Baked some empanada today. The crust is crispy and it really is delicious. The filling is ground pork, carrots, potatoes, raisins and pineapple. But the process is quite tedious so I decided that from now on I will just buy the ready to eat empanada. 😁

Yesterday, I said that I am lost on what to crochet next and there were a few suggestions. Thanks for that. But today, while scanning thru Facebook, I saw a group called : Random Acts of Kindness and decided to join their calling. A very fast and easy project. Finished one in just five minutes. Will try to leave this behind in any place I am going to this afternoon. Hope I can make someone smile today. 😊🤗

Daisy is once again occupying my space. Took her from her pen as she kept on crying because she was left behind by her playmate, Yami. It was Yami 's schedule at the vet so she was alone in her pen. 🐕❤️

I usually post 3 - 5 times in a day. But maybe I am part of that 1% that is being cutoff due to limited resources, I shun off posting many times in a day now. 1 - 2 posts is enough. This is to help the admins with their server capacity. Sisig for dinner earlier. Sisig is a Filipino dish made from parts of a pig's face and belly, and chicken liver which is usually seasoned with calamansi, onions, and chili peppers. . Though it is a staple of Kapampangan cuisine, Cebuanos love it too. ❤️

Puto Maya is a Filipino rice cake made of glutinous rice cooked in coconut cream. Best eaten with tsokolate or mango. Since I don't have both, will eat it as is. My breakfast this morning. Let's eat, my friends. Good morning. 🌞
