If you want to be regarded as a great leader, you should know that it's important that you're accessible and available to your followers. Becausethe temptatipn of being less accessible comes with your success. Unfortunately, this will lead to a disconnection between you and your team.

Outstanding leaders make conscious and deliberate efforts to be accessible and available to the followers because they need him. They know that to have a great and productive team of workers, it's important to maintain open communication. When you're intentional and deliberate about being accessible, you will be able to create a culture and atmosphere of connectivity and success.

Being an outstanding leader is not an easy job. It requires that you're competent in your field, you're able to inspire your team, and make the right decisions. Nevertheless, the aspect of accessibility must not be ignored.

Generally speaking, the more successful you become, the less accessible you may become because of the high demands, extremely busy schedules, and other reasons.

When you're accessible, it builds trust and strengthens your relationship with the followers. When you become inaccessible, people tend to view you with suspicion and may even experience disagreement from the followers.

Therefore, you must make an intentional effort to be accessible to your follwers. It doesn’t matter what schedule you have, you should make time out to talk with your followers. It'll benefit both you and the followers.
