Climate change may be a contentious issue that is hot to talk about. However, whereas some see it as a natural incidence, the reality is just that the world climate is changing.

Each of those topics is becoming further relevant each day and as a rationale. Whereas some folks see these issues as downsides to be postponed, the reality is that the globe has environmental problems that need permanent solutions.
***The depletion of natural resources should not be seen as a simple matter.***
Some consume additional natural resources than they will replace. This has crystal rectifier people to marvel and assume that natural resources will be utterly depleted in the future. Therefore, the demand for a renewable energy supply is greater than ever.
The way we tend to live, we are already utilizing two to a few times more of the earth's natural resources than are still available. If we have a tendency to do not act now, we'll see the implications of the depletion of natural resources, and it will not be good.

Kapag naramdaman kong nawawalan na ako ng konsentrasyon, nagpapatugtog lang ako ng musika mula sa aking cellphone. Isasara ko sandali ang aking mga mata sa at subukang makinig sa kanta. Sa ganoong paraan, matutulungan ko ang aking sarili na kumalma. Sa pamamagitan nito, maibabalik ko rin ang aking pokus at handang ipagpatuloy ang aking ginagawa. Subukan mo lang ito sa iyong sarili kung nais mong maranasan ang pagiging epektibo nito.

Sa pananaliksik, maraming mga indibidwal ay walang anumang schedule ng mga kaganapan. Marami rin ang hindi man lamang gustong subukan na gumawa ng isang listahan ng mga dapat nilang gawin o anumang plano sa kanilang araw.
Hindi naman masamang gumamit ng mga apps na kinagigiliwan o maglaro sa cellphone. Ang masama ay kung wala kang disiplina at hindi mo na maiwasan ang iyong sarili.
Kaya't hangga't maari, piliin mong gawin ang bagay na makakapagpabuti sa iyo Huwag ang bagay na magbibigay sa iyo ng pansamantalang kaligayahan lamang.

10th Article: A Summary
Days have passed and I did not noticed that we are now halfway of the year. Truly, when there is something that keeps you busy, you may not noticed the time. However, if you are waiting for something, it looks that the time seemed to go slow. But the reality is that, it is because you always look at the time, which in turn influenced you to think that time has been going slow even if it is not.
Without further much ado, here are my articles for the past three months:

This is an editorial. As you may have noticed (if you read it already), you may feel the feelings or emotions put into these. Life is the most precious gift we have ever received from God. Though it seems hard to fit into this world considering all the things that make us who we are, still there are many reasons to keep going on. It is not yet too late to start a new beginning full of hope and faith. There are already a lot of victims. We should open up our eyes already.

`Environmental Sustainability`
When we are dealing with environmental sustainability, some tend to sometimes skip it. That is the truth that cannot be denied. Some people find it boring to talk about, but in reality it is one of those important things to talk about. Our actions must incline towards taking care of our nature. As much as possible, we must do the things that are always reminded of us – lesser use of plastics, joining clean-up drives and planting programs, and proper waste disposal. And always remember the three R's - Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.

This can be a good topic to talk about and so I made an article about it. There are some who really have no choice but to apply for loans. Sometimes, there are some who made it regular already. They acquire loans to pay existing loans. You should know that it is not good to always get loans. Paying a loan by another loan is not a good idea at all. What you need is to work hard and find some ways. Sabi nga sa Filipino, 'pag gusto may paraan, 'pag ayaw may dahilan.
*In a place where debts are floating-waiting to be fallen, they have to find floaties not to sink even more.*

Sa isang lugar kung saan umaaliwasaw ang amoy ng mga utang na palutang-lutang at naghihintay na mahulog, kailangang humanap ng mga salbabida na siyang magsisilbing pampalutang upang hindi na lumubog pa.
Ang mga magsisilbing pampalutang ay hindi nangangahulugang panibagong utang upang mabayaran ang mga nauna. Iyon ay magiging problema lamang. Ang utang ng sinuman ay hindi malulutas sa pamamagitan ng panibagong pag-utang, magdadala lamang ito ng higit na timbang na pwedeng magiging dahilan ng pagkalunod mula sa malalim na dagat ng mga utang.

**Para sa ating mga kailangan**

The night was young. This article you are going to read is written and researched by my classmate. She asked me if I could post it here, and I said yes because I want to help her too, most especially now. The topic is about on ***agriculture.*** Upon hearing that word, what comes first in your mind?

It is agriculture alone that fixes men in stationary dwellings, in villages, towns, and cities, and enables the work of civilizations to go on in all its branches."*

There have not been several advancements and innovations in strategies, methods, and technologies in the field.
**We need a new approach.** The Department of Agriculture (DA) focuses on ***"new thinking"*** in agricultural development.
It recommends moving away from a heavy focus on particular crops towards developing the overall resilience, competitiveness, and sustainability of the rural area. ***According to DA,*** their vision is a food-secure and the resilient Philippines with prosperous farmers and fisherfolk.
**Ndiame Diop, World Bank Country Director, Brunei, Thailand, Malaysia, and the Philippines state their support with our country's plan.**
*"With the exception of several small natural resource-rich countries, no country has strongly transitioned from middle- to high-income state without having completed an efficient transformation of their agri-food systems. Transforming food systems and agriculture as a whole is challenging most of the time. But the country's new vision for agriculture, its current drive for diversification and use of advanced technologies, and its effective supervision of food supply during this pandemic simply show that the nation is well-equipped to overcome the challenge."*
***In the past***, spending has gone principally via price supports for chosen crops and goods, as well as subsidies on inputs such as planting materials, fertilizer, and machines. These are all important for our agricultural sector.
**However, these things are not the limit.** `We must go further beyond. There is a need to reorient significant public spending toward investments in public goods, including research and development (R&D), infrastructure, innovation systems, market information systems, and biosecurity systems, resulting in faster poverty reduction more significant productivity gains through an overall modernization of agriculture.`
***According to the World Bank Organization***, *report says that small farmers have difficulty accessing inputs and markets for their produce. At the same time, buyers such as agribusiness enterprises and wholesalers find it difficult to get the quantity and quality of products they need for processing on a timely basis.*
This misalignment can be overcome with government support by getting together buyers and producer organizations and rendering support for planning and executing good business plans that help both parties.
**There must be collaboration and synchronization with the two to create better results.**
Interventions like farm stabilization, including cooperative farming projects such as better extension services, e-commerce, and investments in agribusiness start-ups, can further advance Philippine agriculture's modernization.
**With hopes of a sounder future for our agricultural sector, we can support the "new thinking" our government had proposed.** We must make sure that they allocate suitable funds and invest effectively and efficiently. We must remain vigilant and constantly aware. We must demand transparency of their actions to ensure that we are always on the right track.

In this society where we are living, there are many types of people you can meet. Each of us was born unique, and all of us have different levels of pain tolerance. If something looks manageable to you, it may not be the same to others. So, do not quickly jump to a conclusion because what we know about someone is far from who they are and what they are capable of, among others.

Are you turning as a college freshman, yet you don't know what you will expect? The following is a glimpse of what it feels like to be a college student. Not all things are mentioned here because sometimes, what we aren't sure of makes the journey memorable and special. What I can only say is just enjoy while having a focus at the same time.
**College life is where you will lose and find yourself, and there is no** ***in-between.***
**Unexpected things will arise, and even though you are prepared, you will always be surprised.** Nonetheless, I am writing this article to alarm you and of course, give you some point of view and things to take notes on as you enter college or as you’re in college.
***First, change your mindset.***
**We enter into reality, and we have to compromise for what the world is willing to offer.** You can’t always get what you want, just like you used to. I tell myself, “**Hope for the best, expect for the worst**,” all the time for me to avoid getting hurt. It’s time to open your mind to how sad and cruel the world sometimes is. But even if that’s the case, set your mind to choose always the positive side and the one that would benefit more people.
Change your mindset, especially in a way that you should learn how to be self-reliant. Don’t expect that all the people around you will always give you what you need.

**There will be a lot of downhills.** There will be times that you doubt yourself and your dreams. Hence, it is essential to keep yourself inspired. Take notes of the things that fuel your soul and do that more often. In your hectic schedule, don’t forget to put a time to meditate to help you remember what you’re working hard for. Put also reminders on your phone, on your wallet, or on your room that you can reach whatever you dreamt of and that you’re halfway in making it.

**Third, focus on what’s necessary.**
**You should know the difference between needs and wants.** This third one is simple about discipline. Determine what helps you go up and what pulls you down. Know yourself and find out what lets you grow, and choose to increase in peace. Focus where there are compassion and love. You got a problem? Seek the solution first. Tired because of a long day, give yourself a rest first – because it is what’s necessary.

**Fourth, be proud no matter what.**
**Celebrate small victories.** You survived today? Celebrate that. It is important to be proud of your achievements, big or small, because honestly, you did put effort into it. You do not need to compare yourself with others. Be content with what you can do as long as you put your best into it. Self-appreciation is essential to keep your feet on the ground.
**Fifth, accept what you cannot change.**
**Acceptance is essential; do not dwell in the things that you cannot change, for those things may hurt you, but you can choose to accept and move forward.** Change is inevitable, and we’re humans. We don’t have superpowers to defeat it. Don’t cling to things that give you nothing but pain. Cry them out, then let go. Maybe, it’s that time that you need a new perspective again.
This is part one of these college life tips that I am going to share with you. As you can see, this is generalized, and you can apply it even at any chapter of your life. The following article will be more specific to really help you through the process.

It is sublime to read words from a short story and be able to unfold the character's life. Eleven by Sandra Cisneros opened an alley to our darkest secrets. We have those painful stories from the past that keep on haunting us on our daydreams and nightmares, and we will end up hating ourselves for that.
The birthday girl's story shows the reality and its inexplicable matters; it is evidence of how wicked we are to each other. We are all able of hating, and we misuse it – we do it relentlessly.
***Even the tiniest thorns can make us bleed.***
We feel pain for our own, but we are numb to the pain we throw at others. The girl who turned eleven feels like she was three when she was crying in front of everybody, and she wished she was invisible, but there is no way she could be, so she ends up being vulnerable – her existence betrayed her. And, that is us. We are conquerable. There are times we really are.
No matter how much we want to stand up, the ground doesn't like to stay still for us. We belittle ourselves because of our failures and inadequacies. We try hard to fit in and resemble what others have without thinking that we have our own sparkle. This world is a museum of magnificent arts.
***We are made up of different colors, hues, enthusiasm, and passion through time and space – we are masterpieces. Are there masterpieces meant to be the same?***
She's eleven, and she is terrified the same way we are stuck on a pathway, left unmoved, and losing hope that we cannot act our age. We are afraid that time will run faster than us, and we might lose the chances of doing the things we should do because we think of ourselves as weaklings, when in fact, we should not fix limitation on us.
Our age has nothing to do with the things we can and could not do. Build yourself up, solid and free. In this generation, people are going to hate everything about you. They will disagree either on the way you talk or walk or wear clothes. They despise the fragments that symbolize your existence. Despite that, keep your feet on the ground tightly and defeat your misery. You are more than what they see in their eyes. You are more than what you see yourself in the mirror.
Nobody was born to be a quintessential human being – everybody has flaws, inaccuracies, and failures. Loving yourself is a must because there is no guarantee that the individuals you will see in the hallway or talk to on the street will be your ally – they can be the antagonist in your life, everyone can be.
People will love to see you fall, so make some move for your quaint revenge. Change your definition of vengeance; you do not need to devastate them, do not drain your time on people, thus, put yourself above everyone.
In the poem ***"Invictus"*** by William Ernest Henly, the last two lines say, ***"I am the master of my fate, I am the captain of my soul."*** Those words speak for us to regain our self-confidence and bring out our best, but you can never do this without bravery. The day we were born marks the first day we are involved in the war.

In a place where debts are floating-waiting to be fallen, they have to find floaties not to sink even more. Floaties do not necessarily mean another debt to pay the previous one. That will be another problem. Anybody's loan will not be solved by acquiring another credit, it will just bring more weight, and worst, it will only lead anybody to get drowned from the sea of debts.
*So, what is the best thing to do, especially when you are still young?*
It is to save, save, and save. It is not just for an emergency, but also for our future, for we don't know what the future can bring.

If I were to ask a question, which goes like this: Would you instead save or spend?
I would say that I will save, not only because of the things mentioned above but also because I am not more on luxurious things. I just spend when I need to, or when I feel that I deserved to reward myself. I rarely spent on my wants because I prefer saving not only for myself but also for my family.
**Now, let us move on to the common reasons why people choose to save.**
For Contingency Fund

Contingency, or a future happening that is possible but cannot be foretold with assurance as defined, is one of the reasons why people save. It could either be used when your car needs to be repaired, and you do not have your salary yet, or when you need to pay your bills, among others.
When you save for a contingency fund, you will be able to have something to be used in case an emergency happens. In case you lose your current job, it would be helpful to tide you over until you found a new job.

As humans, there are lots of things we ***need*** to survive. Saving for these needs is of utmost importance. *Who would prioritize their wants rather than their needs?*
**For Retirement**
When we have saved enough for our family and have fulfilled the responsibility to help sons and daughters finish their degree and that we will retire now, it is not bad to have retirement savings that will be used to travel or for other things. Saving for life after you stop working and going on the track toward a relaxed retirement, no matter your job or profession or the size of your salary, is still an act of saving, even if you can save only a little bit.

No matter how tempting the ocean of debts is, still choose to get out from it. Applying for a loan is not bad, but making it a habit will never positively impact us.
If it is because of poverty, do not ***just*** blame the poor who do not have jobs. It is just that the number of opportunities is not equally given to all people. Anyway, we all have a choice. But once taken, choose the best possible option. We will not progress if we just continue hoping and waiting for the help of others. Do not wait until the guava falls off to your mouth. Instead, do action now.

**Every day is filled with struggle.** Sometimes, we just find ourselves thinking of them, especially so on how to overcome them. It is undeniable that even the simplest form of struggle is sometimes hard to manage.
*How much more to something bigger than that? How much more when it has something to do with the economy of one country?*
So in this topic, let us dive into the depth of this problem, and somehow let us provide some ways on how we can at least mitigate it. I hope that at the end of this article, you will find the importance of each action we made because even the smallest ones, once formed together, will have a huge impact.
Environmental problems is one of the most tackled topics of all time. This problem is such a broad problem that it affects us all. It is even an economic problem as our environment is connected in all aspects of our lives. Our setting provides the significant factors in production, particularly land.

Nature contributes resources to the economy and works as a sink for discharges and waste. Natural sources are vital inputs for production in various sectors. Environment and economy have an unbreakable link.
Therefore, when economic growth depends severely on natural resources and ignores the repercussions of excessive use, it destroys the environment. Pollution and other pressures in our environment are the products of modernization linked to economic growth. In turn, we are only wasting our primary provider of resources.
In turn, poor environmental quality affects economic growth and well-being by lowering the quantity and quality of resources or due to health impacts. With the population growth in our country, our resources' excessive use may endanger the future and future economic growth.
What we need is sustainable development. Sustainable development is meeting the present's needs without compromising future generations' ability to meet their own needs. It incorporates economic growth and the environment. However, our country does not seem to be taking into consideration sustainability.
Results are seen on massive calamities striking our country every year, which is intensified by deforestation, improper urban planning, and waste management. If we want to mitigate poverty, we need take care of what provides us the resources we consume.
Indeed, our actions must incline towards taking care of our nature. As much as possible, we must do the things that are always reminded of us – lesser use of plastics, joining clean-up drives and planting programs, and proper waste disposal.
However, these will not matter if those big corporations that are said to be the drivers of economic growth will not do the same. Pollution comes from big plants and factories.
What we need are macro-level policies that will monitor and regulate businesses and their production processes. The government should be stricter in implementing its procedures and does not allow companies that compromise our environment.

Death of Hopes: They did not want to be Victims, but we chose to be the Suspect
**The news is filled with hopes crashing down from the peak of the mountains.** Human behavior in society is at risk; it creates and spreads unnecessary things. The interaction that takes place every now and then is not what is supposed to be happening because a person should never do something that would cause another person to harm himself. According to World Health Organization, 800,000 people die every year because of suicide, and suicide attempts keep rising. Are we not going to put a stop?
Suicide roots in into more profound concepts of inhumanity. Darkness blanketed the world; this had been a realm of discrimination, bullying, racism, and acts of turning down other people. We are separated by our own dissimilarities. People of all ages experience depression and anxiety. The two leading causes of suicide: being unable to feel belongingness, receiving harsh terms and statements, or both. These nightmares often lead to ending a person’s life.
We were born unalike with each other. We shall call this as ‘uniqueness.’ Still, in this society where we are standing our feet on, if you carry unusual characteristics, people will throw you the idea that you need to be ashamed of yourself. There are cases that some people hide their own specificity to join others. These things should not be happening. We were meant to accept and rejoice because we are members of the same society. We were told to help each other until we reach success.
There are various aspects within us to which we ought to vary. Some of them are our age, sex, gender orientation, way of living, height, weight, and a lot more. These things built us and connected us to the world, but these factors cause humans to embrace the darkness. For this matter, everyone must pay attention and lend not only their ears but also their hands. This society is crucial; all people are sensitive and insensitive. We must remind ourselves how much the words and actions that we do can affect a social being. We need to be abided by limitations; we should not abuse our freedom.
These past years, government officials implemented acts and programs that help stop or prevent these wrongful events. Last 2013, Republic Act No. 10627, also known as the Anti-Bullying Act, came into existence. The SOGIE Bill or Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, or Expression Bill is in process. This is an Anti-Discrimination Bill that seeks to protect the LGBT Community. Those laws and programs are not enough to kill the cruelty in our society because no matter how many programs they make if there’s no cooperation and respect between one another, everything will be useless. This is a challenge to each of us on how we can put up a change in the way of living of the members of society regardless of the characteristics we have.
Life is our most precious possession. It is hard to fit into this world considering all the things that make us who we are. But, it is not yet too late. There are already a lot of victims. Do we have to laugh at them? Is it appropriate to make fun of their reasons? Were they unreasonable? Why blame them when they fought while we watched?

"Don't count your chickens before they hatch" is an old saying that means you shouldn't get your hopes up or make plans based only on assumptions because that can lead to disappointment. Real situations hardly match expectations.
The idea behind Kant's categorical imperative to this scenario was not presenting the company's actual financial position. The manipulation of figures on the statement.
***Why is window dressing wrong?***
The goal of window dressing is to benefit a lot of investors that may invest in the company for a better and huge income. If every company was expected to manipulate all their financial statements, then laws, Accounting Standards, regulations would not set standards.
Probably, investors are no longer there, or financial statements would be worthless. Thus in ethical egoism explains that achieving the desired investors will make the company egoist happy. Less work involved hooking up a diamond fish rather than being motivated by thoughts of pure joy with achieving successful deception and avoiding adverse outcomes.
As an accountant, the worst enemy was regret and inner killings. The insanity that was grinding in your heart of not presenting the actual amount. To not get into window dress, the improvement of management will prioritize—the communication of all the levels in the organization to not get a loss.

It saddened me when I always hear the word transparency. Just because in real life, that's our family problem that turns into broken pieces. Setting aside, companies or even our Philippine fund or system have had difficulty being transparent to their customers, employees, and people. In the business world, there's a lot of challenges that may come.
If you always offer transparency, people and opportunity will keep knocking at your door. Because the market investors can have full honest information he wants, not just the information the company is willing to provide. Because it embodies honesty and open communication that is consistent with its values.
Suppose you will not be transparent. You are just violating all the regulations, or you're against with yourself dignity of not providing the true information to immediately gain investor or profit. In that case, you are probably wrong and full of regrets. Lack of integrity only leads to short-term wins and regret in the inner self. Do not abuse the client's trust.
An open and transparent way of communication encourages them to give better performance, and they help the organization achieve desired goals and objectives effectively. Building relations with inner core values through transparency are the best strategic plans to achieve the long-term goals.
It is not sufficient to just tell the truth or being honest, be transparent. I know it is the most challenging value to gain in business because many people are stuck in secrecy and fear.
