep puts you at risk of serious medical conditions, including obesityheart disease and diabetes – and it shortens your life expectancy.

Lack of sleep can shorten your lifespan and can cause different disease in our health. So, how many hours do we need to sleep? Traditionally, they said that sleeping eight hours a day is an ideal time of sleep—it is probably right BUT...

...we can sleep on how much we NEED in everyday, so how to determine if we had an enough of sleep? It is when you can't feel of sleepiness on the morning, if you woke up in the morning and you feel tired (not lazy) then you should sleep! It means you still needs more sleep.

Well, sleep at your own risk! Don't sleep late so you can get an enough time of sleep.

Fun fact! Did you know that Albert Einstein is sleeping for 10 hours in a single night? The naps in the morning is not included!—There are different studies that sleeping can help our memory!

Ang pinakabad na habit ko talaga yung pagtulog. Kasi matutulog ako ng 9 tapos gigising ako ng 12 o basta madaling araw. Then after non, matutulog ulit ako. So may nawalang three hours sa akin. Pero sa ngayon, matutulog na ako. Ayokong lumabo ang aking paningin. Pero kapag ang tulog ko is 11PM, di na ako gigising ng madaling araw. Naiinggit ako sa mga sanay sa malakas magpuyat

Hindi ka dapat mainggit, sleep-deprivation is bad on our health. Pero minsan talaga nakakaasar kapag antukin tulad ko. Minsan nagbabasa ako bigla na ako aantukin.
