Hi, it's been a while since I posted here. And now I am just excited to post my latest achievement in making my lecheflan not so perfect but at least it comes out looking good and tasty. And I used whole egg so that nothing goes to trash. So this is the ingredients and procedure. Hope you enjoy and like it!
Ingredients:
6pcs medium size eggs
1 Big Can of Condensed Milk
1 Big Can of Evaporated Milk
3/4 cup white sugar for syrup
Lemon Zest
Procedure:
1.) Put the eggs in a large bowl and beat them. Not too much to make sure that there is no bubble.
2.) Then put the condensed milk at evaporated milk and slightly beat again until they mix properly together and then put the lemon zest and mix again.
3.) Set aside. Then make the syrup.
4.) For making a syrup heat the sugar in a pan. Make sure that it is in low fire.
5.) Once the sugar melt,mix it properly until it is in the desired slighlty brown color.
6.) Pour an enough amount in each Lyanera and let ot cool down.
7.) Once the syrup is cool down,put the mixture in the Lyanera. Make sure that the mixture is sift twice before transfering.
8.) Put the Lyanera with mixture in the steamer. Reminder again,make sure that the water in the steamer is already boiling before putting the Lyanera inside.
9.) Cook it in medium fire for about 30 minutes.
10.) Once the 30 mitues is over. Turn off the fire and let it rest inside for another 20 minutes to make sure that the Leche flan is cook well.
11.) You can now take out the Leche Flan and check it by using a toothpick to check if the inside is cook well. If the toothpick comes out clean. It means that the Flan is cook well.
12.) Let it cool down before transfering into the container and then put in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight. Then serve and enjoy!
