No hassle Easy One Pot Dish Chicken & Capsicum Rice! It takes only a few ingredients to make but very fun to taste. This rice can be served only with fresh salad or boiled eggs.
Materials
# 500 grams of chicken without bones or with bones
# 3 cups of polao rice / basmati rice
# 1 cup of finely chopped onion
# Capsicum (red and green) small cubes and a half cups
# 1 cup of peas
# 2 cups of tomato pieces
# 5 to 6 vegetable stock cubes (it contains a lot of salt, extra salt when you add salt but try it)
# 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder
# 1 large piece of Bombay Pepper (Exclude if the kids have a tiffin, it tastes very good when given, it can be made without it if you don't like salt)
# Salt to taste
# 1/4 cup of oil
Method
A. First heat the oil with a fork and grate the onion. Brown the onion and fry. Now add tomato pieces with chicken pieces and cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
B. Now break the vegetable stock cube into powder by hand (it has a lot of salt in it, add extra salt when you add salt but try it) and stir it with black pepper powder.
C. Then add small cubes of rice and capsicum (red and green), mix well and add hot water (I added 3 cups of rice to 5 cups of water. Must be given)
D. Add peas and Bombay chillies, cover with salt and cook till the rice is cooked. Take down and serve hot with this one pot dish with salad!
