You're not a human if you don't love foods, it means you're an alien char. Even those aliens loves foods I guess but are you not wondering what food they're eating? Maybe their water is color green and their food is color pink outside but when you slice it, the color is yellow. Ohh you should stop what you're thinking right now. It's bad for your brain my friend.

Don't overthink it because thinking over and over will make your life to be over. So just sit back and relax because relaxing will make your back to feel good. When you're feeling good that only means that you're relaxed.

Maybe you're thinking someone right now who talks like that. Repeating something what is already stated in the first sentence. Oh no. Can you whisper it to me who's that one. Maybe that person is good but she's nor fit to the position she's running for. Maybe she excels in other aspects but leading the packs of lions is not her thing.

THE RICE THING

Anyway my friends let's talk about foods and about cooking. I'm sure everyone out there knows how to cook rice already so there's no more to discuss about that one. Let's discuss something about it wherein many people are failing to do. What's that? Measuring the water level of the rice. There's a technique passed down to many generations and so far I've learned that one when I was 7 years old.

Yes you read ir right. I learned how to cook when I was nearly 7 years old and that's because my mom back then has work. She go home at 5:30 pm while my off to school back then was 4:00 pm so I was the one who cook our rice for dinner. I'm very condident back then not to ruin the rice because she taught me the Fingers technique which I use to measure the water level.

When the you already washed the rice, make sure it was leveled well then measure how deep it is using your finger. If you got it then that's the measurement of the water you'll put in it. I've been doing this one upto now and I didn't even measuring how deep the rice is. I just poured water then measure it with my fingers.

The quantity of rice we cook here everyday is the same so I just memorized the water level. Sometimes the rice is little wet and what I do is I open the cover a little bit in order for the moist inside to evaporate, ofcourse the fire is low for the rice not be burn.

There are people who don't know how to cook rice and what I can advice is you should learn it now if you have plans to build a family in the future because who will do the cooking if both of you didn't know how to. You can't depend on other people always. Also there's a big advantage if you know how to cook such as you can survive on your own. You will not get hungry. Even if you don't have plans to build a family, for me friends it's better to eat something we cooked ourselves.

THE EGG THING

My habit everytime I cook an egg, sunny side up. I just cook it not to long because the the egg white will turn into like a plastic one and it's not good when you eat it anymore. When I eat it together with rice ofcourse, I consume first the egg white and I save the egg yolk for the last. I really like to consume it alone with no rice or anything because the smooth feeling when you eat it is just so satisfying especially if it's well seasoned.

When it comes to boiled egg I prefer it not to be hard boiled. I prefer the one that the eggyolk will melt when you slice it. What about you, what do you prefer hard or soft?

The twist

Speaking of cooking I just watched the news about something and it seems that they are cooking something big this coming 2022 election.

This is all about the COMELEC who already printed the ballots to be use in May. But the problem is that these ballots are DEFECTIVE and it's about 5 million plus ballots aside from the ones that are not yet verified. Can you imagine that? My goodness, they already printed that many defective ballots. So what's going on here. Are they cooking something again to mess up the results?

No one is certain about what's going on right now that's why everybody needs to be vigilant at all times. They have the means to manipulate the result of the election and it can happen in instant, maybe a blackout will happen again then the numbers of one candidate will just boom and fly high surpassing the leading one. lol.

There's page in facebook which they claiming that they are a group of hackers, good hackers to be precise which intentions is to have a clean election. I don't know it they already access everything which have the connection in the upcoming election but it seems that they don't side with the the running candidates, they just want a clean election. Hoping they can help.

Author's note

Everybody is waiting now for May 9 to come and I bet everyone has their chosen candidate already. I hope that no matter what the result is, I pray that the winners will be real this time because we need a real leader to lead our country. I hope they cook something good and not bad.

The egg thing hehe. I can actually relate. Back when I was young, I always wanted to cook a perfectly cooked sunny side up egg, but then I tend not to keep the yellow intact. But with the eagerness to cook the perfect one, I finally did it, I was so happy.

Honestly cooking wasn't for me hehe, I graduated college even not knowing how to cook whaha. Anyways that's fine, but now I think I slowly learning. Also the normal cook not that complex one.

If you don't know the finger technique, then remember 2:1 - two parts water in every one part of rice :D

Hahaha yang sa pagluto ng bigas jusko talagang basic na basic na kapag may rice cooker pero yung sa kalan talaga mismo dati dapat malupit ka mag tantya gamit daliri, then sa egg namn favorite ko sunny side up but mostly talaga boiled eggs.

Jher yung fingers technique na magluto ug rice. Hehe di ko talaga alam yan hanggang ngayon. Pag gagamit ako niya siguradong hindi maluto yung bigas. Oo Jher ako din pag magluto ako ng egg hindi ko rin pinapatagal kasi yung yellow mag iba na kailangan balance lang.
