3 key components of a productive morning routine
Start your day great to finish your day great
I've seen that a lot of people are used to copy a lot of famous routines for maximum productivity and think that in the first day they try them It is gonna work for them. However, there's a fact that they overlook: That every routine is fitted to different needs and goals that the person wants to achieve, so maybe waking up at 4 am might not be the correct solution to all your problems. It's because of this that I present you the next article, in order to guide and look at specific components that really define a productive routine, a routine that can easily change over time, though as a strong base, It will have these three principles in action. Let's begin by defining the first.
1.- Have your goals clear:
A lot of people don't take into account that routines, at least the ones that create success in one particular field, are made in regards to a desired objective, something you want to achieve through effort and a work ethic, day by day improving and getting It done. So, let's say you want to write a book, so what really is the metric for success is how much you advance on It or how much you learn with regards to It, these two goals will be the pillars in which you're gonna craft your daily routine around.
2.- All Is Smoothly Divided
One good way to know how you're going to spend your day exactly, is to look at everything with perspective. one way of achieving this is making a guide, whether a pie chart, a list or a journal, in which you can define and keep track of the hours you will plan to dedicate for everything in your routine. One example of this might be a normal routine of 9 hours of sleep, 1 or 2 hours for preparation in the morning, 8 hours of work, working out for 1 hour and then using the remaining 3/4 hours for relaxing.
3.- Easy to follow:
It is true, there are people that have a lot of responbilities and duties to fulfill in a day, all lined up to their purpose in life. However, for most of us this is not the case, and certainly not for the ones that are beginning to create their ideal routine. By putting a lot of items like a bucket list for the day you actually reduce the amount of work that matters and you put It in trivial terms, making you feel like you're just moving in all directions without making progress in any of them, so one thing I would suggest you is to put between two or three main activities to dedicate your hours to have the most results.
I hope that with the presented article you can gather useful information about a series of elements that compose the backbone of a productive routine, making you have a much more enjoyable day while getting you closer to your final destination, what you really want in life. Thank you for your support and good luck!
