What's depression? Why do we get depressed? How can we solve depression? What are it's negative effect?

Depression is the inner frustration we face, whenever we feel inferior;when our expectations are not met,we feel less important than others. A depressed person always have higher expectations,they want everything they do should always come out perfect. Depressed person is a seeker of perfections. Which is impossible,you can never have 100% of everything. Depressed people are disappointed souls that refused to accept their imperfections. They normally,wants to be correct and never to live with any wrong. They fail to understand that we are all sinners and grace is giving us perfect. We are all insane people but grace made us sane. We humans are far from being perfect; we are a bound to make mistakes; cause we live right by making mistakes. 

We get depressed because we are humans. Everyone must make mistakes and live by those mistakes. We get depressed when we fail to accept this fact. You will keep drowning in depression, when you keep hiding your mistakes. When you make mistakes, accept them and correct them. Then,life goes on. Whenever,you decide to meditate on your mistakes, whenever,you refuse to let go of your past mistakes,then depression will set in. When you thinks that you're too wise and smart to make mistakes,then depression sets in. Always accept the fact that we must fail in some project,we might not always get it right; but we keep on to better those projects. Many young people in colleges have committed suicide as a result of depression. These suicide young people normally live a note behind, stating the reason why they can't continue living. In most note,they always express regret of not being Worthy of living.

Negative effects of depression

Loss of concentration,loss of memory, becoming insane,lost of lives,loss of weight, suicide, weight gain etcetera.

solutions To Depression

when you're depressed follow this tips;

listen to gospel music,you need the good news at the state of depression. Listen to a good gospel message.Read motivational books or inspirational books or articles.

Talk to someone that will make you feel better. Avoid those that will make you feel inferior. You can see a counselor or a therapist.

Sing inspirational music,dance and make joyful noise.

do not stay alone in the house or in the room. Get yourself engaged with some task. There's a saying that an idle mind is the workshop of the devil.

Listen to jokes, comedies that will make you laugh and keep you busy. Note: Is not every joke or comedy you must listen to. Some comedians can help you commit suicide. Some comedians can make mockery of your look,shape or height; thus,if you're the too emotional type,you may end up hanging yourself

Depression sucks. Just sad that some people cling to it like its a trend or something, took this so lightly and they end up wreck. You are right. there are really things we can do to fight it.
