We know that sleeping is crucial in our life, it is also critical to looking younger, refresh and being healthier. Instead of counting sheep to fall asleep, just wear warm socks. According to the Swiss researchers, people fell asleep quickest when their hands and feet were warmest. This occurs because warm feet and hands cause blood vessels to enlarge, allowing more heat to escape your body, which in turn lowers your core temperature, inducing sleep.

Try this also: Drink a small glass of tart cherry juice just before going to bed. The carbs may elevate your brain’s production of serotonin, a neurochemical that can help you nod off quicker, and cherry juice contains natural melatonin, the hormone that regulates sleep.
