I hope everyone is well by the infinite mercy of Allah. Today I have brought in front of you the recipe of "Yogurt Shrimp" Curry . I hope everyone will like it.
Starting from Chinese and Thai food, we don't have a pair of shrimps to diversify our Bengali food. Today let's learn a very tasty term for shrimp 'Yogurt Shrimp'. Cook very easily and in a very short time.
Materials:
1 cup of sour yogurt,
500 grams of medium size shrimp,
1 cup of onion cut into cubes,
5-6 whole green peppers,
1 teaspoon of garlic paste,
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder,
Half a teaspoon of chilli powder,
salt to taste and oil.
Preparation:
A. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Then heat oil in a pan and lightly fry it with cubed onion and shrimp.
B. Then mix well with all the ingredients one by one. Then cook covered with sour yogurt and green pepper. Once cooked, take it down and serve.
