The world has forgotten the uses and benefits of fruits. Many go for meat, fish and the likes. But forget that those are to be in small quantities compared to fruits and vegetables. I am also a victim of this, it's natural and flesh pleasing to eat more meat. Which has caused havoc on the health and wellness leading to consumption of drugs to remedy the havoc.
Meat is a good source of protein. Very needed not disputing. As they say too much of everything is bad. Excess aren't digested quickly, science has the fact that some takes months to years to digest
Fish. Also a good source of protein and fibre. But better than meat. But also defect, some has fat that stores up in the body system.
All this havoc gave rise to diseases that takes us to the use of drugs.
Well, conventional medicine has benefits but the chemical imbalance that it causes to the body system. The world is going natural they say. Yes, because of the diverse and dangerous effects of conventional drugs.
This is where am going, if we take more of fruits and veggies, they build up immune system that that of drugs. They say nature has a way of healing itself, same goes to our bodies. But the effects of food, chemicals we inhale everyday, drugs weakens the healing of our bodies.
The great thing about fruits and vegetables is that they move through and positively work on everywhere they get to in the body but on the contrary to the drugs the go to where it's targeted to work not minding the other effects on other part.
In short, fruit and veggies should be more in daily food intake.
