If a year ago you told someone that you can make $1000 from free NFTs, they would've probably laughed at you. Thanks to the recent NFT boom, the average person now believes that it is possible to rapidly grow their capital by investing in NFTs and trading them. We all know that the main obstacle for new NFT investors is the high entry point cost - not everyone has thousands of dollars to invest into digital collectibles. Luckily, there are some easier ways to get an NFT.

The recent NFT boom has made it possible for the average person to make $1,000 from free NFTs. After you know how to get free NFTs, let's talk about how to sell them.

To sell your newly-acquired digital collectibles, you should go through an exchange such as OpenSea or Rarebits. You can also try local exchanges such as Local Bitcoins and Craigslist if you want a more personal approach.

How to get NFTs for free

There are several ways you can get free NFTs.

  1. Free minting sites: There are many sites that allow you to mine ETH for free and in return, they'll give you a small amount of NFTs in the form of tokens or coins. You can use these coins/tokens to play games or even sell them on crypto marketplaces like CryptoKitties and RareBits.

  2. Airdrops: An airdrop is when developers or companies give away free tokens to their users as a way of growing their user base and increasing awareness about the platform they're building. You might be asked to complete some simple tasks before receiving your tokens though, so make sure it's worth your time before signing up!

  3. Play-to-earn games: If you love playing video games but would prefer earning crypto instead of spending money on them, then consider looking into NFT-based gaming sites such as Dapper Labs' CryptoKitties Universe (CKU). CKU lets players earn NFTs by playing different games which include things like mini golf and poker! However these particular types of virtual assets aren't suitable for selling on marketplace sites so keep this in mind if looking for quick profit opportunities instead :)

  1. Free minting sites

There are several different places to mint your own NFTs, which all have their pros and cons.

Pros:

✅Easy to use for beginners

✅No need to create an account or pay any fees

Cons:

❌The free minting process can take days, weeks or months.

  1. NFT airdrops

NFT airdrop. This means that you get free NFTs in exchange for performing some action, such as signing up on a website or performing an action on social media.

  2. Crypto Airdrop. This is when coins are given away for free to people who have some kind of currency in their wallet, usually Bitcoin or Ethereum, but sometimes others as well (such as Dogecoin).

  3. Crypto Giveaway: This is similar to an NFT airdrop but requires that you leave some kind of comment about why you want the coin before it will be given to you (or something similar).

  4. Play-to-earn games

A play-to-earn game is a game or app that lets you earn tokens for playing. They're typically simple, casual games like Solitaire or Candy Crush Saga and they'll often reward you with a token as your reward when you reach the end of the level. The best thing about them is that they're usually free to play, so you don't have to spend any money on them!

Some examples of play-to-earn games include:

[Solitaire](https://www.solitairegamefree.com/) - This is probably what most people think of when they hear “play-to-earn”. Play this classic card game right in your browser window on any device (PC, laptop, tablet). You start out by landing on one suit only at first but after several levels it will start expanding into other suits too!

[Candy Crush Saga](https://candycrushsagaappgameonlineplayfree2/candycrushsaga_stage_1365_level_22) - This one's similar to Solitaire but has less rules and different mechanics which means it feels more fun than just clicking cards around for hours! You can also choose between playing through different levels or going straight for hard mode if your reflexes are good enough :)

Examples of play-to-earn games

You’ve probably heard of a game called Cryptokitties, but the other games are less well known. There are many more NFTs out there!

Here are a few more examples of play-to-earn games where you can earn money through playing:

Axie Infinity: Collect virtual creatures and battle them against other players. Each fight gives you in-game currency that can be used to buy new creatures or upgrade existing ones.

Splinterlands: This is a turn based strategy game where you have to fight your way through different maps while collecting coins and experience points along the way. You can also trade cards with other people who own them if they like yours better than theirs!

Mythereum (currently in beta): Build towns, farm crops, cut down trees for wood, mine for gold and explore caves for rare items such as treasure chests full of jewels or gems that sell for thousands of dollars on eBay! For example---one person paid $6k for just one item in this particular game recently because he really wanted it badly enough :) The point here though is that everyone starts from scratch so anyone could become rich eventually if they stick around long enough--especially since most people aren't willing to spend tons on each item just yet...so prices will go up soon :)

Howrare.is

Howrare.is is a platform where you can get Free NFTs for free. Howrare.is is a platform where you can get Nfts without spending money and also Howrare has introduced a new feature in their website that allows you to sell your NFTs at no cost on howrare with some rules:

1- You have to be registered on howrare

2- You have to keep it public

4- Don't forget the time duration when the offer will expire

Upcoming Nfts for free

While the market is still young, there are many ways to get free NFTs.

Mention upcoming airdrops, play-to-earn games, and howrare.is

Let's look at some of the major upcoming events that will provide free NFTs:

Giveaways

Giveaways are a great way to get free NFTs. To win one, you have to enter the giveaway by following all its rules. Once you've done that, it's up to luck whether or not you win! Some giveaways require a lot of effort on your part and others are free entry ones where the winner is chosen at random.

Before entering any giveaway, make sure that it's legit and worth entering because not all giveaways are worth your time. Most giveaways require some kind of effort from participants but some don't require anything at all which makes them very unreliable as there's no way for anyone involved with them to know if they're real or fake (more on this later).

If you do decide that a particular giveaway is worth participating in then follow these steps:

➡️Do your research about the person who created it and look for red flags like inconsistencies with their social media accounts or other websites where they post their content;

➡️Check out what other people have said about their experience with this person before deciding whether or not it's safe for yourself;

There are a lot of ways to get valuabe Nfts for free, so don't buy into the FOMO and don't forget about gas fees!

As you may have realized, there are a few ways to get free NFTs. However, since these NFTs are not truly "free" as they come with an associated cost (gas fee), it's important to remember that even though these transactions can be made without spending any ETH or BTC, they still come with fees.

There are a lot of legit NFTs with free minting, there are also a lot of scams out there. The ability to tell the difference is the difficulty.

I've seen a lot of free minting on NFTs but the problem with them is they sometimes manipulate the transaction fees and you end up paying more. For instance, just last week, I was among the unlucky few to mint a certain NFT with a name which I'd rather not wouldn't mention.

It says free mint under the Solana network with a transaction fee of $0.2 but hidden fees were not included. In the end, everyone that minted paid up to $8 as fee which were actually minting fee that went to the creators of such NFTs. Two days later, the project was shut down for some lame excuse. And their twitter handle was changed. They made money off minting and kaboomed.

Splinterlands players make more money from writing about their gameplay on the hive blockchain than from the game itself.

Concerning Howrare.is, it's new to me and I'd have to check it out. I appreciate the information given via this article, it's an eye opener for both newbies and enthusiast in the world of NFTS.

I look forward to reading more of your articles.
