Why Does Your Towel Get Dirty?
Let us presume you had a good bath. Everything is clean on your body. Yet the towel gets the dirty, soiled look after a few days .
Most people might say, it's because the water used in bathing is dirty or lack of scrubbing the body well. But this few notes I have down might help as to why your towel gets dirty after a thorough bath.
Now, you’d think you’d be pretty clean after showering and soaking for an hour, right.
Then you go to a completely tiled room where there are some gurneys with waterproof mattresses. you lie down and the lady starts scrubbing with a couple of textured mittens and some kind of liquid. she scrubs and she scrubs. not hard or painfully, but she is thorough. then, when she’s done, you can get up and look at what’s all around the gurney before she washes everything. SKIN! PILES AND PILES OF GRAY DEAD SKIN. really, an unbelievable amount of dead skin in little piles all around and it all came off YOU when you thought you were clean.
It is because of the remains of dead cells which are not removed by soap. Most towels are slightly rough or are called turkey towels and these remove the dead cells by soft scraping. Towels are different in weaving from regular cloth. They have raised threads or raised lines criss crossing for giving that slight rough feel.
Sometimes we sweat immediately after a bath when bathing in hot water. This sweat and oil adds on to the towel.
wetness of the towel helps bacteria to flourish on them, unless the towel is dried in an airy or sunny place. This is the smell of rotting wet cotton as cotton is a natural fibre or organic matter.
Besides these some people leave dead cells with their sweat smell or their deo brand or perfume. That's why we can smell and tell who used our towel!
So all these add and creates an awful smell forcing us to send the towel for washing. No wonder hotels change towels everyday.
Even when we shower or bathe and scrub ourselves, we can’t do a really thorough job because we normally don’t soak in water for an hour before we start actively washing. So where does all of the dead skin that we DO loosen go? onto our bath towels, of course, when we dry ourselves. and skin cells are animal matter and animal matter decays, which is why if you never wash your bath towel, it will start to stink.
you can use a towel more than once, especially if you can dry it completely after each use. but every once in a while, please wash the towel in laundry soap and make sure all of the soap is completely rinsed out before you dry the towel.

Towel get dirty because we are made from the clay, so we clean our clay body with towel and it gets dirty.. My opinion 😊😀
