In crypto verse, your habits define who you are
Are you aware of your habits?
Are you happy with the life you have? I suspect: no. At least you have visualized who you want to become. What if you already have grandchildren and you think it's too late? Then, what good is it to go on living?
Well! It's never too late to work on being the best version of yourself. So, sorry. Age is no excuse to stop working on the habits that define us.
Every day, the boundary between the analog and digital universe becomes more blurred, affecting your habits and identity.
You will say to me. "Man, I live outside the crypto-verse. I only access websites with my computer to buy and sell cryptocurrencies and other tokens that will get me to the moon."
Your habits define you
You're partly right. But I want you to understand. You get in the habit (through new behavior) of watching where you put or looking for the magic money from the new web in transition.
I guess! You downloaded apps on your smartphone to monitor the best time to buy or sell your cryptos or NFTs that constitute your crypto equity. You even keep an eye on the crypto wallets where they deposit the interests of your DEFI instruments.
Yep! You are already in the crypto-verse without even realizing it.
No wonder you use avatars to defend your privacy, making you anonymous.
So, stop for a while. Become aware of your new habits in digital scenarios, and identify which of these work for or against the person you want to become.
Your habits build your identity
Don't think about the distant future: where your animated avatar takes over your life while your physical body deteriorates from lack of activity.
That is a pessimistic view of the future, even if being possible.
Just keep it in mind. The convergence where the crypto-verse is a complementary extension of life in the here and now. Not a replacement.
So it's in your best interest to adopt best practices aligned with the kind of person you want to be: healthy, productive, and happy.
I gather that you will need financial freedom or freedom from the physical restrictions: that utopians attribute to the Metaverse.
In that sense, good real-life habits will also be valuable in total immersion. But remember, one is a biological entity, not a digital one.
In my opinion, this will not change at all. Unless that is, we stop being what we are: human beings.

Final thoughts
The vertiginous advance of technology imposes on our changes in behaviors that are not necessarily beneficial to us.
Changes that disrupt who we are beyond our consciences.
In this sense, the first thing to do is to realize how they affect our identity as a person and work to perpetuate those that benefit us and eradicate those that harm us.
Never underestimate the power of a habit. It can work for you as well as against you.
As you behave in the natural world, so will you conduct in the digital one. Remember, the complementary extension is where your being operates.
Unfortunately, some people take advantage of relative anonymity to behave deplorably to the detriment of others.
They disregard good reputations and believe they are acting with impunity. But remember, there is no perfect crime, and crypto verse is no exception. Sooner or later, the crypto criminals will get caught in their nets.
So have healthy and respectful habits towards others.
If so desired: unimaginable ways could be implemented in the crypto-verse to ensure good behavior.
There is still a long way to go in perfecting human coexistence.
Here, the strategy of good habits for the different roles will help a better-extended world for all.
