How to set up and start playing Plants VS. Undead on a Mobile phone

The atmosphere of the plants vs. undead blockchain game is gradually going alive again after the unexpected dump from ≈$24 per PVU token to ≈$1.50. I believe that the major reason for this dip is the updates on its developers where the conversion of Light Energy (LE) to PVU is increasing which is quite negative to the players.

In contrast, today, the value of PVU token is going alive again and increasing its value probably because of its upcoming cloning of plants where the players will have an advantage to both farm mode and PVP gameplay.

👉Plants vs. Undead: Is it worth it?

Some people are asking how to start on this game using a Mobile phone and we need to discuss it as soon as possible because you might consider if you want to join before the 20th of October UTC which is tomorrow where the cloning of plants will start and the website will undergo in maintenance.

What are the applications and things that you need?

Setting up your game is easy where you only need three things to start, the investment is obvious.

• Kiwi Browser/Yandex Browser

• Metamask account

• Plant VS Undead application (Farm Mode)

First, decide if you are going to use Yandex or Kiwi browser. These browsers are the recommended browser to use on Mobile phones because you need to put the Metamask extension. In my case, I use the Kiwi browser because the Metamask extension on Yandex Browser is not compatible with my device. Thus, we will use Kiwi Browser in this tutorial.

After adding Metamask to your extension, create your wallet on Metamask. If you already have a wallet, then import your seed and set up a password. This password will be asked to you every time you open Metamask. 

When you are done creating/importing your wallet on Metamask, you need to add the Binance Smart Chain network manually. 

Click the Network > Custom RPC > Then fill out the form. Here are the things that you need to put:

• Network Name: Smart Chain

• New RPC URL: https://bsc-dataseed.binance.org/

• ChainID: 56

• Symbol: BNB

• Block Explorer URL: https://bscscan.com

How much is the investment?

To be able to play Plant VS Undead, you need to have an investment. In my case, I started with 5 PVU token investments, you can convert it into coingecko to know its equivalent value into USD. 

To buy PVU token, go to Pancakeswap, import the PVU contract address, then swap your BNB or BUSD into PVU. Make sure that you have extra BNB to cover the fees which are cheaper than the Ethereum network.

How to start in Plant VS. Undead?

If you already have a PVU token, it's time to create your account on Plant VS Undead. Go to their website, then click login with Metamask.

After clicking the Login Metamask, go to your Metamask extension, it should be on your tab, then sign the requested access from Plant VS. Undead.

Now, you have an account where you will see the current PVU and BNB that you hold in your wallet. To buy everything you need, you need to convert your PVU token into LE which is the in-game currency.

Go to the farm tab, then (1) click the LE on your upper right corner of the screen. (2) PVU to LE where you will see that the current conversion is 1 PVU = 105 LE. The minimum investment is 5 PVU. (3) confirm.

When you are done, go to the shop and buy everything you need. The small pot, sunflower sapling, sunflower mama, water, and scarecrow. Budget the things that you need, you can skip buying scarecrows but take note that your plants will stop farming if there's a crow. 

After buying everything, plant them all. Make sure to water your plants, if the soil is green it means it is already watered, if brown, it means you need to water them. 

Sunflower Sapling can farm 250LE after 72 hours and Sunflower Mama can farm 850LE/144h. No need to grind this game, after watering and planting them, you are done. Visit them sometimes because the crows are visiting your farm to stop the plants in farming. Harvest your plants when the time is done, take note that Sunflower Sapling and Mama are temporary plants only. You need to buy them again after harvesting, unlike permanent plants where you can farm again after the harvest.

For now, it's better if you will buy a permanent plan so you will be included in cloning that will be used for PVP. You can read this to know more about cloning.
