Creamy Paprika Chicken Today, I want to share another recipe especially to those who are running out of ideas. In my country, we often cook fried chicken with paprika especially for business owners. I saw a different twist for a chicken paprika recipe, a creamy one. It's my first time trying it and it turned out well. Here's the recipe for creamy chicken paprika. The Ingredients

Chicken (any part) Garlic Onion Salt Ground pepper Garlic powder Onion powder Paprika powder Oyster sauce All purpose cream Parsley Butter Chicken broth All purpose flour Start with the chicken broth

You can either use chicken broth in can or broth cubes. But I prefer a fresh one so I made my own chicken broth. The ingredients for this are garlic, onion, salt and the chicken you prepared on the first step.

Saute the garlic and onion until slightly brown. Boil the chicken and season with salt. Boil for 10 minutes. The amount of water is up to you. Set aside once you're done. Marinate the chicken

To add flavor to the chicken, marinate it after boiling. Marinate it using salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika powder and a little oyster sauce. Set aside. Cook the sauce

While marinating the chicken, start cooking the creamy paprika sauce. Here are the steps. Saute garlic in butter until brown. Put the cream and all purpose flour. Stir until the flour dissolves. Add the chicken broth. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika powder. Put a portion of parsley and marinated chicken. You may substitute parsley with spring onions for garnishing. Once all ingredients are added, simmer and stir alternately until the chicken is cooked. Adjust the ingredients until you achieve the taste and consistency you want. Serve the finished product

Use the remaining parsley for garnishing. The amount of ingredients is up to you. It depends on the number of people who will eat and on what flavor you want to dominate. If you want it a bit spicy, just add more paprika or chili powder. Another variation I can suggest is to fry the marinated chicken if you want a crispy meal, then put the sauce after. Serve with rice if you want a heavy meal. It really goes well with rice. Enjoy a creamy and flavorful hearty meal with this creamy paprika chicken that you and your family will surely love.
