  • But Fact is;

Skipping meals can make one binge and make unhealthy choices. It is important to eat three regular meals and several small meals a a day..(healthy food)

If not overweight, there is no need to worry about what to eat😂

  • While Fact is;

It is important to choose healthy foods every day even if one has no problem about his/her weight.

  • Myth Say;

Honey is less fattening than sugar..

  • But the Fact is;

Honey has more calories than sugar..

These are only myths and facts of healthy eating habits.

Still its up to you how you take care of yourself..if you want to be healthy or not..(your choice)☺️
