Baked some empanada today. The crust is crispy and it really is delicious. The filling is ground pork, carrots, potatoes, raisins and pineapple. But the process is quite tedious so I decided that from now on I will just buy the ready to eat empanada. 😁

        OnO cheaper than the tablet for my sister.... hmmm but then I want my sister to get better at digital... but baked foods ;;-;; this dilemma

        better get your sister's digital first as it is needed everyday while the oven is only used when you get the urge to bake. Sitting pretty lang yan.
