Many people don't know that the food we eat does a lot of things in our body,it freshens us,it fight against diseases and also make us to grow. Apart from this food also redeuces our body from stress,there at some food you eat, it helps reduces the body from stress below are the food:

2.warm milk

3.herbal tea

4.dark chocolate

5.food high in dietary

6.probiotics

7.fish

8.nuts

9.strawberries

10.vegetables.

Let me say to some extent some foods we eat reduces stress, but I really don't fully agree that it's sure that does food reduces stress because they are lot of things that makes us stress, like restlessness and so on
